Kgdavid:
Sure you're right about the figure.

You're point (if you really have one) is still invalid, as the amount of money disbursed:

1. Brought immense joy to a number of lives.
2. Was done under no compulsion whatsoever.

Why must you find a negative angle to look at the whole thing from?
dont flip the script here bro, who said what he did was negative (or whatever)?! i said what was done is APPROPRIATE.... if you dont know the meaning of the word then pls Google it.

moshino:
1. The employees are paid their salaries to work hard, just like any other employee of any other company anywhere, they were not doing the company a favor by working hard.

2. A gift of $100k is more than 'appropriate', it is huge and unprecedented generosity. He doesn't owe them that and didn't have to do it if it's not in the employees employment contract/agreement.
that boss had already REWARDED these same employees the previous years $35K each (or $50K down payment on a car), when the company did good. as any boss would know that if your employees are happy and believe in the company, then they will work better.
so such reward system helps the company in the long run.

your way of thinking is the reason why so many 9ja companies have no clue AND are filled with employees who dont give a damn about the boss nor the company itself.

a cursory glance at those figures should have told you that 100, 000.00 by 1, 400 is 1.4 billion, a clean 25% of what you claim he made. Your point again??

The guy spent more than $1billion.. This is unreal! What generosity.., Lord bless me so I can do something like this!!
NONSENSE!!!! obviously, mathematics were not your best asset in school..... $100K x 1400 employees thats $140Millions... aka a little under 3% of the money the owner profited

are you for real? And you failed to understand her marriage already. The husband is now scared his wife might take after the mum.

Well, opinion differ as people do.
nonsense.... what the mother does has absolutely NOTHING to do with how a spouse would act, especially if that spouse believes that what her mother does is wrong (in her own opinion). furthermore, if the husband is already married and his wife is great, then why would he think that his wife would suddenly change simply because of her mother's actions?

FamilyRe: "What Should I Do?" by MRBrownJ:
WRONG WRONG WRONG and more WRONG in this story, kai!

ERROR #1 if you have extra work and need to stay late, advise your partner of your whereabouts, and give them a number where they can reach you at all times.

ERROR #2 not saying/doing anything when your husband started abusing/beating you due to HIS low self esteem AND failure to provide a decent paycheck for the household

ERROR #3 covering up to friends and family for the animal that you call a husband

ERROR #4 knowing that your boss had a soft spot for you but continually getting closer to him.

ERROR #5 lying to the whole world about the beating but the only person you deem fit to tell the truth was your boss

ERROR #6 asking your boss to:"let sleeping dogs lie" while you should have told him that this was a private matter and as much as his ADVICES will be accepted, he has no business doing anything to the husband.

ERROR #7 if you really think that you didnt want to lose your home then why bother telling the story to anyone?! you should have kept quiet and be happily miserable

ERROR #8 going back to confide in boss AGAIN, knowing fully well that he likes you and wants to "deal" with your hubby

ERROR #9 when he touched you, you should have stopped it RIGHT THERE and walk away, instead of going to his office

ERROR #10 accepting his money after you've let him kiss you and f0ndle you like a hoe... and enjoying kissing him back

ERROR #11 thinking that letting a man kiss and f0ndle you is NOT cheating..... NEWSFLASH: thats cheating! your lips/breast are your husband's only and no man has the right to get closer to them, let alone touch them!

ERROR #12 hiding the money from your husband thinking he wont know, and lying about the source of the money when he found out.

ERROR #13 calling your boss during private matter at home, thats the ultimate line stepper!!!!!

FINAL ERROR staying in that house when your hubby came back after a week of beating, if it was me i would have killed you with my own hands!!!!

what a pile of NONSENSE from a deluded poster... the notion to be a "bad" guy in order to get a good girl is flawed to begin with. that guy does not get a "good" gal, he gets a gal who has no experience with men and who will quickly wake up and drop that useless no good man. she will in return start to treat all men in the future like trash thanks to idiot she 1st dated (aka the bad guy).
btw there is NOTHING rewarding about being a "bad" guy, unless you are a novice and just started dating, trying to copy the "seemingly" cool dudes in the game.

this is a vicious circle as shown below (there is no winner here):

you are absolutely right.... its like a virus, and even when the person dont find any signs of foul play, the doubt will be there already and there wont be much to do to erase it from ones mind.

