I'm taking about the exit he made this season to Saudi Arabia and not the one he made to real Madrid many years ago. His going to Madrid was a boost for United cos we made so much from that transfer.

His contact with Manchester United this season hasn't expired, but he spoke ill against his coach and club on an interview with Piers Morgan, and that's what lead to his exit.

I use to pass OPIC whenever I'm going and returning back from RCCG camp. So it's definitely on Lagos/Ibadan express way. Google the address and name of the company then use Google maps to locate it and you'll be fine.

I strongly advocate that guys must be responsible in their sexual life. However when an unplanned or mistaken pregnancy sets in, parents shouldn't force the guy to marry the lady. He must rather be forced to take responsibility of catering for the girl and the child.

If both the girl and guy agrees to marry, then so be it but no one should force marriage for them, if you do so and after grumbling, murmurings, quarrelling...etc, he eventually marries the girl, one or more of the following would happen in that marriage.

1. He wouldn't love or respect the girl. This is usually the origin of abusive marriages.

2. In most cases, the girl would look untidy, shabby, unkept...why because the man in her life who should make her look like a desirable woman doesn't care.

3. The girl will hardly have a voice in the family of the boy, this is because her husband who should stand by her hated her from the onset.

4. The girl herself may not love the guy but might be forced to swallow the bitter pill of marrying him just because he got her pregnant. This might make her cheat on him.

There's nothing special about shipping. It's all about what exactly you're bringing into the country.

Since it was electronics he (my uncle) was bringing in, we signed the contract and registered it under dry cargo. There are different categories of cargos based on the kind of goods you're importing.

If you're bringing in perishable goods like frozen fish, frozen birds, fruits, vegetables...etc. You'll register your contract under refrigerated cargo. It's quite different and more expensive than dry cargo.

There's dangerous cargo for those bringing in factory chemicals.

Once you finish sorting everything with the logistics (shipping) company on their website and make full payment, your containers would arrive between 5-8 weeks. This is from Korea to Nigeria. I believe it would be either longer or shorter in some countries because of distance.

So the simple question here is what are you planning on importing? From there it would be a lot easier to know the cheapest company, the fastest and the one with less stress.

Your problem is that you talk too much. Learn to choose your words carefully and limit the way you talk whenever you're with her, especially about your future. So you don't entangle yourself unnecessarily with your own words and start looking for how to explain what you actually meant...

Most of them are also paranoid. They attribute all your problems to either spiritual attack, lack of paying tithes, poor prayer lifestyle...etc.

You cannot have any logical conversation with them. If you tell them your problem, they'll drag you to church, the little money you don't have, you'll use it to sow seed to their pastor. At the end of the day, after all your prayers, fasting, attending all programs, your problem remains.

I prefer to surround myself with people that can offer logical and realistic solutions to whatever I'm going through, than someone who would tell me to fast and pray without doing anything.

A lot of people are making clean progress in Nigeria, it all boils down to the kind of people you look up to for motivation.

I have an uncle who imports LG electronics directly from Korea. He's doing perfectly well and making clean progress. He has his own block of flats at okota courtesy of his progress. I personally used to stay with him some during my schooling days whenever we're on holidays just to learn how the trade is. It's there I learnt how to import goods, how to contact shipping companies, and how you must give your products art numbers to differentiate them, register them with their art numbers on your system (he was using tally accounting software then) I learnt so much from him.

So if you keep having this mindset that all successful people are engaging in one form of dirty deal or the other, you'll end up not achieving anything with your life, cos you'd keep judging and condemning them, rather than working hard to become better than them.

I've come to understand that in order to get something out of this life, you must discover your purpose in life, then focus all your energy on achieving that purpose, you must invest in yourself, develop yourself, pray for yourself...etc.

It's never anyone's destiny to become a failure, but wrong choices, your lifestyle, the kind of people you surround yourself with, lack of focus and distractions are what slow down people's lives.

If you want to become a billionaire, listen to billionaires, live like them, think outside the box, change your circle of lazy friends who can't motivate you to do anything useful for yourself aside toasting girls, learn about investments, go outside and pay to learn a trade, learn how to manage money, drop dangerous habits, date girls who can add to your life, avoid religious people and take advice from people whose lives are making visible progress....if you follow this path, I strongly believe that failure would be far from you.

That's impossible...if I have that kind of money sitting in my account, I'll just go into real estate. Buy acres of land in 3 populated states, convert it into a mini estate, develop it into block of flats and rent them out.

If I choose to do nothing till I reach 90, I'll never be poor, cos tenants would keep renting my properties which means money would keep coming.

You should be having this conversation with her not us. She's in a much better position to tell you her fears, doubts, worries...etc.

The major reason why most kids are closer to their moms is because a lot of dads out there don't bother to build working relationships with them.

They just settle the bills and move on. Whereras the mom is there all day with them, moulding or manipulating them to love her more. When I was growing up I hardly knew my dad, in fact he was almost like a stranger to me, cos by the time he comes back from work, it's very late and I'll already be in bed sleeping.

I began appreciating him when I started growing older, and saw the magnitude of sacrifice he was putting into the family.

Father's should learn to cultivate the habit of spending quality time with their kids as well. The quality time most men spend in bars, clubs, hotels...etc, if they devout it to building working relationships with their kids, believe me, those children would love and appreciate them till death. Take them out on weekends, talk to them, tell them stories, crack jokes, take pictures, play games...etc. If your impact and presence on your kids is only felt when you're dead, it means you failed them as a father during your lifetime.

Only a greedy and insatiable woman would do this...if you decide to investigate what she used that money for, you'll be disappointed to find out that it might be to enhance her looks and not for the upkeep of the family.
