sadly, i blame the promoters for the lip synching garbage that we see/hear everywhere, because if they'd ask for a "proper" live show (and have the right equipments for one), then they would get live shows.... but lets also remember that many of these artists dont have what it takes to remotely reproduce live the songs that were produce in a studio.

as for Nollywood, so long as they allow these garbage directors to make these awful movies, then Nollywood will forever remain the garbage that it is, whether there are few good movies released there or not.

Since obtains these "goods" in exchange for money is a crime aka prostitution, that agreement is illegal and can't be enforced under the color of the law, even if the other guy break his end of the bargain.

dont get this confused.... this cannot be viewed as prostitution as i assume, that at no time did the lady offered sex for money (or vice versa).... the lady simply offered sex, as a thankful gesture/reminder for the ₦15K that the guy promise to give her. (therefore sex was awarded under false pretence)......and although the lady probably would have NOT offered sex (or come to his friends house) if the money wasnt mentioned, this cannot be categorised as "prostitution".

That is why you don't see drug dealers going to courts to enforce debt collection, because they will get nothing and will only implicate themselves in an unlawful act, hence they always resort to streets justice or gang enforcers to collect on the debt.

To me both of them might be liying either way, I thought when rape occurs, there should be element of bruises on the victim and forceful entry into the women, torn cloths or under wear etc. So a doctor should verify to prove it was a rape. Dear OP to the best knowledge of mine, importing frm china is not profitable. Most of those goods are cheaper in lagos. I have a friend that do import goods from china, the money he uses to clear those goods @ times is more than 2/3rd of the money he uses to buy the goods. As for me I get most of my goods from togo. I will prefer you check togo,though depending on what you are into. Cos @times cloths from lagos are cheaper most especially now that #100 is 435cefa. Depending on what you import anyway! if China good is indeed cheaper in Lagos then someone is making a profit by importing it from China (unless you think people in Lagos are selling at a loss?)....so, importing from China IS profitable, you just need to have the right connection.

the problem here is that:
A) there is different types of quality when you buy China goods. so an item could be made in 3 different quality and therefore have 3 different prices. in China there is the CHEAP version, the CHEAPEST version and the GREAT version of any product. so many people can receive a sample of the "great" version, and then be sent the "cheapest" version.

B) if you aint buying from the main factory directly then you will automatically be losing money. anyone who want to make great business in China needs to 1st speak Chinese and 2nd go to China to visit the factory and discuss prices. EVERY price in China needs to be bargained down directly with owners. YES!!! this is Chinese way of doing business, especially with "laowai" (foreigners). so if you are buying goods via some online brokers in Beijing (while the factory is deep within Guangdong province) then you will never make a great bargain because you will always pay middle men (only God knows how many).

C) if you only buy 10pieces of each products (each times) then you certainly wont get the best prices, you need to buy pieces by the thousands before the price can be at the bare minimum.

so the guy entice that golddigger with the promise of a ₦15K give away, and to make sure that he gave the cash "joyfully", she fukced his brains out. now at the end of the show, he told her that he aint got the cash, so she got mad and cried "rape".

what he did is as stoopid as going to see an ashawo, and telling her he aint got the money after fukcing her, madness!

.... and although it aint rape, what he did is still a crime of fraud (aka obtaining "goods" under false pretence).

find a cheaper supplier by asking these stores in Lagos where they get their goods from

- and finally, i blame "some of" us MEN who think that we can buy these deluded/lost women and make a GOOD wife out of these miserable damaged women; men who dont treat/look/desire these women as their equal, and instead think that they can live life, and have a fantastic family, without a GREAT woman by their side; men who opt for "good for nothing" trophy wives, and who then get surprised when these women cant even boil an egg but can roll the best joints and twerk as good as Nikki Minaj; men who flaunt their cash to attract these clueless women and then who wonder what they've done wrong when a richer guy woo their women away.
