Like I said, both books give different accounts of the same personalities and events.

Both accounts on Solomon (Sulaimon) are also different.

Why Did Christ Teachings Emphasize Works Of Righteousness And Not Grace?

Christ is the Grace of God, yet His teachings clearly emphasized the importance of works of righteousness concerning man attaining salvation. Matthew 13:41-42; 19:16-19, 27.

One would think that with Christ being the Master, Lord and Savior of the church, and the one who paid the price for man's salvation, through whom alone man can be saved, that He ought to know better about what man needs to do to be saved.

But there are many so-called Christians who think otherwise, that they could possibly know better than the Master in that respect.

Some are the preachers of the gospel which teaches that the same works of righteousness, which Christ, the Grace of God, emphasized, is not a requirement for man's salvation but grace. Hence the gospel being aptly called the antichrist' gospel of grace, since it contradicts the Gospel of Christ, which is the true Gospel of Grace.

It's just a shame that one can clearly see why Jesus would deny knowing many Christians on that day, but can't do much about it, because how can Christians who make His own Gospel to be of none effect by their own contrary teachings expect the otherwise reaction from Christ? Matthew 7:22-23

It's really sad, notwithstanding we would keep preaching the Gospel of Christ which He instructed us to teach men to observe which emphasizes the works of righteousness, for those few who would choose not to be among the number of the many Christians He'd deny on that day! Matthew 28:19-20.

Jesus preached Works.
But Jesus also preached Grace.
In fact the issue the Pharisees often had with Jesus was that while they tried to correct him for violating the works of the law, he proved to them that Grace was more important.
When they tried to stone the adultress woman, he forgave her and prove to them that even they were equally guilty of sins which God forgave.
When they were defending the laws and challenged him for working (miracles) on sabbath, he defended himself that He was Lord over Sabath.

Also, Peter and the other apostles preached works over Grace (Faith). James 2:14-17
Paul preached Grace over works. Roman's 11:6

Which was why Peter/James and Paul disagreed over Works and Grace.
While Peter and James preached that Faith is justified by works. And without the works Faith is dead.
Paul preached that Faith is not justified by works.
In fact that mixing Faith and works means it is no longer Faith.

So if you were to conclude, what really is the bible's stand on Grace and Works?

Now, this was a king. Not an ordinary person. So, are we to believe that for about a year no family member or servants or officials of his kingdom recognized that he had died standing? Are we to believe that no one attempted to communicate or speak with him throughout this period?

Though both books claim the true accounts on the same personalities, their names and narratives are different.

Well, the reason I am able to say I did not sin all of this week is because I continually chose to submit and obey the teachings and commandments of Jesus Christ. It is through this that my mind and heart is trained obey God rather than disobey.

The only one we are meant to trust in this relationship is Jesus Christ and His teachings.... Jeremiah 17 vs 5 declares that cursed is any man who puts his trust in another man. And Jesus Christ was clear that the only one we are to look up to is He and He alone.

Jesus Christ is intended as our one and only mentor in this relationship after all He is the New agreement , pir mediator and friend in this. So, I don't think it is right to trust people. Instead all of our trust should be in God where it concerns God and the things of God.

The understanding that comes from God God such that it does not violate His Law or commands, nor does if attempt to twist and screw with Scripture and its context.

God always lead us to submitting to and obeying His every teaching and commandments.

If I have the same Teacher .i.e. God, as someone else then I expect we should be in sync at least in our understanding of God's Word and commandments. When that is not there, then it is clear that such a one is not in fact listening wholly to God in all things.

I have just done a quick study on love in the bible and no where does it say only God's love is true love.
What it says is there is no greater love than the love of Christ.

1. Where God is said to love Jacob and hate Esau, I believe He said that to mean something else really. The way I see it, God was speaking of leaning more towards using Jacob, and not Esau, for His plan. That is what I believe that statement was really about and this because He still prospered Esau even afterwards.

2. God's kind of love cannot in anyway or form be compared to Man's kind of love. God can love the way man loves but His own goes beyond that to the extent that even His annihilation of all the humans on the planet(except Noah's family) is an act of love on God's part. And the same pattern He continues to exhibit unfailingly throughout scripture, even where His beloved servants are concerned.

3. Two things to note here.... consider one parent who loves her child. The same parent cuddles the child and at other times punishes the same child. In this one instance, does it mean that the love is not true? NO! The love is true since both cuddles and punishment can be doled out by a parent to a loved child. So it is love in action, and is true.

...there is only one God so no other standard to compare Him to except His own self. When He punishes His servants or rewards them when they honor Him, it is still the same God exhibiting the same Love pattern. According to His servants, He is an impartial judge and so He doles out punishment to those who deserve it and rewards those who He honors.

But how can murdering your own children be an act of love?

What does it mean for something to be True? In logic class we are taught that for a thing to be True it has to be true all of the time. if you can find at least one case where that condition is nullified, then it is not true.

Therefore...

A) The love between parent is not True - Not all parents love their children and not all children love their parents.
To many parents out there, a child is a back up plan or insurance policy, while to others the child can be sold off to pay debts. In other cases, a child is an outright burden that can and should be abandoned when the burden becomes too hard to bear.
Some parents love their child but not all parents love their child so this love is not True even by Man's logic.
B) The Love btw husband and wife is also not True - the same logic as above applies.
C) Love between siblings is also not True.
D) Love between best friends is also not True.

So, why is it only God's love that is said to be True? Well, we know that God is True.
And we also know that God is Love.
So it follows that Love is True but whose Love?
God's Love is True.

Looking at the passage the people were moved and they began to ask questions
1. Is this how life has kept Naomi

3. Is this how the world has turned against this woman?
4. Is this Naomi that we used to know?
5. Is this how this woman Naomi that left Bethlehem with her husband and two sons nows looks like?
Has people asked such questions to you due to your condition?
The bible said people were moved and started asking questions.

But something happened and Naomi in response in verse 20 said to them “ Do not call me Naomi ( To her Naomi meant something nice, good and noble), Call me Mara ( Bitterness) for the Almighty has dealt bitterly with me.

---Notice the emphasis she laid here “ For the Almighty has...” Her life circumstances has led her to complain bitterly against God.

She didn't stop here but she went further in verse 21 and said “ I went out full and the Lord has brought me home again empty, why then call me Naomi seeing the lord has TESTIFIED against me and the almighty has AFFLICTED me----Very touching.

Here is a woman complaining so bitterly against God due to circumstances inn her life because she thinks all hopes are lost.

Why do we have our stories only from the bible.

That is just a bit of who Love is and we know that the God of the Bible does not apologize for who He is. He is love and Love is He.
