Notice how rich the selected ingredients are; meat, dried fish, stock fish, crayfish...yet you still prescribe seasoning, why? What other taste will you get from the seasoning that isn't in all the ingredients?

I am asking these because these seasoning are not too healthy for we, yes, especially we guys. Don't be serving your husband food with high monosodium glutamate (MSG).

I've been eating like an elephant for a long time in order to get fat but I am still looking slim as Buhari and I usually get 5-6 hours of sleep though I always disturb my sleeping pattern. I can eat up to 6 times a day for a long time and gain little fat but if I go a week or two of insufficient eating, I get very much slimmer.

Please I need help and very much willing to resort to drugs, please help me.

There are many way to get fat if only you are willing to pay the price.

Your sleeping hours is a major contributor. Like i said, if only you are willing to pay the price.

If you can incorporate this to your lifestyle for the next 21days, you'll have a good result.


*Entend your sleeping hours from the usual 5/6hrs to 7/8hrs minimum.

*take soft drinks atleast three times a week.

*eat 3 or 4 square meal a day but always to your satisfaction.

*engage in light exercise. You'll thank me latter.
