In my place of work, there is this guy that I like so much and I thinks he like me too...But am not that kinda girl that someone can start a conversation with.. But some of the time we talk because I do ask him for movies or he ask me and some casual stuffs though..But anytime his talking to me he touches me..Today,we where having a meeting and something was said that was funny by me and my hands where on the table, while he was laughing, though he was trying to get my attention he held my hand for some seconds(well I can't actually tell the time length)but it pretty lengthy..So I need to know if he likes me.
Kirsten93:
Nah...U are fucking hopeless and sick.did I write here on my post that it is compulsory that u contribute?Senseless animal like u..If wat I typed ain't correct is left for you to tell me or go Bleep urself
What you type is not only incorrect, it suggests a dysfunctional mind...@bolded Your mind is functionally fixed. Why will you think that you're not the type someone can start a conversation with? And furthermore, why will you verbalize such in a forum. You are simply not convenient.

Now to the topic, You 'desperately' need to learn civility, I'm sure the dude will respond to neutral gestures from a sane girl better.

CAVEAT: Don't bother to quote, just edit/rephrase your first post, that's a first positive step to healthy PR.

RomanceRe: Ladies, Be Proud Of Your Bodycount! by mytym(m):
TheSonOfMark:
What if she's actually right? Technically she might have dated one guy; that's if you exclude the probable numerous one-night-stands and the not-so-defined groping and humping with random guys at birthday parties.

The annoying thing isn't even the high body counts but folks who have sex outside the confines of defined relationships. A lot of ladies - scratch that, they aren't ladies- are increasingly more open to the idea of wild, random sex in drunk _orgies.

A girl who's open to casual sex is what most guys can't tolerate, not one who's had it with someone/people she dated.
Exactly, if you reveal to me you've only dated 4 guys, I assumed your body count is 4...Telling me it's 1 or 2 will bring further questions that may portray me as untrusting. Even if it's true I'll probably ask more questions about the 'Exs' you didn't have sex with.

Most ladies actually trim out the body counts that happened outside a 'relationship'.

The antichrist will not be a powerful man before he comes to preach peace to the Jews and the Middle East. Rather he will start from scratch and use oratory and skill(peeps said obama was the one just cos of his oratory) to climb up the ladder. He is called 'the Assyrian' in the bible, meaning he would arise out of the revised roman empire(includes syria, persia, greece, babylon, parts of europe.)
You're very correct
I deliberately didn't add anything from Assad to my initial post... When I said "...and he is not alone." I was referring to Putins link in Syria- Assad the man whose actions and inactions have put the geographical areas you put in parentheses under turbulence.

@mytym,
Putin controls a few of the old roman empire, and these countries(4-5) must be released so that the revised empire will be formed. Putin wont let that happen expect by war, or diplomacy. He however has the 'antichrist spirit'. His influence on middle east also must be reduced to dust before the son of perdition's influence starts to spread wide. Putin doesnt possess oratory skill, neither is he appealing to the EU. Nations fear him, whereas the antichrist would come with deception, craftiness to 'deceive the nations'. An advocate of peace would not want to start by scaring millions with that kinda missile.
God bless you!

When it got to the Civil war part, and the interviewer was asking deep questions from him and while he was giving his account from memory, my father was awed by Gowon's lies. My dad was so emotional about it, and every respect I had for the general till the day I watched the interview vanished.

My dad said Gowon was speaking lies and half truths.

They promised to have it in a vault at Diamond bank or the one at Montgomery, Yaba and will give me the receipt.

This arrangement seems draconian and slave like to me. There is something sinister about it or am I just a vain paranoid?

I want your opinions on this, will you agree to work for a firm that is holding you to ransom or by the "balls"?

PS: They said it is a measure to control theft, it still feels to drastic to me.

What will you do?

Nairaland GeneralPresident Buhari Asked Us To Focus More On Northern Nigeria - World Bank by mytym(op): 4:24pm On Oct 13, 2017
Kim and the Managing Director, International Monetary Fund, Christine Lagarde, who spoke at separate press conferences in Washington DC, United States, also advised Buhari to invest in things that would enhance economic growth.

