These very people with a good number of commercial drivers do not obey traffic rules or traffic (EDSMA and police) officials.

Two days in a row, people have been killed by tipper drivers in Benin City.

Meanwhile, the state of majority of the roads can only be described as appalling. You can imagine large vehicles driving recklessly on such roads.
Where this particular accident occured was at a narrowed part of the airport road (one of the best roads in Benin) before a narrow bridge which is an environmental risk.
