Those ppl you see running are those that served US military during their campaign against terrorism and Taliban and now that The Taliban has taken over govt of Afghanistan it's sure that The Taliban would come them. This can even happen if eventually Biafra succeeded, some Igbos would run for there lives. This is not correct. Many more Afgans esp the educated ones, young people and women want to also leave fast. Most of them are even hiding in their houses. If you were the one, would you want to stay in a place ruled by the Taliban |

but shutting down every Monday is totally out of it. I know many igbos buy this opinion too
Ipob should know of a history of Igbos not having a king and it'll be terrible if they declare themselves as one. mark my words it's just a matter of time before igbos gets tired of this nonsense, and when that time comes Ipob will have themselves to blame. Agreed completely. IPOB seem bereft of Strategies. On Kanu trial days, that would have been a fantastic idea |

We can insist that he be invetigated and should pay for any crime or act that breaks any law if found waiting, but there is something wrong in the current "drag down the bus" in an almost hysterical way almost as if some people were "happy" about this.
This man served Nigeria and should at least be given the benefit of the doubt.

seunmsg: So, when are you guys doing an analysis of the amount paid to Agberos in Enugu, Abia, Rivers, Anambra, Kano, Abuja etc? Abi NURTW only exist in Lagos?
Analysis like this would make a lot of sense if it was done all over the country or at least in some selected states so that we can do a comparative analysis. So, why single out Lagos state?
Btw, NURTW is a trade Union. Trade Unions and professional bodies charge their members huge sums annually. As a member of ICAN, I pay 30k to the institute as annual subscription. I still pay for conference, AGM and faculty due without complaining. So, are members of NURTW complaining? You are just a bladdi Propagandist learning work. And you should be ashamed of yourself. You are calling pure EXTORTION union fees!!! Does your trade union collect money from you everyday and beat you up when you do not have the money. Do they make you pay on your projected "profit" on a daily basis, thereby passing the cost to other customers(which is what Extortion is by the way). Why haven't northerners also taken up arms against bandits terrorizing them daily or you think Igboho is braver than them or he has two heads? What will be the fate of Nigeria if everyone starts taking up arms to defend themselves against cultists, ritualists, armed robbers etc?
Were the killer herdsmen in Lagos where he was planning his rally? You think anyone is deceived by PDP's shenanigans?
You have no point Mr. Northerners should actually take up arms to defend themselves against those Fulani bandits. I repeat what i said earlier:: the Right to Life(survive) is at our most basic instinct as men and it is a Natural Right. The most important reason why Govts werr formed by the very early human societies was to "control " this instint. Where any Govt fails or is unable to do it, it is an obligation on people to organise themselves in other to protect themselves. Those people in Zamfara, Kaduna, Benue etc should organise to protect themselves. Yes |

He was stock pilling weapons(if that was what he was even doing) in other to defend himself and his people from killer Fulani herdsmen. What the heck is wrong with that. The right to Life(right to defend oneself against been killed) is not just the 1st right in any constitution but it is infact a natural right. The basic instint of man is to survive. You are obviously gloating now over a pyrrhic "victory" of the Fulani led Govt in Nigeria. You are very small sighted |

I dont fully understand what Igboho did wrong?
Was he not defending his peoplr against a marauding Fulani killer herdsmen, who the Govt was both incapable and unwilling to contain? Does he not have a right to defend his people?
And self determination, even tho i do not personally believe in it for now, is not a crime. It is his right actually and there are otherways the Govt could have handled that(i.e killed the arguments used by the agitators) rather than focusing on the persons
Buhari Govt is destroying all opposition to him systematically. All those who still thinks he doesnt know what he is doing must have a rethink |

dmbb: So you have disowned the old testament that ordered the killing of blasphemer? Is the old testament wicket and encouraging terrorism? Your problem is that your pastors are only telling you what you want to hear. The reason I did tell you my stand on that man was that you though killing blasphemer was a sin, and if I didn't quote Bible for you you will never believe. Now that you have seen it from your book, I didn't support the position of that preacher that the blasphemer should be killed right on the spot, but he/she should be taken to the Sharia court where it will be ruled by the judge It is a sin to kill a person cos he blasphemed against God. As a christain, that is a sin. |
Politics › Re: Sheikh Bello Yabo: Kill Isma’il Isah For Blasphemy - Islamic Cleric Orders by nameo: 5:52pm On Jul 17, 2021 |
dmbb: why are you Christians hypocrites? Even in your Bible blasphemers are ordered to be killed as in below In the book of Leviticus, which is in the Old Testament of the holy Bible, God actually ordered the killing of a certain man who blasphemed the name of the Lord. In that Bible verses, God instructed Moses to put forward that man that blasphemed so that the people around will put him to death through stoning. That instruction from God to Christians through Moses was seen in the book of Leviticus chapter 24:10-16. See the Holy Bible instructions
*Leviticus 24 15 And thou shalt speak unto the children of Israel, saying, Whosoever curseth his God shall bear his sin. 16 And he that blasphemeth the name of the LORD, he shall surely be put to death, and all the congregation shall certainly stone him: as well the stranger, as he that is born in the land, when he blasphemeth the name of the LORD, shall be put to death. 17 And he that killeth any man shall surely be put to death.**
In the book of – Leviticus 24:10–16. The Lord Said ““Whoever blasphemes the name of the Lord shall surely be put to death. All the congregation shall stone him. The sojourner as well as the native, when he blasphemes the Name, shall be put to death” (v. 16). Oh, so you support the guy. You see why that 1st guy you quoted have a problem with Islam and mistrust Muslims? Even as educated as you are(a minority amongst northerner Muslims), you support that that extremist preacher. Even if the supposed blamphermer(and there has be examples where innocent persons have been accused and killed by extremist Islamic mobs) committed the act, why not allow the court(say the Sharia court even) to sentence him rather than asking people to go and kill him. Saying that if the man repents, it is between him and God(Allah) but that people must still kill him, do you not see how patently wicked and demented that is? How can you kill someone that God may have forgiven or are you saying that God cannot forgive blasphemy? So why were you trying to deny it before? You see why another person accused some of you guys of Tariqa? PS: You are quoting the old testament where people were under the "law". The new testament commands christains to "Love our enemies" even those ones who blamspheme the name of God or even Jesus. Christians do not fight for God. He is absolutely capable of doing so himself |

What I am saying is that you don't have to worry as long as you are not planning of insulting our religion But i have to worry cos some extremist Muslims kill other disssenting persons(Muslims, Christians and others) and do so with an impunity spurned by extremist views held by people like the Shiek and apparently yourself(since you have deliberately refused to condemn what he said) Ever heard of Boko haram etc |