Kim said, “You know, in my very first meeting with President Buhari he said specifically that he would like us to shift our focus to the northern region of Nigeria and we’ve done that. Now, it has been very difficult. The work there has been very difficult.
“I think Nigeria, of course, has suffered from the dropping oil prices. I think things are just now getting better. But the conversation we need to have with Nigeria, I think, is in many ways related to the theme that I brought to the table just this past week, which is investment in human capital. The percentage of the Gross Domestic Product that Nigeria spends on healthcare is less than one percent.”

He added, “Despite that, there is so much turbulence in the northern part of the country, and there is the hit that was taken from the drop in the oil prices. Nigeria has to think ahead and invest in its people. Investing in the things that will allow Nigeria to be a thriving, rapidly growing economy in the future is what the country has to focus on right now.”

Kim also said, “Focusing on the northern part of Nigeria, we hope that as commodity prices stabilise and oil prices come back up, the economy will grow a bit more. But very, very much important is the need to focus on what the drivers of growth in the future will be.”

According to the World Bank boss, the bank will invest in human capital in other parts of Africa in order to prepare the continent for the next phase of growth.

Lagarde, in her remarks, said Sub-Saharan African countries, including Nigeria, had posted suboptimal growth in recent times.

The growth figures, she said, were far too small considering the huge demographic potential of Nigeria and other countries in the region.

As a result, she said the IMF would be engaging ministers of finance and central bank governors from the region attending the annual World Bank and IMF meetings on how they could boost and stabilise economic growth.

Lagarde said, “The Sub-Saharan Africa is one region of the world where growth is suboptimal. Those countries grow at an average growth of 2.5 per cent. That is too low for the demographic expansion of the region.”

The IMF managing director said emerging and developing economies must invest more in their economies through infrastructural spending, strengthening safety nets, allowing women more access to the labour market and carrying structural reforms.

Jobs/VacanciesRe: Why Do Big People Around Me Ask For My Means Of Livelihood? by mytym(m): 11:55am On Oct 12, 2017
Beosten:
I'm not gainfully employed, but if you meet me, you will think I'm earning a fat salary somewhere.

A plan has been on the table for the past 12 months and is expected to take off fully by August 2018. Finance is the only problem, and these people told me that I will cross the financial bridge when I get there. They are very certain of other factors on my part. The problem now is that they stop once in a while to ask, "What are you doing to earn the living at present?" To answer this, I use to tell them that I do the job I was trained for in University, looking for clients daily. We all know that this thing is not lucrative, and as a matter of fact, if a client calls me for a job today, I may not receive another call for a job in the next 2 months.

I have a job I can do to earn money needed for basic necessities, but it is very shameful to hear that a graduate does it. I have to look big if I want to keep earning the respct of these people. It's like a building contractor that borrows money to buy a car because clients will have faith in him and trust him with their money.

Now these people are suspecting that I look good, and that if what I do currently can make me look this good, why hatching a different plan? If I tell them the shameful job I do apart from what I'm trained for, they will think that my plan is primarily based on escaping hunger. And if that thought crosses their mind, the plan on the table can be rendered useless within minutes.

Now how will you advise me concerning this situation in a bid to douse the tension created by their suspicion?
I understand you are in a "Catch-22" situation. You have to package well in order to attract High Network Individuals, yet these same individuals will see your image and assume you are made, if you reduce your class you won't be appealing to their business thirst...Either way your endgame seems hindered.

Do NOT reduce your packaging or class or Business Acumen to them, You can politely represent your business idea and capacity to them.

Ultimately always show them absolute loyalty and present your self as a person of integrity.

These rich people cherish loyalty in whoever they want to help.

As Copied-Letter Of Apology From Chaba Mark.

MY APOLOGY TO GOODLUCK JONATHAN.

Is there anyone close enough to former president Goodluck Jonathan who may be reading this post? Please tell him that one unknown quantity is seeking for his forgiveness.

I am asking for his forgiveness for the reasons I've carefully itemized below.

