Romance › Re: What's Wrong With A Man Under 33? by nams77: 3:15am On Nov 23, 2019 |
pocohantas: Nothing is wrong with a man U-33, but I will tell you the advantage of an above 33 man or what most ladies look out for in them (and older men in general)
1. Financial stability: I put this first because it is (one of) the most important attraction. If you are old without money, one would wonder what you were doing in your youth.
2. Emotional maturity: The average woman is more emotionally mature than a guy her age. She has to look further to find a balance- MOST times. A guy has all the time to be stupid and if he decides to be stupid for life, there will be a woman for him. Women have to get sense on time, she has a biological clock to watch and most men do not have that fix-it mentality.
3. Older guys are more chilled: Age, experience and more money to their pockets has taught them to take life jeje. They don't get angry unnecessarily over petty issues like younger guys who see everything as a bruise on their fragile egos.
4. They are more caring, maybe fascinated by your juvenile displays. Those things you will do that makes the younger guy go all red-pilled, the older guy will tell you sorry, just carry your wahala dey go. He looks at you as a child, with that smile on his face.
5. They are most times not scared of looking weak or not in control. Unlike younger guys who seek validation from their fellow younglings, thus acting like you both are in a power tussle. An older guys is a man all by himself, he would allow you- but never mistake this act for stupidity, he is very well watching and calculating.
6. If you really wanna tap into wealth of experience/knowledge, then an older guy is your best bet. They witnessed Abacha's regime with clear eyes, they saw Yakubu miss that goal- he is like your History teacher. Also, his friends will most likely be his age group, some of their gfs would even be older than you- that is if you are really young. Except you are a bimbo, you will be on your toes to upgrade, that way you don't look stupid at their hangouts . I can't say the same thing for younger guys who just sit around, talking about ASUU strike, sex and Nigerian girls.
7. Oh! Their voice! It gets deeper and subtly assertive as they age. When they talk, they exude this confidence and masculinity. It isn't forced, read off a book or some alfa male code. You just can't miss it.
...etc
There are exceptions, but on the average, there is really no comparison. We get finer with age, all things being equal. Spot on babe! You just seem to be describing me, lol. Aging makes a wine gets better |

Rockyrascal: i know ivermectin drugs (miniature in size) I was referring to benzyl...my bad!
BTW bishan ampiclus works faster than ivermectin. Bros, before you start administering treatment, you should try and know the causative agent of that ailment. Scabies is caused by the female mite Sarcoptes scabiei var. hominis,. Your Beecham ampiclox is an anti bacterial drug that is active against Bacteria not a mite. The itching is as a result of the body's reaction to the mite. Freemanbubble is right. Pls avoid popping antibiotics medication without prescription. It leads to superinfection and resistant organisms. |

MetaPhysical: You did not see Lagos, I guess.
Esseite, you are under-developed in mental capacity at my level of critical thinking and analysis. You may be a king of analysis in your village but when we meet in Nairaland please know, and make a note for yourself....I will trap you into a corner mentally and embarrass you intellectually. You are obviously lacking in arguments. I have followed you and esseite's position. The poverty level in the North is rather alarming and it has become compounded by terrorism. I dont know what your grouse is but reno is right. He is speaking for the interests of the downtrodden and folks like you should be glad, Bill gate and others give millions in charity, are you telling me they are wrong? Will it be a bad thing if the indimis, atikus and others give out support to alleviate the blinding poverty in the North? I wonder how you guys go to bed and sleep soundly while foolishly/blindly supporting evil! It is mind-puzzling! Someone suggested something that will benefit the down-trodden and you are here blabbing rubbish. If you were among those IDP folks, won't you be earnestly on your knees praying to whatever god you believe in for help? SMH You imps just want to politicize everything. Don't speak for the poor in the North, let them speak up for themselves. If they rejects such assistance, then it is their lots but dont be here defending the indefensible. It makes you look foolish to truly discerning minds. I won't respond to you mention as this post here will suffice. |

Family › Re: I'm Struggling With Love In My Marriage by nams77: 5:36pm On Nov 07, 2019 |
PrincessNZ: Healthy people love others without condition. However, they fall in love/go into relationship with condition; which can be material or immaterial as you well noted above. If the condition is immaterial, it is real love. Like acidiosis mentioned, you prolly read too much of romantic novels. I am very sure you are not married. Take it from me dear, love is not permanent. The frequency and intensity of the love depreciates over time due to different factors. Most couples are bounded by duty, honor, respect or just plain companionship needs( they become used to each other's company). Do you think that sizzling, dizzying kind of feelings still exist after several years? My dear, think again and arm yourself with these knowledge before you become disappointed with unmet expectations |

fairfora: Don't be deceived. Read today's edition the major newspapers of and you'd find the news caption widely printed on the front pages. I guess you're one of those thinking everything is right with the VP. He's my brother and I dont like the way he's being treated from day one, from elrufai intimidation to that of aba kyari and the shutting of aso vila chapel door against him on sundays ,whilst leaving the mosque doors widely open on fridays. This is very wrong and we cannot coexist in a situation like this . Truth be told. No nation succeeds where ethnicity and religion take precedence. Just heard a new one today. Shutting the door of chapel against the VP? This is something o! Bro abeg give me more details |

DatechMan: I'm surprised to be mentioned on this thread after 2 long years.
Well, a lot has happened between then and now. I sold the car in November 2017 for N450k or thereabout. That was just few months after the brainbox issue was resolved. And this was for reasons other than the car itself. I needed money to complete a much important project.
I am sure I have learnt some lessons from my mistakes. Are you thinking of buying same model of car? That car is actually good. You bought a badly abused one. Your first mistake was to go for inspection without a competent mechanic. It would have set you back by 10-20k initially but it would have saved you all these needless trouble. I admire you courage and upbeat spirit. Next time kindly go with a good technician. If you need suggestions, i can recommend a few here |

otipoju: In turn they transfer that anger on Civilians.
Whereas the same military traning in the western world turns their soldiers into the most gentle, respectful and courteous men who will never raise a hand on the people they were trained to protect.
Soldier go call civilian "Yes Sir, Yes maam."
Nevertheless everyone knows if you mess with a US trained soldier you could be dead under 30 seconds. Their training over there are also hard and cruel. In fact, it will seem as if they have personal beef with u but it is to make you stronger and tough. Though they don't force you to eat mud, soap. You may be asked to trek for miles in full military gears or float in cold rivers with your plantoon members till morning |
