Although it is probably late, you could have gone for the interview and 'discuss' your fate. If they ask you to block or get a sponsor, then you should and get back to them.

Try TOEFL. It shouldn't be difficult since you already know the language.

You don't have any language problem regarding this school's language requirements.
You have studied in English, you have written a thesis or project in English.
You're good to go. In unclear cases, you can always email the school stating that your entire education in Nigeria has been in English so they may wave English test for you.
However, some schools insist on TOEFL, IELTS and likes.

I can just submit a letter of English Proficiency obtained from my Registrar here in Naija.

Language requirements differ. Some school INSIST on TOEFL, IELTS and others while some state that EITHER Test of English certificate OR must have completed high school or a degree taught in English and a few request for proof that your first degree was in English.

Your English Language proficiency is C2 as a Nigerian who has studied well at secondary and tertiary levels. It means you can do everything an English language speaker can read, write and understand. But if you have poor English speaking, writing and understanding skills, then you might be B2 or C1.

Bonn is quite a cool city. It was formal capital of Germany and still houses some of the Govt agencies.

The big employers are DHL (global Hqtrs). Deutsche Telekom, Postbank. But there are also manual jobs around which I don’t have idea.

Bonn shares same airport with Köln.

One more question, which city do you think is better Bonn or Goettingen

Bonn is close to Cologne, one of the largest and most populace cities in Germany. For diversity and Student jobs, Bonn is better I think and there are many schools near the city too.

You should upload scanned originals and do not have to be certified hence they're original copies. But when mailing, you need to send certified copies because you MUST NOT mail your original documents to anyone unless you're physically with the person(s).

Once you arrive Germany;
1. Get your SIGNED house/apartment contract ready. If you have not found an apartment, start searching before you come
2. Book appointment at your residence City Centre/Rathaus
3. Receive your City Registration Certificate and request for your TAX ID
4. Take the City Registration Certificate, your passport, enrollment certificate, tax certificate and other documents to a popular bank of your choice (I use Sparkasse) and enquire for the BEST account for students without monthly deductions
5. Get your account number and bank card, upload your Passport with the Entry Stamp and fill your bank details to the Fintiba App
6. Your monthly allowance will first come in less than 3 days of supplying those info. You will receive the amount from when you blocked the account to when you supplied the information.
7. Afterwards, you will be paid every 1st day of the month.

This is the perhaps acceptable CV format for Europe.

It's a privacy issue and not mentioned in the application form.
But if asked at the embassy (which ought not to be their problem), you can say no hence you won't be subject to a test.
Saying yes might raise questions like;
Are you going for birth/health tourism?
How do you intend to cope with pregnancy, study and forthcoming of the child/children?
Your blocked account may not be sufficient anymore... etc

What happened to quality to motivation letter? He has to share some relevant points on the interview day. Perhaps that provides an insight.
A Motivation Letter or Statement of Purpose becomes crucial when:
1. You're having a second degree or higher degree
2. Switching major
3. Applying from a disadvantaged country as a citizen
4. Buttress on your future and humanity development.
5. Wide age gap between your most recent qualification and your newly applied course. It is often mediated by good working experience but for most in Nigeria, the jobs weren't even there! I graduated 2009/early 2010 (education gap of 10 years!), studied Zoology (I am now studying Environmental Science at University of Cologne) and at a low ranking University, DELSU Abraka, a meager 3.6 CGPA, abandoned an MSc course at OAU, Ife from 2011-2015 (which I eventually stylishly used as work and research experience).

An appeal could still work if the pointed errors are adjusted and Fintiba should stop confirming 853€ blocked amount and implement the new 861€. People should continue to ask questions particularly on a forum like this for guidance and help.

Yes, as proof of fund for sustenance.
But I don't know if it has to be original. Hopefully others can advise. Moreso, the embassy can verify such claims. Alternatively, read exactly what is stated on the requirements for student visa if they included 'Original' copy of the letter.
