Adekorya:This kind of thing just makes one fill hopeless, the same set up people moving to different party, I wonder if any thing as CHANGED. |
It is unfortunate that Most of our politicals are not really politicians, they're hustlers, they don't have any ideology they stand for, therefore anywhere their bread will be buttered, that's where they go, the U.S politicians joins party based on ideology they believe in, so there's healthy competition btw democrats and republicans and and the end of the day the people win from this healthy competition. I hope we won't get to a point where APC becomes this same PDP, if it does then the only CHANGE we're celebrating is Change of party Name. |
Alkidam: condensed weed? na wa oh!So PDP done become opposition sharp-sharp, CHANGE is the permanent thing in life. |
FreeGlobe:Igbos are in every Yoruba state and they are well accommodated, they do their business freely without any trouble, I can site my home town in Ogun state as a good example, so we're accommodating, I hope others are. |
Baba Clark, it's their business oh!, you don forget that your godson said ' America will Know', Now they've Known everything. |
Chiaka:You're welcome. |
Chiaka: He pain am, why you they call me yam head na? But I know it is a lie that you are inseparable, everybody knows his father's name, and when personal agenda arises - to your tent oh isreal. As for my people, we don't really care about this oil, we were doing far better without it before they made Nigeria a central government, wealth is in the MIND and if you have men like Awolowo, you will have all you need, If Nigeria separate, Yoruba will not only survive but will FLOURISH. |
WisdomFlakes:Jimi can win oh! because these people are so determined to see the back of APC and the Yorubas are not so serious about the election, like me, I don't think I'll vote cos I can't go through the stress I went through in the presidential, whoever wins is ok, I just wish Lagos finally have d federal presence. |
Chiaka:Why would you be separated? is that not your style? To claim other's properties, assuming they don't have anything now, you won't be one. In fact if those one are not careful, you soon claim their oil totally to yourselves. |
Chiaka:When you see good things you like to claim it, who doesn't? Before Lagos became the capital that it became, it had been a center of excellence, Awolowo and co controlling the western region built the city, the tallest building then, Cocoa house, jankande built low cost estates, 1st television station, free education and health care were all made possible with Cocoa money not your nonsense oil money. Even some of your fathers enjoyed Awolowo's free education, go ask them. |
PointB:You can start the journey to own your own country by staying in your states first. We're all these bad things you said and you'll still take the pain to journey from your poor villages to share Lagos with us, I wonder why Yorubas are not saying Onitsha is no man's land, it's probably it's not a place worth fighting for. |
kasiem:Senseless comment, why can't you colonise your home town first, before Oyinbo came here, there own countries were developed, you have very ugly backward villages you're claiming to be colonizing the city that was developed by Awolowo and co, the very persons your fathers detest the most. |
It is exactly thesame reason why I think people should vote for Ambode. IMO Ambode, Jimi, there's no much difference, but think Lagos should feel the government at the center finally after all these years. But course people have the right to make their choice, if the Igbos wants to use it to make a statement against just a ceremonial king and Ambode loss, well na these Lagos we all dey na! if heaven will fall, it'll definitely affect everybody. |
macof:You must be a FOOL, must you insult to make your point? - IMMATURE. |
oseo1:Ok, Confirmed he said it, and it's very, very wrong. He doesn't have any power to force his wish on anybody, and his treat means nothing, it's just empty. Now he has given the Igbos who mostly won't vote for Ambode in the first place something to hold on to, it's not my business anyway, either Jimi or Ambode, none is better than the other IMO, the most important is the presidential and senate and we've seen to that, if Ambode loose good luck to him, but I had wished that finally Lagos will enjoy the government at the centre after all these years. But Igbos should realize this, if Lagos doesn't enjoy the federal presence, they would also partake in the suffering, @ least they spend most of their lives in Lagos, it'll affect all of us. |
