Hello guys
Well, we are approaching a new year and I just thought I needed to change somethings in my life .
I realised my eating habits isnt so good and I feel it actually affects me negativity
I eat too much carbs although my work can be physically intensive still it's not the best .

Pls ,anyone who has a time table for quality diets of foods that are readily available to the average Nigerian.
