This is what they couldn't figure out and they call it bomb, this is fireworks, this country is in trouble if people will allow themselves to be deceive that this thing is a bomb.
The guy was really even very lucky in some places he would have been given jungle justice.
What is the use of having mairijuna farms that will be destroyed by wandering fulaniherdsmen and their cows? The most important thing should be how to secure ur investments and environment first before negotiating for business deals in ur state.
fergie006: A middle-age man allegedly caught with a suspected improvised explosive device at the Living Faith Church in Sabon Tasha area of Chikun Local Government Area, Kaduna State.
The father of Nathaniel Samuel, the young man who was arrested for allegedly trying to bomb a Living Faith Church in Kaduna, Mr Samuel Ezekiel, has confirmed that his son is a Christian, and not a Muslim as being speculated on social media.
It could be recalled that the identity of the arrested would-be bomber had generated uproar across the country as many disputed his name and religion.
Our reporter who visited the suspect’s house at Marabar Demishi village located few kilometres from Maraban Rido in Chikun local government area of Kaduna state met his father, Samuel Ezekiel, a Jarawa by tribe from Bauchi state, alongside the Kaduna state chairman of the Christian Association of Nigeria (CAN), Reverend Joseph Hayab.
He also said Nathaniel was born in 1991 and schooled in the state, adding that his mother was from Nasarawa state even though she no longer live with them.
Mr Ezekiel told Daily Trust that his son has been a Christian and not a Muslim even for a single day.
Asked if his son bears Mohammed Sani as being speculated, he said, “No! Not even for a single day has he been a Muslim.” Mr Ezekiel also said he was shocked when he was told that his son carried a bomb into a church because he wondered what would have happened to the lives of people in the church.
“If he was alone, I don’t care but for the lives that are in the church, I begin to wonder. I shed tears,” he told our reporter.
Also speaking with Daily Trust, Reverend Hayab Joseph said he knew the father of the suspect for many years, noting that it’s just that he didn’t know that Nathaniel was the son of Mr. Ezekiel until he visited the house.
He said CAN is not concerned about Nathaniel’s name or religion but the act of criminality that he would have committed which should be addressed.
fairfora: Trust nigeria police at the expense if your life. They're always used by politicians to achieve their aims. I'm glad this matter is coming to the fore. Every sane Nigerian knows that the boy can never be a Christian and the reactions of the Nigerians since the incident became known was a clear proof that there was manipulation somewhere.
I stopped trusting the Nigerian police since the day a Nigerian living in the USA came home to visit his family in the 80s and was killed in a police station where he took shelter because he arrived late and couldn't proceed to his family house to avoid being attacked by the oshodi boys in those days. The moment the police got to know he had some dollars on him after he introduced himself, they killed this man and took all his money. Thank God the driver who picked the man at the airport and dropped him off at the station was told to come back the following day by the man to pick him and also inform his family that he was at a police station for protection and would be with them that morning.
The driver first left for the family of the victim the following morning before going to the station and delivered the message. Before getting to the station, the driver met the body of the retirnee lifeless along the road where he was dumped. He didn't bother to report at the station but made a u-turn and headed to the family house of the victim. The moment his retired military officer brother heard of the horrible incident, he carried his gun and asked the driver to move to the scene. After seeing his brother's body along the road, he entered the police station and shot all those on duty dead. He boldly searched their pockets and met dollars inside. The government was alerted and some of them who did night and had a share of the money had handed over and left but were all captured and charged for murder. The incident took place at mafoluku police station which was shut for years before being reopened because of the incident. Since that day, I've lost trust in those men in black. Their second name is evil
Sodiquinone: Nathaniel Samuel is a core Christian who was motivated to commit terrorism by the bible,he was motivated by the following verses of the bible both old and new testament
Now go and smite Amalek, and utterly destroy all that they have, and spare them not; but slay both man and woman, infant and suckling, ox and sheep, camel and ass (1 Samuel 15:2-3)
Jesus said, “I did not come to bring peace, but a sword” (Matthew 10:34)
He said to them, “But now if you have a purse, take it, and also a bag; and if you don’t have a sword, sell your cloak and buy one(Luke22:36-3
Take ur taqiyya elsewhere every sensible person knows that christains are no terrorists u can't even find any christain group in this world killing innocent people in the name of christainity or Jesus.
atmstyle: BBC reports that following the killing of over 60 people and displacement of over 500000 people in January, the Burkina Faso Parliament has passed a law for the Burkinabe Government to arm the country’s civilians who will be coordinated by the military.
