It is sad to see that some people would rather their spouse to lose their job, business, and practice in the sake of "we are one" mentality.

I think I need to start asking any person who is married such as a doctor, lawyer, or therapist if they are into sharing clients' information to their spouse. If they answer yes......Lawd help them!

afam4eva: Do couples use protection normally?
Yes. There are couples...where one is HIV/AIDS infected or both......to prevent pregnancy....wife may be allergic to bodily fluids...and host of other reasons.

There are many married couples who uses protection...being married doesn't protect you from danger. undecided undecided undecided

vislabraye: It would be ridiculous for the BA to beef the Africans and vice versa. We Africans know our roots and have a culture. The BAs happen to be in a society where many things work well.
Africa can also be a place where many things work well. It is no one's fault but Africa....take back your continent!!!!!

You are right Black Americans would rather not have a culture where cutting clits off with a dull rock and ironing of breasts is acceptable and expected.

Such wonderful cultures. wink wink

naturalwaves: First,U went off topic undecided undecided.Even though U went off topic,U said men and women are biologically d same and none is more complex than d other. I brought U back on track and told U that,Superiority is different from Complexity(which u seem to confuse initially) and even at ur biological argument,I gave U glaring examples to show that, women are more biologically complex than men and d best U could do was to label it a RECYCLED RAMBLE.SMH.I come across funny people everyday and U are no exception.Infact, what U just exhibited is another proof of d feminine complexity.
Went off topic would be talking about Biafra war...biology is PART OF MEN AND WOMEN.

sexkillz: This post of yours ascertains that you don't even know what you are arguing for, and that your rants are baseless.

No one said all hot ladies are dumb. Slimyim said most, i said majority, others have used a higher percentage to classify pretty ladies as dumb. And in all our comments, we keep saying that there are exceptions. I have met hot ladies, slimyem has met hot ladies other posters on this thread have met hot ladies, and all our observations are same: Majority of pretty ladies are dumb!

You went swatting at the air, fighting invisible shadows. No one here attacked you, this is not about you. Our experiences influenced our observations. No offence, i have seen your profile pic but you are not as hot as the hot ladies i have Met, you know. You are hot quite alright, and that is why i earlier said that you could be part of the exceptions we were talking about.

I said before that most pretty ladies expect thier pretty face to open doors for them, and fortunately for them, it opens the doors wide.

Again, this thread is asking to choose between a lady that has Kim's attributes, and a lady that Has Michelle's attributes and not about pretty ladies that are hardworking vs plain ladies that are not hard working.

If you are not comparing yourself with Kim, you should not have taken this so personal. Open your mind and be unbiased in your responses.

afrikwin: Hey everyone, by now ur saying am stupid! Well, I believe there's nothin hidden under the sun. I love my man, and we have dated for 7 months. I have never cheated until my friend hooked me up with someone. I cheated on him and due to guilt I confessed. My friends told me not to say but I couldn't look him in the face and lie about this. Now we just spoke and he wants out. I regret telling him. Help. How do I convince him that it won't happen again?
No..you shouldn't regret telling him. He would have found out one way or another.

People will tell you that what done in the dark will never see light....don't believe that. What if he forgave you? It would have been worht it huh? Give him time to digest everything...if he come around...he will be there for you if not...then it was never meant to be.

You made your bed...lie in it.

safeact: I equally wonder why married and unmarried women equally accepts their friendship requests! When a man and a woman are chatting, there MUST always be some form of praises from either party and mayb u have not given ur partner for a long time.wheather you like it or not, for d chat to go on or b interesting, emotions must be employed and that is sucidal to ur marriage!

Why do people always engage in war of word kobojungle?
Though me think she mayb right here but i think she always have a contrary opinion on any thread. If i can rem where she stated that married women are not slaves and are matured adults that should exhibit their individual differences and not being caged up by d so called marriage. Here, she is saying again that married women are to share everything with their partners? I think that u ar always contradicting ursf!
Why are you engaging in war of wordshuh huh huh huh huh huh huh huh huh huh huh

If you are going to dip in something that has nothing to do with you at least comprehend and quote CORRECTLY. I know we have some severe illiterate chatters on Naiarland but Seun has made it very easy for people to acquire hooked on phonics skills. Unless...you are Kobojunkie with a different screen name trying to throw cheap and weak shots. Hmm.

