I have received my GTCO dividend yesterday.
I use Access Bank.

The people having problems with their dividends are those whose accounts were Diamond/Access. They need to go to Any acccess bank branch, request for their alternate account number and submit to the registrar. Some registrars cannot pay dividends to rhe old Diamond bank account numbers.
I just resolved mine.

This kind of full bid looks like a trap. It is too weak for TRANSCORP. One person can quickly supply it and southern journey continues.

The owners of the company have been buying since the fall started. What I see on offer might not be enough for them. I think they will soon send it on full offer very soon. TE wants to acquire enough shares to prevent any ote$ like threat in future. Access is doing same with wigwe

...that's a very conservative estimate after discounting for what is clearly an appreciable risk premium.... otherwise, FVE would've been N3.05

I prefer working with the N2.71 estimate though.

More accumulations still witnessed earlier today....

Shareholders okays re-structuring/re-organization of the stock.........it has commenced, and looks like it's going to continue to some extent......Free float is being reduced to pave way for price appreciation.

A total of over 5B (5,001,009,920 units to be precise) of TRANSNATIONAL CORPORATION PLC were done as off market trade today April 26, 2023 @ N2.45 in three deals.

The deal was a negotiated one with UNITED CAPITAL SECURITIES LIMITED as both BUYER and SELLER.

Over 1billion units traded on the floor of the market so far. At this rate, theŕe will be less than 1billion units on free float at the end of this drama

This transcorp issue don't look like ending soon. I heard ote$ increased his stake within the week to 6%

The might have annualised the one for 2022. The 2023 eps is a huge imprvement on that of last year. Last year was 163k

Fidelity will not go too far. Their dividend will not support further price increase.