Who will be armed? According to the new law, any civilian aged 18 or above can apply for recruitment and there is no maximum age. But recruits cannot belong to any political party.
Volunteers must be “patriotic and loyal” and must have a “spirit of sacrifice”.
The law mandates that a minimum of 10 volunteers be recruited in each village or residential area.
The chosen volunteers from each village/area will be given 2 weeks of training. The law says they must be taught how to handle weapons, basic fighting skills, the rules of discipline and civic education and moral instruction.
After this training, the BBC reports, the volunteers will be given weapons, communication and observation gadgets. But they will not get uniforms as that is reserved for the armed forces.
HigherEd: Foolish question. These ones know what they are doing.
Go and read your bible again. Paul, Elijah and Jesus Christ laid curses.
But no need for cursing really, when someone messed with the Church at white settlement Texas, his brain was scattered with a bullet.
The Nigerian church should stop start employing private armed guards with life terminating weaponry
One million likes bro this is the only language those Islamic extremists understands very well. Sending all of them to meet their allahuakubar to go and receive their 76 spirit virgins without any delays remains the only ultimate solution to their menace.
naijazee2: Femi Fani-Kayode reveals real name of the man who tried bombing Winners Chapel, says he’s not Christian (photos)
Reactions continue to the attempted bombing of Living Faith Church Worldwide, popularly known as Winners Chapel at the weekend in Kaduna and an ardent critic of the President Muhammadu Buhari has said the arrested terrorist is a Muslim of Fulani heritage.
Wether christain or muslim buhari govt should send all terrorist to meet their maker if truly he wants the world to really believe he is actually fighting terrorism in Nigeria.
stephenduru: A suicide bomber was arrested today while trying to bomb a church in Sabo,Kaduna State. The incident happened at Living Faith church while the church members were worshipping.
Nothing will happen to him buhari's govt will send to bokoharam rehab center where he will be taken care of and return back to the society continue to with his suicide bombing.
Who is still doubting the fulanization & islamization agenda? Just imagine the nonsense & idiocy these marauders cum killers have been displaying because their grand patron took over the saddle of leadership?
These people are just barbarians they will all be eliminated if they ever foolishly embark on this wild goose chase in this 21st century.
This mad people again they should hurry up come and claim the whole nigeria nah what are they still waiting for igbo smokers? Where is even gowon when you need him most?
Nigeria will be great again in our lifetime.
A good and better Nigeria is all we want.
A good and more better Nigeria is what we shall get BGG.
God bless Nigeria.
Details, General Overseer of the Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG), Enoch Adeboye, on Sunday, led members of his church in a prayer walk against insecurity in Nigeria.
Pastor Adeboye had directed the congregation to participate in the prayer walk declared by the Christian Association of Nigeria (CAN) to address the spate of killings across the country.
According to an Assistant General Overseer of the church, Funso Odesola, about 25,000 Parishes of the church are expected to carry out the same exercise nationwide.
CAN President, Samson Ayokunle, earlier announced series of activities aimed at asking for divine intervention in stopping the killing of innocent Nigerians and giving the government the capacity to overcome terror in the country.
He should first apologize to Nigerians for his contributions in birthing this disastrous govt before we can take him serious.
GamalNasser: Good morning Sarrki, I see you have found original coffee to wake you up . I warned you severally since December 2015 that nothing good can come out of a Buhari govt not because I hate him ( infact I was long time supporter before he became president so much even a teenager I used to write him letters urging him not give up in contesting because I thought only he had the solution) but by December 2015 I came to the realization that Buhari didn't have the capacity, Intelligence, will and vision to deliver anything positive for this country and I Immediately started my campaign against him especially after I went back to research his stint as Military ruler where I found out to my greatest chagrin it was a total disaster , I warned people like you severally but you would not heed and you said let's give him time but in reality it wasn't no amount of time was going to make a character who didn't have capacity to deliver to get anywhere like no amount of time will make keke Napep win a formula one race like no amount of time will allow Danfo driver lift an Airbus a320 into the sky without the right training capacity ...It good thing your eyes have opened even though very late after so much damage has been done by the very inept man ...I always say Buharis 18 months misrule in the 80s took Nigeria almost 30 years to try to even fix so imagine how many years 8 years of Buhari damage will take to fix maybe 3 generation maybe four ..