You will find NOTHING in any of my threads that state that married women SHOULD share everything....in fact if you could read correctly you will see that I said there are married couples who are ACTUALLY MARRIED stating that they do not share everything with their partners. Where did you see me typed this bullshithuh

s[s]he stated that married women are not slaves and are matured adults that should exhibit their individual differences and not being caged up by d so called marriage[/s]. Here, she is saying again that married women are to share everything with their partners?

Are you confusing me with another chatter or your brain is in overdrivehuh Only a dummy would say someone is contradicting themselves on things that they never stated. grin grin grin grin grin grin grin grin grin grin grin

naturalwaves: Ur post above is talking more about d societal norm that men are superior over females but that is different from complexity. The Complexity seems to address d issue that, trying to understand a woman could be challenging. That's all!

Talking about Biology(though that's not our main focus), Do U know that a woman is even more biologically complex than a man? From d structural make up,to biological activities(e.g ovulation),conception, womb etc.A female's body is generally sensitive and more complex than a male's.A man is just a simple figure. That's biological complexity! There are other forms of female complexity.

RomanceRe: Never Dated A Nigerian Man Before by MrsChima1(f): 1:08am On Sep 07, 2012
talishaf: Ok so i recently met this guy and hes from new york, and in the beginning he told me that his mom was nigerian and his father black. I am attracted to him but by looking at his picture he looks like an average african american so i associated that with an american accent, that was totally not the case. SO we finally talked over the phone and he has a nigerian accent which kinda threw me back because i couldnt pair his voice with what i saw. Immediately from the beginning he was calling me baby and that he wanted a serious relationship those were red flags as well but the main thing is i dont know how to feel now because the whole thought of dating an african is a little scary and unsettling seeing how i never dated a african before. But also when u think of african men u think of womanizer and not good english or understanding of different culutres. Something in me is telling me to just turn the other way and not invest any of myself into thiswhat advice do any of you all have on this issue
You said his mother is Nigerian and father is Black but he speaks with an accent? How long has he been in the States? Which part of the States are you located?

RomanceRe: A Manual For Understanding Women....vol.1 by MrsChima1(f): 1:01am On Sep 07, 2012
naturalwaves: Women and men are wired differently and people with authority in d field of psychology says women are more complex to understand and handle from various researches carried out . Even women know that they are indeed complex.Men are not as complex as women. No basis for comparism atall.

Just a funny excerpt below that depicts a form of female complexity for some fun;

1. (Whatever)

Men: What should we have for dinner?
Women: Whatever..
Men: Why don't we have Mexican?
Women: No not Mexican, the last time I got pimples on my face
Men: All right, why don't we have Szechwan cuisine
Women: Yesterday we ate Szechwan, today too?
Men: Hmm..... I suggest we have seafood
Women: Seafood is not good, I got diarrhea
Men: Then what do you suggest?
Women : Whatever..

2. (Anything)

Men: So what should we do now?
Women: Anything
Men: How about watching a movie? It's been a long time
Women: Watching movie is no good, it's a waste of time
Men: How about we go for bowling, or some exercises?
Women: Exercise on such a hot day?
Men: Then find a cafe and have a drink
Women: I am off caffeine
Men: Then what do you suggest?
Women: Anything

3. (You decide)

Men: Then do we just go home?
Women: You decide
Men: Let's take the bus, I will accompany you
Women: The bus is dirty and crowded.
Men: OK; we will take a cab
Women: Not worth it... For such a short distance
Men: All right, then we can walk. We can enjoy the weather
Women: I am hungry, can't walk.
Men: Then what do you suggest?
Women: You decide
Men: Let's have dinner first?
Women: Whatever...
Men: What shall we eat?
Women: Anything..
How the hell men and women wired differently when we share the same ribhuh Society and cultures play a big part in division between men and women. Society want people to think that men are stronger so therefore they should be the provider and women are nurturer so therefore they should be the homemaker.

There are men who are incapable of tending to the fields for whatever reasons....shouldn't the women sit around and mope because the man can't tend to the field? Accordingly to you men and women are wired differently....biologically speaking men and women are the same even can share similar hormone chemicals....PLEASE DO NOT DEBATE ON THE SUBJECT OF BIOLOGY....you will lose.

It is all societal bullshit and as I stated men and women are no different. You have some men who do not bleed act worse than women on their periods!!!!

Is that the same for all Igbo villages or just specific ones?
