You people need to understand that there is a difference between correcting and judging. Judgement is for God but men can correct one another. If you can't correct those who are going astray, then you are an irresponsible Christian.

Even Paul and Peter had an altercation in the Bible where Paul rebuked Peter. No one is above rebuke in the Church. We are all priests, all anointed and Christ is the Chief Priest.

You make some good points but judgment is simply the process of forming an opinion.

Telling a person not to judge is telling them not to make an assessment, which is silly.

In the military people are trained to be drones and not ask questions of authority - their argument being that there needs to be clarity of command when it comes to life or death. What reason does the church have to make its members into drones? They don't fight anyone.

Where in the business world are people not encouraged to provide employee feedback? Where is there not a human resources department? Or legal recourse for maltreatment?

Some people will not have a pleasant weekend

You can't credit all Lagosians for this - it's a handful of people with vision and sense of value.

The majority are still touts who throw their litter in the street and drive with careless abandon. The good thing is that most of them will be kept out of environments such as this.

Large private estates are the future of Nigeria. No more street hawkers everywhere. No more police soliciting bribes. No more aboki pushing carts or clipping toe nails (and spreading HIV). No more ashawo patrolling the streets (find a bar stool and rest your feet jare). No more generators running for 10 hours a day. No more bore holes in every compound.

You shouldn't tolerate kidnapping of any persons.

If we want to tell the truth, the reason why kidnapping is so prevalent is because of the incompetence of the Nigeria Police Force as well as the occasional collusion with the criminals.

I have always wondered what the differianting factor is between two border communities/towns. The Nigerians in the town that share border with Cameroun, and Camerounians in the town that share border with Nigerian definitely will have some similaries between their cultures. Why fight?

If there are more people in the north then it doesn't matter how intelligent they are when it comes to elections, especially when they use children and foreigners to rig elections.

Real intelligence is being able to feed your children and allowing them to thrive. The north doesn't do that.

Real intelligence is improving and not destroying your environment. Again, the north does not do that.

Like it or not the north is the most backwards part of Nigeria.

If they were progressive people wouldn't be so annoyed, it is the fact that they are so backwards and self-destructive that has people wary of a northern presidency.