We thank God one zombie has just been delivered let's go for thanksgiving.
hisexcellency34: The Southern and Middle Belt leaders has described as a wicked act the release of repentant Boko Haram militants by the Federal government.
The leaders who said this in a statement jointly signed by Mr Yinka Odumakin for South-West, Gen CRU Ihekire (South- East), Senator Bassey Henshaw (South-South) and Dr Isuwa Dogo (Middle- Belt said it is insensitive to release the kingpins while Boko Haram is still launching devastating attacks in parts of the country.
The statement reads “The Southern and Middle Belt Leaders Forum fully backs the conscientious objection by Nigerian Military Widows Association against the wicked and insensitive continuous policy of the Federal Government on recycling of Boko Haram cadres”.
The release of these terrorists as the group continues to cause untold devastation across the land and inflicting maximum harm on our armed forces cannot be explained on any rational basis outside complicity with terrorism by the Federal Goverment and unwittingly promoting crime against humanity”.
What is the basis of deciding that a Boko Haram member is repentant when the group is still spreading terror on daily basis? Is the government the one raising them to know the ones that are still active and the so – called repentant ones?
We see the whole idea as an ethnic agenda to replicate for terrorists the Amnesty programme for Niger Delta militants who were destroying pipelines during their uprising against the neglect of Niger Delta but not spreading terror among innocent civilians or beheading human beings like Boko Haram.
The 2000 members of the group reportedly released so far are more than enough to cause the surprise President Buhari expressed lately about the vibrancy of the terror group inspite of official lie that it had been degraded.
Our hearts go to the large number of widows that we have harvested from insurgency and their children.
In order to end this terror and stop turning more of our officers and men’s wives to widows, the government should stop forthwith the recycling of terrorists
Terrorism will never end in Nigeria simply because fulani northern muslims have this primitive idealogy that the whole nigeria has been gifted to them by God through the british and so every inch of it must be totally conquered and islamized. The only solution still remains division but southern and middle belt leaders don't have the guts to start the process.
kokakola: I know the 33K is still not upto the expectations of many, seeing the rise in inflation. I just hope pioneers of 33k will utilize this money for meaningful things; while I'm very sure some wise ones can even save something from it and use the Saved money to Start some small Business, Learn a demanding skill and even run their Masters Programme from what they can save from the 33K. We're not there yet, but we hope for better.
How can they be able to save with such amount? #33k is not even enough to feed some people's dog in a month the fed.govt should increase it to #100k considering inflations and all the risks involved during service.
The nigerian police force can really do a very good job if they really want to look at how they successfully track down the suspect after over five months of searching kudos.
EagleNest: Nigeria is too divided for my liking, on ethnic and religious lines. I'm afraid we'll find it difficult to find a common ground if we continue to play these dangerous ethnic games.
The fact remains, Buhari shouldn't have been elected at this time of Nigerians chequered history. He belongs to the past and doesn't have the capacity to meet up with the stringent intellectual requirements of leading Nigeria at this time and age.
Nigeria can never ever be United or become cohesive for national development simply because of islam. Look at other developed nations they are either fully islamic nation or fully christain nation.
slam7000: You are nauseating, highly mischievous and evil.
The invasion of Nnamdi Kanu’s home has been well documented.
There was a video of that attack by someone from his house the moment it was happening. That boy was probably killed in that invasion.
There were bullet holes all over the walls of the house, vehicles, dead dog and people who sustained gunshot wounds.
Ipob placed a cctv when the Army, police and federal govt denied the invasion. That cctv caught the police going into Nnamdi Kanu’s house and stealing and carrying away his properties. The evil police denied that but when confronted with cctv evidence, they changed and admitted that they went there and acted on ‘intelligence’ that weapons were in that property.
You are evil. It’s either you are a very deceitful person or you are hideously ignorant.
Nigeria, the army, police and Buhari’s govt are all acting like comedians.
That person u quoted knows very well that kanu's house was invaded but u should not expect them to admit it simply because Nigeria is a country that survives and trives on propaganda.
Lol, see ZOMBIES praising Buhari for NLNG's effort
Before anyone comes to praise Buhari, tell him to release FG's share of the cost to Julius Berger to enable them complete the project.
This project was awarded to JB at #120B but to be shared equally between FG and NLNG (#60b each).
NLNG has since paid up their own #60b to JB which they have used to move the project to about 60% but FG is yet to pay up their own #60b to enable JB complete the work
So u really mean that this project have not even been completed yet but the apc propaganda machinery has gone to the press to be claiming that buharig have already completed it?