1. On Chibok Girls:
I was among those that lampooned him for being too slow to track down the abductors of the school children. I have to apologize to him because only recently, a serving minister threatened to implicate a governor on his role in the abduction saga. I told myself wait a minute, did I hear what I just heard? And I cast my mind back to when people said that the abduction was a stage managed plot to ease him out of power. I joined others then in calling such individuals, "conspiracy theorists" and "evil people". The story is getting clearer

Dear Jonathan,
in my haste or ignorance then, I couldn't ask myself these simple questions:

* how about 270 human beings could be loaded into trucks and just vanish from a city center.

*how none of the school authority could place a single phone call to the head office of any security outfit to confirm who authorized the evacuation as they said the abductors claim.

* why the principal who ought to be sacked and prosecuted for gross negligence, was elevated to the position of a commissioner shortly after. Whether it wasn't a reward for a job well executed?

Dear Jonathan, even now,

* the army has overrun Sambisa forest where the girls were said to be kept and still no trace of them is found.

* surprisingly, they are being released from "somewhere" in batches! Thank God that there are no traces of forest marks on their sleek skins. We eagerly await batch two. Hopefully, APC will secure the release of the last batch before 2019 as one major achievement for it to be voted again into power.

2. On Corruption:

Dear Jonathan,
I join others to insult your government because I thought then that the people in your government were thieves. Little did I know that compared to what we see today, they were mere pickpockets. Under the watch of our current anti corruption Messiah,

* government officials use hundreds of millions of naira of IDP funds to cut grasses in the sandy sahel region.

* billions of naira and millions of dollars, raw cash, are dug out of a house in a highbrow area of Lagos. The owner of the money is unknown and the said house lacks owner and C/o.

* $25 billion contracts are currently said to be wrongfully awarded by NNPC GMD to phoney companies.

Dear Jonathan,
Your former NSA, Dansuki has been held incommunicado for $2 billion
. Your man's money is 2% of their man's. Even if Deziani's and other monies allegedly stolen by all those who served under your government are put together, they will not amount to 40% of what one man is currently alleged to have fingered.

In light of the above, dear Jonathan, find it in your heart to forgive me. I allowed myself to be deceived by smooth talkers and propagandists. People who hid under a hypnotic change mantra to deceive the minds of the simple. They promised to fix electric power in six months, build new refineries, pay monthly salaries to jobless graduates, feed school pupils and stamp out corruption. Who wouldn't fall for these lofty things?

But alas, since they shoved you aside, things have gotten worse in every front. Their first act was to jack fuel price up from N85 to N145. Something you tried and we gave you headache through our "occupy Nigeria" protests. We can't dare raise a single voice now. Next their ill advised economic policies caused prices of commodities to triple. They called it recession and blamed it on you.

No light, no road, no food, no security from attacks of herdsmen. The only means we use to cry out, social media, they want to shut it by draconian laws.

If we agitate, they unleash trained pythons and crocodiles on us.

There is God.

Jonathan, I am truly sorry.

Too much story for just army....besides Nigerian army really needs a new logo, our official language is English, but Arabic is what's used to write whatever is written on the logo, the army is for everyone in Nigeria, not for a certain set of people, such changes would be effected in the future..if the present generation lack the mentality and knowledge to do it..!

Besides Nigerian army also needs a new code of conduct, a new oath...imagine soldiers who swore to protect Nigerians on there graduation having completed how many years/month of training, would now come out and be thinking they are higher than civilians..instead of them to show real love to the people they swore to protect, u would see some of them punishing civilians on the street (just one soldier) a big disgrace to the army..

A huge reform is coming to the army and I can tell u it would be hot and the victims of the reforms would be the generals especially, incompetent fat, pot bellied, niggas that use sticks to support themselves from falling when walking and they call it swagger stick (what a shame) keep deceiving yourselves..!! It either u kit up and show the real power of a general or u are out..!!!
I think the logo with Arabic insignia is just more popular. I've seen the same NA logo with English insignia... "Victory Belongs to God Alone" I guess that's the translation.

It doesn't mean the person according to the leading of the spirit cannot give any other "seed". It has to be personal and the motive should be pure, not seeding as a 'bribe' to God.
