Mcslize:Bros, I taya. How much will they be paying these people to support evil? Abi is the state of the economy, devastated by apc, the current headsman in charge and he who installed him not affecting them? Do they go to different markets from us? Abi as Tinubu said, the high dollar or pounds does not bother our local people because they do not travel and spend naira locally, all they need to survive is sourced locally ie cassava, garri, agbado ewa and other farm produce. I really just taya for some people. It's like we deserve to suffer in this country. |

Nazgul:Very correct analysis. |
Mrkindness:The likelihood is slim. It wil be hard for such guy to marry and if he does, harder to work. Heck a lady just gave birth recently, who knows how many more are out there nursing kids for him. |
GeneralOjukwu:Abeg some of us wifes be Yoruba oh ![]() |
Good to see he is OK. I'd never wish bad health for anyone. But really he is not fit enough to handle the destiny of 200m people. Reminds me of Eustace banks. Rather the current oga even looks more like Eustace. ![]()

jclassiq:Shey you see the average mentality of a Nigerian? Outsmart them and not pay. Recently because of the uncertainty with our economy and fluctuations of the naira, I decided to open a UK account. I tell you it is hard for a Nigerian to do so. Infact an Indian ex banker lady, a gf to my friend told me when you put a Nigeria name in the system, it show red ie high risk! Meaning they should show caution. I asked the reason, and was told Nigerians are "likely" fraudulent! They take overdrafts accessible to others and and don't pay or steal people's identities to take credit. Do you know that Barclay's offered me 3,500 pounds overdraft as a new account holder, but I could not successfully open the account at the last stage cos of long story of trying to verify my identity through asking for council tax as proof of address! Why, "smart" Nigerians have messed up our reputations. We are looked at as shaddy characters by default. Anyway, hope we will learn to do things the right way. |
Na wah. Fine lady like this that should have the world at her feet. Hope she is OK. |
Op, from loan app to this one again. Guyman, you just made my day. I had been sad earlier but you have made me laugh this evening. You might be our real life sabinus.

Ddworld:You call me "fantastically stupid"? You are uncouth and possibly not well brought up. I rather not have further banter with you. Kindly run along. |
7arrows:Nope I don't, can't even own that kind of business, atleast not in naija, because by nature, our people don't pay debt much more loans. You know what, let the loan apps make the money interest free, as in take and return exactly what you took. You will still find out this same people wount pay but rather give all sorts of excuses to demonise the companies. What is right is right, one saw their terms and had the option to decline. Why then not do the right thing when due as a honorable person? What if they had collected collateral like abokis do, of which you will sign change of ownership documents on eg your car before they give you the loan, if after agreed time, no payment, aboki don de drive your moto. |
DEBJOCH1:2. Keyamo |
7arrows:He should have taken from friends and family, or from his bank. Oh, they wount give him right? So he paid the high interest because he could get it from no where else except those willing to take the risk of giving him. That was what he dearly paid for, the "risk" the loan company took on him. Bright side is that he solved his pressing urgent need. |
internationalman:Thank God for your last paragraph. I thought you were going to advice him wrongly. Truth of the matter is that most fast unsecured loans are high risk for the companies anywhere in the world, so the interest rate is always high. Yes bank loans are somewhat lower, but which bank will give you quick unsecured loans? (Some do it now through their apps but they have stringent conditions) But in our own case, the risk to those loan companies is just too high. The higher the default rate, the more expensive it becomes. The average Nigerian will not pay, even if you give them personal loans interest free, you have to fight to get part and not all of your money. OP should man up, be responsible and return their money, add the interest and wash his hands off loans. |
You took a loan, accept that and stop playing the Nigeria factor. If you have no use for the money, leave it in your account ie do not spend it and then at the does date, add the interest and give them back their money. Behave yourself if you are a honorable person and fulfill your obligations, don't be like the charlatans that will see the terms of a loan, wount complain then, but after collecting the money, spent it, when it is then time to pay, start talking rubbish about how the loan companies are scammers, shylocks reaping people off. You had the option of not collecting the loan. How do you say you made a mistake? Oh you mistakenly downloaded the app, filled it, put your bvn and account details, read the terms then mistakenly clicked on the accept bottom? My man, be responsible for goodness sake. |
Prosperous111:My Huawei phone is the best phone I ever used. |
JackDaAlienz:You hit the nail on the head. Herein is the dilemma, a cousin of mine supposedly had drug issues, went kolo, was on the streets till news came that she got pregnant and gave birth. My folks took this baby from birth till date 15 years ago. At birth 2 nannies were employed to tend this boy. He started showing signs when he will pop and call them to wipe his arse. He will flush food or newspaper in the loo, then shit on it, mess up the whole place and then instruct the helps to clean it up, calling then mere house helps. Nothing that has not been done for him. He has followed the family in trips to Dubai etc, infact because of him a nanny was flown along just to tend to this boys needs. In the plane he kept on shouting just to cause embarrassment. This boy at 12, stole his aunties hubby's Rolex wristwatch the man had for over 30years just to flex in school, ofcouse it got missing. He broke into the man's office through the roof last year and stole $500. Me nko, he stole me card holder with my debit cards, drivers license and $200. Infact he had to be sent to boarding school, after attending over 8 schools at this young age of 15. Once this boy is back eg on break, everyone locks up their doors. See the latest oh, he says he is not going back to boarding school. They took him to the drop off zone, nigger escaped and found his way back home. He says he wants to do "online business". ₦500k that has been paid as school fees is wasting as schools have resumed for over 2 weeks. We warned our aged parents then not to take this boy, now they are regretting. Few nights ago, someone heard him around 3 am midnight saying "I have told you to leave me alone, pls leave me alone" (meanwhile only him de room ohh in darkness.) The boy is growing into a monster. |
cocolacec:A whole tree for ₦400 |
baretalk:Hope you feel better as you have poured out grievance and pain you have held for long.. Speaking out is therapeutic. |
