iammo:She no get choice. Na naija we dey no be obodoyinbo. ![]() |
Ahmed4002:Very gay list for a guy. Especially the Beyonce and Lil nas bid. You're a typical victim of US LGBT campaign via entertainment and media. Be more sensitive and in tune with what you expose yourself to. Movies and music especially. |
realray:The only thing cooking is that there will be a lot of crying mothers and widows in the igbo land once again since your idiot leader Kanu is not taking the fight to the North but busy killing his fellow igbos and destroying your igbo lands and properties. It will only get worse once Uzodimma and govt declares state of emergency in the East. You'll realise that operation Crocodile Smile was really just a smile compared to the bite and carnage that Govt is capable of unleashing. |
heartbraker:The video is everywhere now since yesterday when it was released. And yes, the video captures him admitting to molesting the girl and blaming it on the devil. I wonder why some perverts are demanding for the video of him raping the girl before they accept hes a rapist. |
oguns222:We know FG has intel about all terrorist groups in Nigeria. If BH is not been properly handled in the North. Does that justify the terrorism in the East? |
ken6488:He has obviously learnt from his own mistakes In the last Endsars mayhem, evidence was provided against him through his broadcast on radio biafra for inciting igbos to hijack the protest to execute their vengeance against both Tinubu, the Oba of Lagos, Sanwo Olu and the killings in Abia and Oyigbo in Rivers. He could not deny that but had to admit it however giving excuse that it was out of anger. (Watch interview with Dele Momodu) So you don't expect to have any evidence this time around for these orchestrated attacks. He would be even more foolish than he already is if there's any evidence against him on radio biafra broadcasts. But I'm sure you're educated. So let's do a little deductive reasoning. Kanu is the head of IPOB and ESN. The state governors do not support both but decided to establish EBUBE AGU. Government got intel thar Ikonso is behind the prison breaks and security aides attacks and decide to take him down. IPOB/ESN releases a statement threatening to take down the governor. You'll have to be just as foolish as Kanu if you're still waiting for any more evidence. |
Juliusmalema:Nigerians are as judgmental as they come. If you don't do things according to a person's cultural or religious beliefs, you're wrong and must be criticised. Interestingly these same critics criticise the excesses of their own culture and beliefs compared with others. It's a cycle too frustrating to keep watching. |
While it can't be denied that her stand is justifiable, i believe her attack came about as a result of the sensitivity of the case She spoke the absolute truth. What if Princess actually had a vendetta against Baba Ijesha and chose to discipline him through rape allegation? We have seen cases where actors, footballers, etc have been wrongky accused just to blackmail and extort them In that note her cry that the media and Nigerian populace should not cancel the victim until case is proven is justifiable. But my only issue here is it was alleged that the culprit actor himself Baba Ijesha already admitted and even apologised for molesting the poor minor and even blamed it on the devil. That said, he had been guilty from the very moment he admitted. |
Idiotseverywher:Should those killing BH terrorists be killed too? Cos as far as a neutral Nigerian and even neutral Igbo is concerned IPOB/ESN Fulani Herdsmenr/Borough Haram are all terrorist groups that should be decimated by the government. If you're now attacking your own fellow security outfit for defending their states and fighting against the insurgent Kanu then you have no moral ground to attack Boko Haram and Filani Herdsmen apologists and spokespersons. Any form of tgroup that is birthed put of religious, tribal or political bigotry cannot be called anything else but a terrorist group. |
Mixedfruit:It's called tactical advantage. From Abuja he's getting intel on his assailants, the IPOB and ESN miscreants. He knew that there would be reprisal attack for slaughtering the IPOB commander Ikonson. The interesting thing about a leader is just as Kanu is abroad instructing his foot soldiers to kill policemen and security aides in the East, the govt likewise from Abuja is giving instructions in the best interest of his state from Abuja. Obviously there's no reasoning with Kanu cos when you have a man blinded by the blind idea of Biafra who also has the support of angry and frustrated Igbo youths, you cannot even negotiate. But the advantage the governor has is a higher fire power and Intel. If there's the need to drop more of IPOB/ESN henchmen, he will definitely see it fit to protect his peaceful citizens. Cos clearly not all igbos support Kanu. |
33bandit:That's why they say what the elders see sitting down, a child cannot see it even if he climbs a tree. God bless our parents. |
Salt06:Do you even know the meaning of the word ministry? It is simply a fancy word for servant. To minister means to serve. I know you're hearing this for the first time. Ministry doesn't mean to lead but to serve. To be a minister means to serve. You're appointed to serve a people, whether public office or church. Only Jesus Christ is the Head, leader, Groom, etc of his church. |
hoopernikao:Since you're a Bible scholar, I'll point you to another example in the old testament. After Moses led the Israelites out of Egypt, they spent over 40 years without a entering the promised land. Through Joshua, they eventually entered the promised land. Then they had judges, not kings. On settling down in the promised land, they decided they wanted kings of their own like other nations. Was God against them having kings or not? |
