There are no spoilers.The books end where Jon Snow is stabbed.The guy is just theorizing.My theory is that the Lady Melisandre will wake him up.

I buy these DVDs that movie vendors burn them onto with some episodes missing! I plan to order for the master DVDs containing everything soon and start re-watching this excellent masterpiece of a show all over again

I couldn't watch some scenes like the much talked about Jon's stab and/or death! I guess that guy sent by Lord Bolton to join the Night's Watch in trickery and track Jon down is responsible for Jon's death!

What part my previous response befuddles you? Kurt Lewin in his theory of change asserted that for effective change to take place, three stages must be involved; (1) Unfreeze (2) Modify (3) Refreeze.

(1) Unfreeze - Removal of any hindrances to the planned reforms such as partisan officials, corrupt elements, inefficient practices and procedures e.t.c. These cannot be done during the transition period, only after hand-over.

(2) Modify/Change - Implementation of new reforms and practices, appointment of new competent and credible officers etc.

The economic shocks we are witnessing are as a manifestations of stage 1, the extra time required was because of the extra rot that had amassed over the years that had to be cleared. We are presently at stage 2, hope this makes it a bit clearer.

After all the NOISE in the media about getting the refineries to work in full capacity earlier than the 2016 target set by the last administration, reality has dawned on them. Some of us knew all the while that the repairs of the refineries will continue into 2016 and even beyond.

But besides all the noise about fixing existing refineries, which of course was started by the GEJ govt, what is the current govt's policy in the oil sector? I think that should have been a priority for this govt and should have been one of it's achievements in the last 100 days. But of course, that was not the case as the last 100 days was wasted
