The impact assessment on the runway had been done, and the experts have considered the extent and degree of damages on the runway path, now based on this it was ascertained that a proper overhauling and comprehensive structural rehabilitation be carried out for about a month and couple of weeks, would you rather that an aviation mishap like crash landing occurs, which could be devastating and lead to loss of lives, which would lead to the downgrading of the ratings of the airport, that is going to exacerbate the situation, however,on the flipside this also offers a new opportunity to the aviation market in kaduna,as the airport, would for the first time embrace international traffic, this is another milestone,so i see no big deal here, this is done for the advancement of nigerian aviation expansion with a simultaneous approach of fostering safety standards of the nigerian skies smiley
I was merely suggesting that construction technologies, like other scientific and engineering technologies evolve. Learn from the example given. Its always an indictment on a nation when its most important facilities, systems fail. You cant have planes landing on such a runway, abeg.

As if that wasn't enough, another, separate project generating energy with a concept called solar wind. Ladies and gentlemen, solar wind. Take note.

Solar Wind Energy Tower, Inc. (OTCQB: SWET) (the "Company"wink, the inventor of large Solar Wind Downdraft Tower structures capable of producing abundant, inexpensive electricity, today announced that on July 18th, 2015 ("Effective Date"wink, the Company entered into a Memorandum of Understanding ("MOU"wink with Elperta Industries Co. Limited in Nairobi, Kenya East Africa ("Elperta"wink to pursue the finance and development of its thermal downdraft Towers Facilities ("Tower Facility"wink in Kenya.

Elperta is able to finance, construct, and place in operation such Tower Facility, subject to obtaining necessary consents and approvals and other pre-development activity. Moreover, the developer has already identified potential suitable sites as well as offtake customers in the region.

The agreement signed between the parties sets forth specific terms for SWET to receive development fees and royalties from Tower project(s) in Kenya, while allowing Elperta a 6 month exclusivity period to fully evaluate and vet a specific site identified for the first Tower Facility. Each facility is estimated to have an installed capacity rating of up to 1,250 megawatts.

Ron Pickett, CEO of Solar Wind Energy Tower, commented, "The Company has been in discussions with Elperta and two other potential developers since last fall -- focused on the Lake Turkana region of Kenya, an area the Kenyan government has targeted for energy projects. We have evaluated this site and deemed it adequate to support a Tower project. East Africa needs energy to develop its resources. International organizations and banks are committed to assisting African nations to develop infrastructure projects and energy development is essential."

He continued, "Elperta was ultimately chosen as our development partner given their strong track record, identified potential customer pipeline and ties to various financing opportunities. Upon the completion of strategic development milestones, SWET and Elperta may enter into a long-term agreement where they will have exclusive use of all of our technology, patents, trade secrets, and development know-how, together with technical support, project management and long-term operations and maintenance services to ensure the successful development and utilization of Tower Facilities in the region."

About Solar Wind Energy Tower, Inc. Founded in 2010, Solar Wind Energy Tower, Inc., and its wholly owned commercializing subsidiary, Solar Wind Energy, Inc., is the inventor of the patented Solar Wind Downdraft Tower, which uses state of the art technologies and construction systems to produce abundant, inexpensive electricity, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and the Energy Generation Calculator software which can calculate and predict energy production of a Tower given a site's local weather data. The Company secured the site for its first Tower project in the U.S. in the City of San Luis, Arizona which may be ready for operation as soon as 2018. Under the most recent design specifications, the first Tower in San Luis, Arizona has a design capacity on an hourly basis of up to 1,250 megawatt hours, gross. The Company is also focused on licensing its development know-how and establishing partnerships at home and abroad to propagate Tower development projects in return for licensing fees for territories, development fees during construction, and recurring royalty fees based on the actual kilowatt hours produced by the Tower. Solar Wind Energy has assembled a team of experienced business professionals, engineering and scientific consultants with the proven ability to bring this solution to market.

The Company's core objective and focus is to become a leading enabler of clean, efficient renewable energy to world communities, at a reasonable cost, without the destructive residuals of fossil fuels, while continuing to generate innovative technological solutions to meet tomorrow's electrical power needs. Solar Wind Energy has filed and been issued patents that the Company believes will further enhance this potentially revolutionary technology. Solar Wind Energy Tower, Inc., based in Annapolis, MD, is traded on the OTCQB under the symbol "SWET".