Lordave:Igbos certainly declared war on Nigeria. First, they killed the Hausas in power in the coup d'etat. You obviously have never handled leadership position in your life otherwise you'll understand the treason and insult of some of your subjects declaring to defect and be their own country and leaders. Thats what it means that Igbos were the ones who declared war on Nigeria. My question and puzzle is this; How do you start a war and end up losing, only for you to start blaming the winners for winning the war? If you can rightfully answer this question, I will start supporting Biarfa. |
Lordave:It depends on how you see it. As an igbo who only heard this from your parents and other igbos you can only see it from an igbo man's perspective. For Ojukwu himself to declare that Biafra was a mistake already proves that he conceded after realising that he lost the war. Now you have an angry frustrated igbo man, Kanu who is following the footsteps of Ojukwu. Even though he has no military skills nor support from his own igbo leaders. You have to wonder, that though his frustration is justified cos all of Nigeria is frustrated with this government but at the end of the day, he would have only caused the SE a lot of damage of human lives and properties. |
westfield:Everyone knows that for any igbo to support Kanu, their head is far from being correct. Cos Kanu's head is definitely not correct. He even believes Igbos are the Jews in the Bible. The foolishness is too funny it's almost hard to believe people actually believe this. If your head is correct even one bit, you'll know that destroying your own land, properties and even fellow igbos is not the solution. If you want pass a message, it should be against the North, not your fellow igbos who are employed in governance and security. It's just the same as saying you kill every igbo teacher just trying to feed his family just because he teaching in a yoruba or igbo school . I stopped supporting the cause of Kanu when he started cursing igbos for even worshipping in yoruba churches like Deeper life and Winners Chapel. As far as he's concerned you're foolish for being a Christian worshipping in any church tht is not ow Ed by Igbos. If you actually have access to that video and still support Kanu, then the joke is on you cos obviously you've been brainwashed by Kanu by your hatred for Buhari. |
Lordave:There was a coup d'etat that resulted in the killings of Northerners in power. It became a case of Northerners witchunting Igbos in military who they suspected were behind the coup. Ojukwu and Buhari already having a long standing competition. Ojukwu hence capitalised on this opportunity to start a secession of Igbos and SS from Nigeria. Unfortunately the same igbos discriminated against the SS. Which made it easy for the SS to pull out from the secession. When you realise this whole Biafra cry is as a result of the personal beef between Buhari and Ojukwu, maybe you will finally understand that you're just a pawn in this game of chess. |
Idiotseverywher:Every tribe in the South has every reason to be frustrated with government thanks to Buharis ethnic and religious bigotry. But how destroying your own lands and properties and killing even igbo police and security forces is the solution is what we're yet to understand. You self reason am, you enemy is FG, specifically Buhari and Norherners, but you're attacking your own people who are employed as Policemen, security aides, governors, etc. Why not take the fight to the North instead? |
More killings at Onitsha and other Eastern states. Who is doing who? |
blamingthedevil: ![]() She is Igbo but not all igbos support Kanu though. I strongly believe this woman has a vital role to play in the prosperity of Nigeria. |
TANTUMERGO007:Provide receipts otherwise keep kwayet!!! |
Leonstar:Obviously the one night stand as you called it was one sided. You enjoyed it but she didn't. You need to up your sex game. Either that or she probably also realised it was a mistake. |
hoopernikao:Well, I do believe biblically and by even human sense, God established leaders to oversee his church. The problem is what leadership means today is different from what was described in the Acts and Epistles of the Apostles. This clear disparity is often enough reason to justify Kobojunkie's stand. And since Jesus never actually mentioned that he called the disciples to lead the church coupled with the contunuous abuse that has resulted from present day church leadership, it would give credence to Ezekiel that God has decommissioned church leadership. |
Quick question for point number 4 on what Patience is not. What do you mean by it is not achieved by Mr Flesh? If it is only by the Holy Spirit then everyone should be manifesting it. But it is by the Spirit and you disciplining your flesh. If the flesh (human effort) has no part in it then no Christian should be blamed or judged since it is simply God (the Spirit) who did not help them manifest it. |
hoopernikao:Jesus is clearly the only shepherd of Christians. John 10:14-16 “I am the good shepherd. The good shepherd lays down his life for the sheep. The hired hand is not the shepherd and does not own the sheep. So when he sees the wolf coming, he abandons the sheep and runs away. Then the wolf attacks the flock and scatters it. The man runs away because he is a hired hand and cares nothing for the sheep. “I am the good shepherd; I know my sheep and my sheep know me— just as the Father knows me and I know the Father—and I lay down my life for the sheep. I have other sheep that are not of this sheep pen. I must bring them also. They too will listen to my voice, and there shall be one flock and one shepherd. Jesus says there'll only be 1 shepherd, Him. Others are hirelings. Kobojunkie also mentioned why God made that promise in Ezekiel. The point here being Jesus is the Head, no one else. There can be teachers and stewards but only Jesus is the Leader/Master/Groom of his ecclesia. While I agree that yhe ecclesia is subject to tutors, whom we often attribute to be the leaders, Jesus never called them leaders. Because according to his teaching in John 13:1-17, the stewards are actually meant to be servants. |