oseo1:Video evidence is what I asked for, I don't know the Oba too well, so I can't ascertain his voice. And even if he said that, it's just an empty word, how relevant his he?, they are just ceremonial heads, Jonathan distributed dollars to some them and he still lost the election. |
Wow! FFO, sorry FFK, back from the dead, we missed you, it's been long we heard from you, where have you been? we thought you've gone on exile. Now talking about provocative utterances, culprit no one is you, you're one of the reasons why Jona loss, you, Fayose, Okupe and mama peace- whenever you open your diarrhea mouth, Jonathan losses 100, 000 votes, you divided this nation by your ethnic and religious cards. Now as per the alleged pronouncement from the Oba of Lagos, I thing it is wrong in the first place for the Oba to be canvassing for any candidate, he should accept the both of them as his sons and let the people decide, but I don't thing he said what was alleged, I'm very sure he didn't say that, it's too provocative to be said by him, if he said so, please provide the video evidence. It is pure PDP propaganda, that was how they twisted Aisha Buhari's statement before the election to sway the edos and SS to vote against Buhari. He couldn't have even said it in the presence of the igbos, he was only pleading with them, though I don't support that. |
pat077:Rome is not built in a day, they've not put their acts together in 2011, but 4yrs later, they got it right. Buhari would still get his massive votes from the north as he used to and still not be president, if their was no tinubu to support, 3rdly Gej and his goons made it all easy, he failed the people and every one around him seems to be wrong, people needed change desperately and they found the alternative in APC. |
Don't attend election debate, the person who didn't attend wins ( Gej in 2011, GMB in 2015). |
Don't do in 6 weeks, what you could have done in 6 years (GEJ) |
seeker121:Don't say 'LATER' 3 times when one 'later' could do the job. ![]() |
Na wa oh! E be like say some girls done dey envy mad people this days oh. This kind dress even mad person go call you mad. |
That was why he was so desperate to ensure that Jona remain in power he knows the failure of pdp in the election ends the reign of impunity and recklessness for him - Fayose see GOBE. |
Toks2008:Exactly my position, we appreciate what he did by accepting the result immediately and averting CHAOS, but he's NO HERO. |
missrosey: You guys are commedians, 'he put power in the hands of people' How? If it is by the elections conducted, that was not what he and PDP wanted but at the last minute, JEGA Jegalized them by introducing the PVC, that was why they were frantic when they realized they won't be able to RIG as usual, and started questioning Jega's integrity, they tried to beat it though but they couldn't, they still rigged as much as they could but it wasn't enough. If it is by the fact that he conceded defeat, What else would he do?, What is the alternative? Gbagbo? The international Government were monitoring, they were checking every move, and sending messages, he has to just give up. Now inspite of all these, I still appreciated that he is GEJ and not a person like Fayose whose desperation could dam the consequence and put Nigeria in chaos, So we thank him and wish him save Journey to Otueke, but Hero? Mba GEJ is no hero, he is an accidental leader, who got power and has no CLUE what to do with it. |
emmancipated: ![]() Epic!Anyways, I don't think he'll do more than 4yrs, even if his party continues in power. |
Abeg Just tell these people to stop embarrassing us. You can commend him, appreciate him, but which one is hero? and some mentioning Nobel peace price, for what na? His he the only one that'll hand over power in the world? His he not supposed to do that when he loss- International community will just be wondering what kind of MEDIOCRES we are. |
ok |
kelvincoll:Most people demonize tinumbu for God knows why, but this CHANGE won't have been possible without him. Most of our politicians are corrupt, the difference is what they do with their wealth, some go store it in swiss bank, some waste it in futility, some use it to build institutions, create jobs, employs people and political structures, if at all Tinubu is corrupt as alleged, he belongs to the later. To create a change around here, it'll take the dirty politicians to fight themselves, you can't be a saint and do it, or where will Buhari get all the money to fight an incubent with unlimited cash. But from here on I believe things will be better and there'll be sanity and if they mess up too, we'll send them packing. |
Mogbe! 1.4 million!! |