God knows. The man had four wives or more and many children and this is an over 80 year old woman who Met Barrack later at 18 years old. Barrack Obama snr was not as poor. He was a polititian whose life is well documented. We could have had more than just tales and stories. She probably thought it would make her more respected and motherly to say she was present at his birth.
the thing is this audio is 1. unclear 2. unverifiable.
That being said, the obviously birther and conspiracy minded interviewer might have actually been lost in translation! I mean 3 languages were used!
Also sarah obama was a second wife to obama sr, and i repeat she was never in Hawaii in 1960 . She must have seen him as a young man ,but certainly wasn't present at his birth. The interviewer was looking for a buzzword and he got it Western journalists can twist words, just download Malcolm X interviews on YouTube to see how they always tried to catch people offguard with treacherous wording in their questioning. Its called Yellow Journalism.
Am glad they chose the brightest brain in the family ie Dr Auma Obama as family spokesperson.Somebody with global and social exposure like her understands that western press agencies run on malicious agenda, quite unlike a booty scratcher like Malik.

Obama sr and Ann Dunham begat Obama jr when he was STUDENT ,slam bam in the middle of semester, he wasn't in kenya at the time. And he was born at the Kapiolani Medical Center for women and children in Hawaii. It remains the most important and well equipped paedriatic hospital in Hawaii, it being founded bya Hawaiian princess no less. Since youre insistent on him being born in kenya, tell us which town he was born in, tell us which hospital in colonial kenya would have accepted Ann Dunham or even allowed a multiracial couple to freely cohabit, tell us the name of the hospital he was 'born' in, and tell us his delivering doctor.

So, unless Hawaii is a former province of kenya, then yes, he's technically born in kenya.

A Nigerian can never converse with a South African without a Nigerian blabbing about white people. You guys have this weird obsession with white people I just can't understand. It's as if one acquires humanity through them. It's trully pathetic if not tragic

Which infrastructure is that exactly? Roads, ports etc? That infrastructure? What makes Kenya? Bofswana and Egypt better than you then? White people? You guys hide behind your thumbs and make excuses.Lemme ask you? Have no new roads, ports, schools, clinics being built in far flung villages post 94? Who's building the new power plants?Lemme break It down for you, current south africa Is far more developed than It was under apartheid because the infrastructure you attribute to your white gods is distributed far more evenly. Infrastructure becomes obsolete and when that happens whos there to either maintain the old infrastructure or build me one? Aliens from mars?

So I gather you attribute you lack of development to the fact that you don't have white people? So the question comes then. Does it have take white people to build you infrastructure!? And you go on and on about mental slavery!lol
I saw south africa in 1999/2000 and then again next in 2013. Huuuge difference, even OR Tambo airport was waay different. There is an obsession amongst our 9ja peeps that all devt in another african nation must be because of oyibo. So now they will say Addis Ababa light rail is because of chinese, not forgetting its because of the initiative of the Ethio govt with chinese technical input/funds.

Culture › Re: Africans Were The First People Of The Ancient Americas by MtuMsuper: 3:23pm On Mar 20, 2017
jantavanta:
R1 was first introduced to North Americans by the Khoisan who introduced the Salutrean culture to North America. Other African migrants brought R1 to America in later years. As late as 1300 around 25,000 Malians came to America with Abubakari, many of these Malians carried R1. They were spread across North America.

The Malians spread across the North America via the Mound Culture in Mid-America and along the Coast. This is why some North American Native Americans spoke a Mande language or Mande is a substratum language.

A good example of the Malians in the North America are the Nanticokes. The Nanticokes were described by B.S Barton as very dark. This tribe of Black Native Americans formerly lived in the Chesapeake Bay and Delaware. They later settled in Wyoming, Oklahoma and Canada.

https://olmec98.net/Nanticokeoldman.jpg

During the Revolutionary War, the Nanticoke sided with the British and many Nanticoke migrated to Canada, while others went into hiding or moved out West. By 1867, the Nanticoke moved to Kansas with the Lenape. There chiefdoms were called Monie, Wicomoco and Manokin (,Mandekan ?).

In 1741-51, J.C. Pyrlaeus collected the Numerals of the Nanticoke. This was before the Revolutionary War. Around this time the Conoy people joined their tribe.

The numerals collected by Pyrlaeus when they were compared to other numerals by Murray in 1873, they did not match numerals in any known Indian language. Brinton found that they were identical to Malinke-Bambara numerals.

https://olmec98.net/nanticokenumerals.png

These numerals make it clear the Nanticoke were descendants of the Malian explorers.

Below are Nanticoke at the Lenape-Nanticoke annual celebration.

https://media.nj.com/south-jersey-times/photo/2014/06/15210404-standard.jpg
Woooo, now hoold on there... the similarities between malinke bambara numerals and those of this native American tribe are eerie, i wonder if they would agree to DNA testing to provide even further irrefutable proof of their origins. White folks wont like the results, regardless.
