Healthquest: Is this a joke? Or are you a clout chaser? I know the seller in question, I have patronised him several times - and not once has he been found wanting. He even bends over backwards to satisfy his customers. How dare you accuse him, how dare you try to stain his reputation - without evidence no less. As you have falsely accused him - may you also be falsely accused by people you have had no dealings with. You are vile, evil, and a degenerate. 2 Likes |

Privit: That's great news, thanks for the update. The iPhone always takes the cake when it comes to high end mobile gaming because of its awesome software and hardware optimization. To get that level of performance on an Android device, you would probably need at least 6GB of RAM and most likely a stock version of Android. Even with that there is no guarantee it will run the same way on devices with similar specs. 1 Like |
Phones / Re: Why RAM Clockspeed And Core Counts Are Useless Gaming Specs? by naijasensei: 8:28am On Jun 18, 2022 |
horlahwaley: There is one major reason Apple's Bionic SoCs easily defeat the competition - the tight integration between Apple hardware and Apple software (iOS). Apple iOS was developed by Apple specifically for Bionic SoCs - so it has been fully optimised to take full advantage of the underlying hardware. Android on the other hand is not optimised for any specific SoC, it is generic. Also, Android engineers don't have the time and the resources to tune or optimise Android to work perfectly well with every available SoC. Another very important thing to note is that iPhones are by nature flagship devices, so all the components are usually flagship grade components. With Android devices, most times you see manufacturers mixing different grades of components together - which "might" ultimately affect optimised performance. A good analogy could be putting a V12 turbocharged engine in a small car like a Toyota Yaris. Ideally, you would have to change so many other things to ensure the engine is not underutilized in the vehicle. 4 Likes 1 Share |

coolshegs1: Thanks for this. I seriously don't understand the desperation I have seen in this thread. How can people be thinking, and even talking about taking drugs in order to achieve their objectives? Is it when they discover they are addicted, or that there are some hitherto undiscovered side effects; is that when they will learn? The entertainment industry is littered with many examples of people who used 'mild' drugs to help them maintain their busy schedules. All it took was one mistake, and they ended up dead. Three examples stand out - Elvis Presley, Michael Jackson, and Heath Ledger. As I always say, wise people learn from their mistakes, but wiser people learn from other people's mistakes. As always, this is my personal opinion. 4 Likes |

Privit: Even the iPhone X would be better, but the iPhone 11 is miles ahead. Games and apps on iOS are usually very well optimized because of the close integration between the hardware and the software, and the fact that developers know the exact hardware they are developing for. Only really experienced and good developers can spend the time and resources required to optimize apps and games on Android. Also, developers don't have access to all the available SoCs on Android - most developers just focus on Qualcomm Snapdragon SoCs and call it a day. |

Reading some posts on this thread just make me shudder in disbelief. Someone (maybe) contacted you impersonating someone else, and it never once crossed your mind to confirm the identity of the person you were doing business with. And a big red flag is that the person wrongly accused has no history of rendering such services. Anyone who contacts me unsolicited will have to jump through so many hoops to get validated, and even then I will not do business with such an individual. Let us all be wise and circumspect at all times. 5 Likes |

Minemrys: The comic book characters I relate the most with are Batman, and Ironman. I can't relate with Superman - he is overpowered, has a glaring weakness the universe knows about, always holds back in a fight, and he also has so many powers. I can relate with Batman because his character shows that with strict training, discipline, and self-denial - nothing is impossible to achieve. You can even end up arm wrestling with gods. Ironman's character on the other hand reveals the ingenuity of the human mind. If your mind is suitably advanced, you can build almost anything in any situation. As the original Ironman movie states "heroes are built, not born". I love the fact that a physically unimpressive, not so disciplined, alcoholic Tony Stark can (with the aid of technology fashioned by his mind) stand toe to toe with the Hulk. 3 Likes |

Minemrys: Are you kidding me? If I am Batman, and there is someone on my team who never misses his shots - I will put extra tabs on such an individual. It is obvious you do not understand Batman very well because this is not the first time he is doing this. Batman has contingency plans for ALL the league members. 1 Like |

thepoweruser: Nice review. I was excited when KaiOS first surfaced, but not anymore. KaiOS is not even better than Blackberry OS or even the older Symbian OS. The absence of apps, the lack of a thriving ecosystem, and the uninteresting phones running KaiOS make it a pass. 1 Like |

Hi everyone. For those having issues with Poco M3 and Redmi 9T phones refusing to turn on, I was able to get some scoop from someone who owns the Poco M3 and had the same challenge. He was kind enough to; spill the beans about how he recovered his phone, and he also gave me permission to share same here. This interaction took place on a telegram group, by the way. Please read the write up in the images below if you're experiencing similar problems. Thanks. 3 Likes 1 Share

Mustiboy: As much as you are trying to be objective, please don't mistakenly partake in the curses that have been placed on that unfortunate boy's head - he must reap those curses. I have personally been duped by that wicked fellow, he deliberately sold a dead battery to me. After informing him, he told me I was disturbing him. I didn't waste time coming here to report him or whatever; because I realized he was a thug, a tout, and a thief who derives pleasure in stealing and cheating. His ultimate waterloo is very close and I don't want him to repent. |
