Please i need to understand a few things.
After providing the 10,236 euro for the first year. Will I provide another 10,236 euro the second year again? or when i get a job in the first year i can fend for myself the second year? without providing that plenty money again?

Depending on the City of Residence. You will be needing another blocked fund of the same 10,236 for a renewal of your student residence permit for the period as applicable in YOUR CITY OF RESIDENCE.
e.g I study in Uni zu Köln, I live in Hurth, 50354, I applied for my residence permit in Dec 2020, and collected it Feb 2021. I was issued a valid permit for 1 yr beginning from when I blocked my Fintiba Account!
In my City of residence it is 1 yr study and work permit! In a few kilometres away in Köln, it is 2 years. After the date of expiration, I learned from old residents here that I will be required to provide same amount for another 1 yr permit or half the amount for 6 months permit whereas Köln City Office will require the same amount for 2 years and do accept a proof of work contract.
Don't panic, be hopeful you reside in a good city and you will definitely be able to find your way through no matter what.

There is no limitation or age barrier to education across the world. If the University admits you, it is your responsibility to meet student visa requirements as stated by the Embassy and it is the duty of the embassy to issue your visa. In addition, you should have a valid reason for the education gap (which is actually the major concern for the University, although the embassy also shows interest). Whatever reason for the gap is valid and should be well articulated in your motivation letter and Europass CV.
BTW, I graduated in 2009 and got admitted in Winter Semester for 2020/21.

Yes one can as long as evidence of admission is not required for interview date. But some countries' embassies will request though.
Since you will be having an appointment in far ahead date hoping to get the admission then, you can carry on.

You should submit the certificate you are using for admission purpose. If it's WAEC GCE, then submit that.

Try DHL, official postal service provider of Germany, I suppose its 14k.
Then TNT is quiet cheaper I guess.
My suggestion would be for you to either use DHL directly to the school or use any other one directed to someone here in Germany.
Because the person will be able to prove the success of its arrival. Avoid NIPOST, they might even open your envelope and send your parcel as different pieces to the school.
If you mail to someone here, then the person can mail it to the school directly with full confidence.

There is a limit of 200 USD for international transfers by the CBN but u will advise you approach your bank for FORM A option. It takes a while but surely works.

hello, i wanted to ask why is it that after checking for schools on daad website and i go to uni-assist to find the school and apply the schools dont seem to ever show up on the uni-assist site

Not all schools are in uni-assist. Uniassist is a contracting firm helping universities 'weed out' applications than don't meet the requirements of the department or the universities.
The 75 EUR they charge is for handling your documents, reviewing them, and onward thrashing or sending to the university(ies) for consideration.
The admission decision is by the department, then the University.
Your contract with uniassist ends when you upload all the necessary documents, make application(s) and of course make their payment.

I did not even have time to prepare for my interview in Dubai and wasn't even asked what my name was! The only question asked was:
Can I have your documents?
Other comments by the VO were:
You may have to take a seat for about 20 mins while I field in you information.
Can I have the money for the visa fee (75 EUR equivalent)?
We will contact you in about 4 weeks.
...
I only said:
Thank you.
Will that be all? She smiled and replied yes.
I acted surprised asking 4 weeks? My lectures ought to have begun by then already. She replied, that's not my fault, you applied late and the issuance of visa comes from Germany and there was nothing she could do.
Again I said, thank you as I retrieve my original documents and said to her, I will have to take a seat again and arrange these papers. She replied, okay fine!
I just waka comot pondering whether it was a good or bad interview � until the AM and the Visum!

If you select the right course, you should not have issues. Are you applying for a Master or Bachelor? I do not think you need to apply for VPD. What is VPD?

Thanks so much. I have seen AXE health insurance company but I want to know how many months duration can he buy. There are one month to 24 months insurance. Since he is going for 2 years masters program, is he expected to buy upto 24 months health insurance or just some few months.

Insurance contract is a year subject to renewal. He needs just one month payment and when he arrives at Austria, his colleagues can guide him.

It's a form available online in the Embassy and state sites. It is simply for contact tracing in case of any cases of COVID-19. They also want to know where you left, stopovers, flight, and where you will be in quarantine.

Thanks for your kind input. Austria doesn't do block account. No insurance company was listed both on the embassy site and the school site. The embassy just made mention of getting an 30,000 Euro worth of Insurance. My question is, how many months of such insurance can he buy? He is going for his Masters school.

Google list of best insurance for foreign students in Austria. Don't worry much about the 30,000 EUR Premium. A decent one should cost between 100-200 EUR or other popular cheap ones around 50 EUR per month.
