Frangel: Transcorp: Off-market sales at N1.85 when the open market could absorb the volumes at higher prices (more profit) to the 'sellers'? These shares might have been held off-the-radar in pseudo/proxy accounts controlled by TOE before now. They're being consolidated now so as to declare the holdings officially, with FO's deal made public.
These things could happen. Which open market. E be like say you no dey see the level of bid. The seller made a serious loss. The seller lost over 140 million naira and counting. |

Ades1: The one thing I almost never hear anyone talk about in this place is dividend growth rate! This is a secret sauce of wealth generation! Notable increases so far,
MTN 19%+
Zenith 3%+
GT 3%+
UBA 13%+
Okomu 30%+
Total 15%+
The big banks are slow with their dividend growth, but their starting yield is high! With growths like these, what you need as an investor is to be consistent with your investing and let time do the rest! True. For some years now, mtn has maintained a steady growth in PAT and Dividends. |

yMcy56: Mpeace, I don't think you need to fill any other form with the registrar. Do your KYC with your broker, will be uploaded and updated on CSCS window, then every other thing should be fine. That's what I think it is anyway.
* You may take further step to know more about this by making enquiry from your broker, CSCS or the registrar. Thanks alot. I will do that. I call my broker. I seriously need to resolve it soonest. |

yMcy56: With this kind of situation, why not request for KYC document and change the bank with which you'll be receiving your Dividends long before now?? Maybe you're comfortable going thru all these stress yearly sha. The stress of having to fill forms from one registrar to the other and their various requirements is so discouraging. But I need to be sure its the bank first so I dont do a wasteful venture. |

leparj: 48 hrs after. Yet to get my UCAP dividend. Has anyone using Access Bank received? Hope all is well with Access Bank? I do not know if its access bank or something else. But all my dividends that come through access bank always develop k-leg. I am yet to recieve my Totalenergies interim dividend since December. Registrar says their record shows they paid me since 9th december. Access bank says that cannot be true. My account statement does not have a record of such payment. Note that I have had to call before getting most of my dividends from UBA and Ucap last year. |

9free: I see inconclusive results from the following states: Imo Ebony Anambra(45% chance) Rivers Kaduna Kano Plateau and Lagos INEC has already done their worse. Most voters in the listed states have had their polling units changed by inec without their knowledge. They will go to their former poling unit and not be able to vote. Mine was changed to a polling unit one hour from my previous unit. Mind you no vehicular movement on election day. So i no go fit vote. You can check your polling unit on inec website. |

yMcy56: GEREGU has delivered over +110%..........
Geregu is a Genco company and can't be compared with Transcorp, which is Discos. - Can remember someone comparing Transcorp with Geregu, they don't belong to same category..... It's just like Comparing Seplat with Conoil or MRS.......same Sector but not same category.... That's my understanding of it. Transcorp energy arm is a very big Genco. They are not a disco. Transcorp generating capacity is about 4 times that of geregu. That is why I get small fear |

Zenith with average of 3 branches per state has been most affected. They need to invest in infrastructure so as to cater for their huge cystomer base. |
