Fiverr chat inbox is used for business discussion. Any help you need on fiverr can be gotten by simply going to fiverr forum and create a thread just the same way it's done on nairaland. There, you will see TRS and top sellers respond and guide you. If you come to someone's inbox and start asking for help, he/she may interpret it as a bug and dismiss such message.

I can relate to what the OP is saying. I have made over 3thousand USD on fiverr since January this year. I have also increased my gig price since I have about 61 5.0 reviews. However the challenge I have now is that two saddists gave me negative reviews which I think has affected my gig appearance. I don't get much people in my inbox anymore as before.

I use to have like 10 inbox everyday. But not a problem cuz on average I still make like 300USD every month.
