Don't let the sterotype get to you. Honda cars are great. The civics are really great ride.
Though the accord of the 6th and 7th generation was plagued by transmission issue, but it was corrected in the 04/05 models.

I know a lot of detractors will bring up the leg issues but it happens to all cars and just get oem and pay attention to the shaft and you are good to go.

If he is not building and he has the means, then it aint cool. I dont believe in extravagant spending in another man's property. Years back, i learnt of someone who rented a house and went ahead to do pop ceiling and screed the walls and used dulux paint with a small tin of paint costing25k( so i was told)
My question then was, if you have all these money, why not build ur house and do all these posh fittings.

You friend should move to a bigger house. The girls are growing and need privacy. If dey don't get it now from their home, they will get it elsewhere

I know you need a thriving city, port harcourt would have been the best but it is expensive and security and cult issues no be here.
Warri is also OK. Not as expensive as ph and there are decent areas too.

Bros, all this things doesn't work again. I got married 9th of this much and I must tell you that I wasted my time trying to prove that I'm a graduate in accounting and got talent in management too... The more you cut the expenses, the more another surfaces. I budgeted 800k for both tradition and church marraige but boss, 1.570k went like that o.. No more manage or small marraige again.

I still believe u can manage below 1M. Its still possible. Like ogawisdom mentioned above, do both trad and white same day or do trad on Thursday ( low key just families and few friends).



Another money guzzling project is hall.
I strongly believe it can be micro-managed but the big question is- will you be pleased with the outcome?
All the glitz and glamour will not be there anymore.

Some of his friends had to cross the street and contributed to buy beer.
Fast forward to present day. Dude has four pretty and handsome children. Wife is looking more beautiful and can afford anything. Dude rides on SUV and has a duplex to himself.
