mujahid777:
Jihad means struggle.War could also be part of it.
War is the bulk of it.

These new aged apologists claim that it isn't despite the reality of Islamic history.

Without violence Islam would not have spread.

mujahid777:
What 'dubious interpretation' by apologists.
Such as claiming Jihad means "struggle" when it has meant war (or genocide) for centuries before now.

Igbos in Lagos are cowards. Why cant they do same to the Oba who pronounced death in the lagoon on them?
That one was just running his mouth.

He didn't kill anyone, nor did he suggest that people go and kill anyone.

Why Nigeria continues to have monarchs is anyone's guess. All they seem to do is cause problems and talk rubbish.

Kemperor:
The sensible people knows he is preparing for the next election.

The Igbo leaders disappointed me with the chieftaincy title though.... Making a caricature of their culture by giving such honor to a man that massacred their people with his python dance...
All of these traditional leaders are for sale.

It has been this way for at least two centuries and that is why they should be done away with. What do any of them do besides spend other people's money and engage in nonsense photo ops?

How i wish we all can put tribalism aside and unite with one mind like we did, during ARGENTINA VS NIGERIA match.
We can if we wanna. Just a resolution and mind made up
You can talk all the 'One Nigeria' that you want but where did the majority of the players come from?

Two unequally yoked partners will always lead to chaos and frustration.

When it is a meritocracy you see what happens - success.

When it is based on nepotism, federal character and other nonsense you get failure.

MrBrownJay1:
if some men could have unrestricted access to women's coochies AND have children with them, without having to marry them, then they wouldnt get married. FACT!!!!

sadly, many have to settle and get married in order to have the above i mention.

the majority of women whose sole purpose in marriage is to cook, clean and pop babies once in a while, dont have a damn say in marriage anyway (especially in Africa). unless, a wife brings something valid to the table, her say is unfortunately irrelevant in African marriages. is it right,? NO, but let us all be real and stop pretending thats its any different.
The majority of women?

How many women do you know personally who have no say in either their choice of husband or how things run in their household?

MrBrownJay1:
some lose their minds and go to Africa, others Jamaica etc....same shiit, different day. this man should be glad this woman is out of his life, instead of expecting her to stick by him, even though she has absolutely NO more love for him. she is feeling great about her new self, her new take on life, and this man has the audacity to say that she looks horrible?! bitter bastard, he should instead BETTER himself and also go find a better person in his life.

people who expect their partner to remain MISERABLE for the rest of their lives, are DELUDED.
She does look horrible but she was probably never attractive.

Has Kwara state improved because Osinbajo is the VP?

Is the north not exactly the same as it was 5 years ago, despite Buhari being in office?

These people don't know that there's a right of passage before a woman should be conferred with that title.
Let them keep dashing titles so that we can all see how meaningless they are and eventually be rid of the whole chieftancy nonsense.

FarahAideed:
Maybe if we allowed Jonathan to completely remove subsidy early in his govt like he planned to instead of sponsoring protests in Ojota then Jonathan govt could have been able to save more and plan better , May be if people like Buhari and other northern leaders had condemned boko haram instead of clandestinely providing them material and moral supporr to embarass the Jonathan govt then the govt would have had no need to spend so much much on military operations which were alway looted by senior military officers instead ...Two factors marred and derailed the Jonathan govt and they were Subsidy payments and and the Boko haram insurgency and actors in the current govt provided fuel to create those problems
You forgot the governors who sued for the money that they quickly squandered.

Only when these crooks begin to fear for their lives will they change their ways. If not stop the pilfering then at least keep a lower profile.

Thoroughly evil people.

Likewise the northern elite.

I guess they have informed the idiot 2019 is near.

They just use it to test us.
Unlikely. It's probably a result of the backlash that they want to be seen to care.
