Didn't someone,....OjaP I think tell you to change schools from Coleman? I'm pretty sure I read something like that here. |
bigfrancis21: @Bold...really? Has the charge fallen to N420? I never knew. Wow. That's great.Lol, yes. Before I left Naija, I went to GTBank to change my alerts to email alerts, and specifically asked how much the charge was....they told me 420. I've only withdrawn can once with my GTBank card, and I was charged 420 for that ![]() |
Everybody is entitled to dream! ![]() |
webstradamus: Plus the US bank's ATM fees which could range from $3 to $5 per transaction. Also note that some bank ATM's have very low ATM withdrawal limits (sometimes as low as $300) per transaction and all those charges would eventually add up.I know about the ATM charges. What I was referring to was the 1000naira flat rate GTBANK used to charge back then, excluding the US bank ATM Charges. I've only ever withdrawn on an ATM with my GT card sha. GTBANK charged me 420, US bank charged me $2. Most times I use your idea and do cash back. I will buy stuffs worth very little cash, and check them out individually for cashback ![]() I've used the money order ish too ![]() |
Ricky Rozay: But i thought it was formerly #1,000 for every cash withdrawal in the US. Then i guess they have changed the system....It's 420 now |
The guy that wants to send money, use GTBANK Account, if the recipient has one. The charge on ATM cash withdrawal is 420Naira and not 1000. Also, there is no charge when you swipe the card on POS or for cash back. Its free. Seunolumonday I was waiting for good news, but don't be deterred. Its yours next time |
bigfrancis21: @Bold...hahahahhaha!Na village person I be na ![]() |
Oga BigFrancis, Happy Baiday o. ![]() |
imperiouxx: Yea, it's logical..... no job, no assimilation. Schools won't like that from their students. ![]() |
OjaP: What are you feeling like?Prof Wey no answer my PM ![]() ![]() |
imperiouxx: I no say na your school be that. Thanks for clarifying everything. I knew a clause must be behind all that mess. Still the school no dey try abeg. you don vex? Dem no dey follow the rule ojare. Leave rule for ruler. ![]() lisadem: tansk you for the clarificationTansk ke? ![]() |
Adroitbabz: Sir, Arkansas St Uni has d clause of workin afta a semester (for Int'l std)!As you said....it has a clause. It says on the website that "Students are not eligible for on-campus employment in their first semester, unless they have written approval from the Department Chair, Director, or their Advisor, stating they need the job". Convincing your advisor you need a job isn't a hard thing to do. My advisor got me my job ![]() |
flynbird: Wait oh! I dont seem to fully understand this F-1 student 20hrs on-campus work... Is it after the first academic year that we are eligible to work? Or does it apply to just undergrad and not graduate student? The 20hours can start right from the day you set foot in America. It applies to both undergrad and Grad. Many of the international students at my school got jobs immediately they came in. |
oladapolif: Canada dont deport like that, I can tell you, some friends set them up.... too bad... I wonder when this people will change Dude, Are you for real? Go and flout the laws in Canada and see if they won't deport your bum back to Africa.. |
imperiouxx: Minimum wage and direct permanent resident visa to Nigeria. Didn't that worth it?Pure foolishness is what led them back to Naija. Shame ![]() |
imperiouxx: Show myself?I was reading about the ish rew nights ago. So sad! ![]() From what I learnt from their lawyer, they can go into Canada again but they have to be deported and re-enter again. Is that even possible ![]() I feel so sorry for those girls, after all those long months of hiding, plus the cold in that ice-box!! How much is the pay at the yeye Walmart sef? |
kofsy: I believe I'd share my testimony on this part in Jesus nameThe Ileya meat wey i chop for my dreams abi? ![]() |
texaco1: that is where u have gotten it all wrong.and who the hell is telling you that america is bad?guy don't let anybody fool you,the only problem you have is entering once u enter you will survive and scale through ,america is a leveler and there are millions of illegals in the usa from all over the world.all u need to do is to stay away from crime and trust me with time you will settle down.those guys got the chance on a platter of gold and they siezed it .yinka may not come to usa again for a long time due to the hostile reception he got this time around.and do you think those guys won't have planned it all out with both nigerians in naija and usa?guys wake up from ur slumberGod Bless You, plenty. There are plenty of those kind of people out here. So far you dont have run-ins with the government, you good. As if I knew those boys were gonna defect sef Lmaoo If America was to start looking and deporting illegal Immigrants, then 3/4 of the Mexicans here will be gone ![]() |
Amefrica: @Ms Nas, what's up nah? You nor even holla at ur boy again. Wetin i do you? Thanks, he's good ![]() |
