the problem is those with assistantship... Will their funding still be intact because not all schools are saying same thing with this regard...I think the best is to discuss with the department and graduate school to find a buffer and common ground that will benefit both parties...some uni accept differing to spring and ensures that your funding is intact some don't give that option but requesting you enter the pool again...these pandemic created a scenario that many schools are foreign to

The Unis are aware of the situation and the International Student Unit are all making efforts to solve the problem...mind you this is not just Nigeria, most US embassies in the world are still close and many graduate schools have about 80%+ of their graduate students as foreigners

culture doesn't have anything to do with innate intelligence. Be it Igbo, Yoruba, Hausa, they all are made of same biological matter and belong to same race. Tribes is just division based on cultural and religious differences. The issue about the death discrepancy is not to make any point about if to wear mask or not. No one is disputing that. I am only highlighting the fact that death counts do have a discrepancy which have been disputed so many times...Like I said go research how deaths are counted and you will realize not all confirmed positive cases but also probable cases are counted as deaths by Covid

Do you know probable deaths are added as actual covid deaths. This is no conspiracy. Go research how Covid deaths are counted. Probable deaths are added, that's those that never even tested positive but they felt they had Covid. Even someone dying of an unrelated thing but tested positive initially will be added as covid death.