hoopernikao:Feed in that context doesn't necessarily mean to lead. It means to continuously preach to them. Though Jesus did not directly say they were going to lead the church but it's obvious they were selected to lead without lauding it over others. In fact in Jesus' context to lead is to become servants. John 13: 12-17 When he had finished washing their feet, he put on his clothes and returned to his place. “Do you understand what I have done for you?” he asked them. “You call me ‘Teacher’and ‘Lord,’ and rightly so, for that is what I am. Now that I, your Lord and Teacher, have washed your feet, you also should wash one another’s feet. I have set you an example that you should do as I have done for you. Very truly I tell you, no servant is greater than his master, nor is a messenger greater than the one who sent him. Now that you know these things, you will be blessed if you do them. |
Growing up it was seemingly easy to differentiate between distraction and what you were meant to be doing (productive). But in this present information and social media age, the lines have become more blurry than convex lens on myopic eyes. So how do you differentiate between what's a distraction and what is productive? 1. For the Entertainer; What parents and guardians call distraction is not always a distraction. For someone whose passion is in entertainment, movies, music, games, art, etc are not distractions but the actual exposures that will help hone your skills as an entertainer. Once upon a time parents didn't want their children wasting their time playing or doing music or sports, today the reverse is the case as most entertainers are earning far above doctors, lawyers and even IT gurus. 2. For the Professional; While entertainers have to pay more attention to their passion in entertainment viz movies, music, sport, etc for an aspiring professional, the case is different. To become a good doctor, lawyer, IT guru, etc you have to be less focused on entertainment and more focused on the academia. While this does not mean you should completely blank out on entertainment because this will generally help in your social skills, however you must understand your scale of preference (in economics terms) and by so prioritize academia over entertainment as opposed to the Entertainer. 3. For the Religious Religion plays a vital role in the lives of the average Nigerian which is why this is separely included in this writ. For a religious person, who has dedicated themselves to God's work, it is important; -As a Christian to separate religious activities from spiritual leading. While religious activities by human standards are important, it is spiritual leading that is more effective. Abraham, Moses, David and Jesus were more spiritual than religious. -As a Muslim it is important to know how to differentiate the two as well. I've met very spiritual Muslims who are more like Christ than most Christians. While of course their are more Muslims who have been brainwashed by politicians and religious extremists. It is therefore important for a Muslim to be able to differentiate between the two. -4. For a Student (undergraduate and postgraduate) Almost everything is a distraction and productive. Until you find yourself and can define your goals you will be confused by the avalanche of exposure in this social media age. It becomes imperative to know what you are most passionate about. Of course you can also be passionate about entertainment and academia. There are hybrids who stand out in their fields for being such. It is however important for a student especially in Nigeria to keep their options open by succeeding both in academia and in their other passions. If there's anything psychology and history has taught us, is that we cannot judge intelligence by mere looking at academic performance. There are those who failed academically but succeeded in other fields of their passions. This crux of this thread being, it is imperative to know your passion and goals and never let anyone bring you down on their own terms and strength. Know your own strength and rule in it. Know your weakness and build where necessary. But in all this, know what is productive to you and what is distraction. |
venger:The height of foolishness. |

NBC placing a ban on Channels TV is ridiculous to say the least. When Channels interview Gumi who was a BH and Fulani Herdsmen apologist and probably even sponsor, NBC did not find the need to ban or sanction Channels TV. As journalists as long as Channels TV themselves isn't promising violence against the govt, they are doing their rightful job by interviewing both sides of the ongoing fight in the East. Although in the interview, the said PRO made threats to the Govt both on state and federal levels. Yet CNN has granted more chilling interviews yet were not banned. Though the said ESN PRO lied about some things, it was the job of Channels to interview both sides of the issue for the average audience to get a more balance perspective of things. |
mekuso89:You did not have this dream last year but suddenly while there's unrest all over the country you dreamt of war. It's the way the human mind works. You mind is only reenactment your worst fears in your dreams. |
