This is a Ghanaian story, but I could see Imo State written all over it. This kind of deception happens where a wife prioritizes her father's house more than her matrimonial home. Lagos state government is the sole owner of LCC, and all toll fee (minus maintenance money) goes to the Lagos State Government and peple behind it. I discovered that Lagosians that oppose this Lekki toll gate shutdown/protest live in Abule Egba, Iyana Ipaja and Ishaga. They feel those in Lekki should suffer like they do, by paying endless toll fee. Consider that they don't benefit from the toll fee, but they want it being paid by Lekki Residents.

Apart from the Endsars issue, those living in Lekki wants to know why they are paying and what they money is used for. For me, this is an opportunity to audit that financial cesspit called LCC