what i never understand is the people who go snooping around, find terrible secrets and do absolutely nothing about it. they might as well save themselves the headache, and not bother searching.
TV/MoviesRe: Steven Spielberg Names His List Of Bad Actors In Africa by MRBrownJ: 2:14am On Dec 16, 2015
AzontoGhost:
Multiple award winning filmmaker, Steven Spielberg has taken an
interesting look at African cinema, known as Nollywood, which is
believed to be the world’s second largest ‘film’ producer. According to the 3-time Academy Award winner, Nollywood is characterised by weak storylines and actors who are only good for posters.
Spielberg who recently wrapped shooting for ‘Escape From Boko
Haram’ described filming in parts of Nigeria as a challenge, especially in finding the right supporting cast for the terrorism drama, set for release on February 31, 2016.
In an Interview with the Nollywood Reporter, Spielberg said he only familiarised himself with Nollywood during the 2-month shoot in Nigeria.
“My casting director spoke highly of some Nollywood stars and I was forced to watch a few of their movies to familiarise myself with them before we even did our casting for ‘Escape From Boko Haram’. I then noticed that most of the movies are badly written and directed, often leaving me confused. I liked the way
they tell their stories but even my grandchildren tell better stories”
“When finally it was time for casting, the actors came for auditions like they had the roles already – such utter arrogance. Genevieve Nnaji came 3 hours late, yet she was the one that our casting director felt should play wife of President Obasanjo. ” “…just one second with Frank Artus and I knew he wasn’t good for any role in the movie or any thinkable movie for that matter. We went through several of Nigeria’s leading actors and frankly none of them was good enough. We ended up using many unknown faces for the supporting roles. The only popular Nigerian in the movie would be Segun Arinze, because of the striking resemblance he has with President Obasanjo.”
‘Escape From Boko Haram’, tells the chilling story of corruption and power struggle behind the infamous terror group.
It stars Morgan Freeman, Denzel Washington, Halle Berry, Nicole Kidman and Idris Elba.
The legendary filmmaker turned out to support his great friend George Lucas as the seventh Star Wars movie was finally unveiled to the world at a grandiose premiere in LA. The famed filmmaker, 68, was upstaged in the fashion stakes by longtime wife Kate Capshaw who wore an eclectic outfit that paired leather dungarees with a bolero jacket and a fedora hat.
what a pile of NONSENSE to try to bring traffic to some deluded blog!!!! as if Steven Spielberg know what Nollywood is, let alone the name of its BS actors!

escape from Boko Haram ko, Transformer Lagos rampage ni!!!

You want freedom and liberty? Then go to Iran, Saudi Arabia, and other arab enclaves to demand for it. Afterall, it is humans that populate those countries.
let me educate you further, as i see you dont get the picture:
all the countries you mentioned above DONT pretend to be the police of this world on human rights related issues. how can these hypocrite states point fingers at other countries failing on human rights grounds, and then turn around and do EXACTLY the same thing, as soon as some mad extremists go on a killing spree?! so YES, i want freedom and liberty in all these hypocrite double standard states, thank you very much.

btw: no matter how/when they bring such discriminatory laws into power, they know damn well that no wives of Saudi royals would ever remove their burqas/niqabs.

The West is obviously fed-up with being blackmailed with the ignorant, flawed and treacherous definition of freedom and liberty by those who wage war against all that it represents.
are you saying that the notion of freedom and liberty for all should be thrown out the window because of a few extremists?!?!?!

well if they are indeed fed up, then they should go against these "countries" that have burqas/niqabs as their NATIONAL dress, and not individuals wearing attires like burqas/niqabs. let them start with Saudia Arabia, lol!
PoliticsRe: BURKA Banned Across Europe After Terror Attacks by MRBrownJ:
EdCure:
Why are you angry? This move should be commended by every rational human owing. To recent acts of Islamic terror.

And, talking about the wives of Arab royal, they are merely visiting. Not living there.
are you therefore saying that anyone visiting these countries would have the right to keep their burqas/niqab?! pls educate yourself on the issue so i dont have to do it for you.

these handful of hypocrite states preach freedom and liberty for all.... yet here they are telling women from a certain religious group that they cannot wear the dress of their choice. this is, btw, the national dress of women from Iran, Saudia Arabia, UAE, Yemen, Qatar, Kuweit etc.
these hypocrites states are quick to pride themselves on human rights, and looking down on any state that will fail in this aspect, but here they are making discriminatory laws that are in breach of the international human right act, which will affect AND discriminate against many of their citizens and other people visiting (from a certain religious group).

HUMAN RIGHT doesnt stop whenever THEY feel like it, it should be there for ALL, at ALL TIMES, regardless of the actions of a few bastard extremists out there.... the human right act stipulates that "everyone" should have freedom of speech, conscience, thought, beliefs, religion; the right to hold your own opinions and to express them freely without government interference; freedom to manifest your religion or belief in worship, observance, practice and teaching.

these European laws against burqa/niqab wearing are wrong however anyone wants to look at it... nobody can discriminate against the rights of a minority group, and call that JUSTICE. if what they really want is to identify the person wearing the burqa/niqab, then they should simply make a law that will have the wearer identify themselves in all public places (if needs be), et voila!

and BTW, i am not muslim!

if a person (aka a woman) is crazy enough to lay hands on a man then he MUST use what he has in his power to A) protect himself from imminent danger and B) making sure that this person doesnt try such foolish stunt ever again

*12* if you ever think giving a man your body will make him love you.
one thing IS certain, NOT giving a man your body is a sure way to fail when it comes to dedication/submission/care/affection/bonding/procreation etc ..... which are "some of" the important foundations for love.

¥13¥°• if you can't control your body.
this is where i know that such thread has been written by a woman, who is obviously clueless about men. whether your man loves you or not, he will still have a hard on if he sees a sexy nekkid woman (even if he is by your side), and this has nothing t do with control and all to d with being a MAN. we men have been trying to tame the tiger in our pants for generations and only a handful have succeeded. its your ACTIONS, when your body reacts uncontrollably, that are important here.

there must be something about you that attracts the same type of men, could be that you are:
- a person who like to flaunt your cash in order to get men's attention (sugar mama etc)
- a person who can only attract men via money (aka someone ugly/old/physically impaired)
- a person with a foul mouth when it comes to the money you've borrowed
- a person who becomes a tyrant/dictator as soon as you borrow some money

have you ever tried doing something different for a change, like not handing out money?
