Is there something you know? Clarify your points please. |
No they wont fade away. . . but they will be defeated and their spearhead cut off. We need execution. . . tactical, not theories and strategies. I look forward to doing that one day, make sure you vote for Black! lmao. |
lol. . . i like your challenge. First, in the history of mankind no government has ever won a war against the will of a grassroot movement. If this fire catches on and become a popular movement in the north, its over for the FG. So they have to intervene and lead a counter force on the social front. That can easily be achieved by setting up a hearing and in which the emirs are asked to share their views and projections. FG should then draw up a plan and assign ownership to the emirs, with measurable values and milestones to report on. Second, anytime a force fight your army on their own soil and refuse to beat a retreat or yield ground to the military, then you are dealing with a party intent on defeating your army and imposing its own on you. Kingmakers! Third, when political differences boil over into violence, then someone is going to feel cheated or deprived in the long run and so you detach from who is right or wrong, you detach from quoting rule of law. . . you introduce a way to negotiate interests and needs. For the first situation the emirs should be given ownership of bringing their people back to their fold. For the second one, the army is not fighting with command. . . . they need command. If they perceive the CiC is weak, then that weakness descends down to the troops. GEJ has not rallied strongly in their cause and so that lack of command from top will demoralize morale. For example when some leaders in Maiduguri accused Army of indiscrimante killings, GEJ stopped their forward march. Wrong command! For the thrid situation, . . . . GEJ has a pool of negotiators, particularly in Yorubaland that know how to break political walls. He should use their resource. By all means, FG must be in charge and control of assault against boko. . . but use auxiliaries to win the soft senses and emotions of peeople. |
ibo don carry head go make spare part money. lol. |

and then they will move from state to state - so, put state of emergency on the entire country?the situation has not escalated to a point in which a state of emergency is needed, whether thats at local, state or national level. What will be accomplished under this declaration that could not be achieved before? FG lack proper definition, identification and plan of action to demolish boko. The FG understand all the terminologies for describing terror and the measured reactionary response to give to them but they lack good footing for applying resolve and command. |
if no be say na new year eve, ehn, i for tell you something wey go make you cry. yeye, ewu like yourself. you learn that from hausa. there is only good thing to learn from yoruba. . . we export good values. you are very useless for even insinuating that yoruba teach people intra-tribal fighting. what a rascal! ![]() |
Please leave them be, whatever the grievance is.Shango, ose jare. I have always had good relationship with the Yorubas. My senior secondary education up till uni was in Yorubaland.Andrew, thats why you are the only ibo brother i have. Happy new year my brother. We go bury Ojukwu on 03/02 Insha Allah. |

Over 1000 killed already.oh really? tell your brothers to get their ekene dili chuckwu ticket sharp sharp before blood spill reach their side. Thank you for the info. on Yoruba Now, update me on Ebonyi. |

Oh Bliss, mechionu! where is your sister, freepous . . . oops, excuse me, I mean freecocoa? ![]() |
Whoever criticizes this move by GEJ, is not fit to post a comment in life. Bombings were taking place, they were complaining he's too slow, he's lame, he has no heart. Now he declares a state of emergency so the military can clamp down on the situation.I criticize the move. State of emergency is a strategy, not an action. The military does not need a state of emergency to execute a clamp down. If their CiC call them out of barracks and deploy them into field it is just as good as saying "go demolish the enemy". What measurable outcomes can we expect out of a state of emergency? |
ChinenyeN, is Bishop lying? You call a whole man of God a liar? ehn?? |
Andre, you owe Yoruba people kolanuts for peace. |
Una no want ridicule on Ojukwu but you sabi yab other people leaders. You see how it feels? Next time umuigbo talk about Yoruba leader I go remind you of this day. Next time you address me you put Chief before Negro. |
Happy new year Chief. I was buttressing my points as to the cause of the percieved superiority of the hamites over the shemites. i did not actually mean the people i put in parenthesis specifically. they just happen to fall under the groups. what i am trying to say is this--the hamites have enslaved the shemites for hundreds if not thousands of years. the hamites enslaved the shemites in egypt and had them build the pyramids and whatnot. our first slave masters were the hamites. couple that with the onset of caucasian white supremacy and the widespread touting of caucasian features as superior (which the hamites have ) and finally the nail in the coffin is that during colonialism, the only nation in africa not to fall to caucasian invasion was a hamite territory (ethiopia). they whooped the italians butt, add all these together and it reasons to see that the hamites have a huge complex over the shemites. this is why the hametic hausas and fulanis feel it is their birthright to rule over the shemetic igbos and yorubasHappy New Year my brother. May GOD bless and prosper your head, hands and feet this incoming year, Amen. Corgito, were you talking to Chief Negro or to Negro? ![]() |
Yeah Andre I join you in wishing him a restful death but how crazy an idea that umuigbo choose my birthday to put him in ground. Sink him into his grave now. Whats the wait for? This is pathetic!! ![]() |
Correct!! Kano is using its experience and history with maitatsine to fight them off. Maybe GEJ need to talk to Bayero, its unfortunate Rimi is dead and not here to share expertise. At the moment boko is an untamed dragon, it is running wild and terrorizing different opponents - the Emirates, the Federal Govt, the Christians. But if GEJ does not act quick and take lead and he mistakenly allows North to singlehandedly defeat them, then guess what? It means North will cage and tame the dragon! Anytime the center misbehaves, the dragon is unleashed. Another 500yrs of monopolized ruling under Hausa/Fulani. |
meeen, put that rascal in the soil now!! ![]() |
5. The Chief of Defence Staff and the Inspector-General of Police have been directed to put appropriate measures in place to ensure the protection of lives and properties of residents in the affected parts of the country. I therefore urge the political leadership in the affected states and Local Government Areas to give maximum cooperation to the law enforcement agencies deployed to their respective communities to ensure that the situation is brought under control within the shortest possible time.As boko come up with counter plans and activate cells outside the declared emergency areas then what? Should this not be a blanket declaration for the whole nation? 6. The Chief of Defence Staff, in collaboration with other Service Chiefs, has also been directed to set up a special force unit within the Armed Forces, with dedicated counter terrorism responsibilities.By taking this action GEJ is admitting that terrorists exist in North, East, West and South, and that it is not a northern region problem alone. Therefore, if he sends counter terrorism force to go to north and deal with them with heavy hand, the north will expect the same response when MEND take up guns against Shell or BP, or when political faction riots break out in West. Is that palatable to you in the West and in South, are you comfortable with that development? We hardly can live one day as it is without harrassment from giovt security agencies, and now they want to add another layer. . . . A MORE DEADLY ONE. GEJ does not counter terror force to wipe boko out. 7. As part of the overall strategy to overcome the current security challenges, I have directed the closure of the land borders contiguous to the affected Local Government Areas so as to control incidences of cross boarder terrorist activities as terrorists have taken advantage of the present situation to strike at targets in Nigeria and retreat beyond the reach of our law enforcement personnel. This is just outright an insult for him to even say this. As if illegal border crossing care what part of the border we close. |
Buhari is more presidential than GEJ, the president. Buhari has pulled the carpet from under his feet for his idleness. He now has to follow the dictates from up there. It will be a grave mistake for the nation if the Northern elites succeed in overpowering boko before the FG does. Talk about political ransome! |
Does anyone have a transcribed copy of the speech to post here please? Let all eyes see what gej is talking about if he makes sense or not. |
abeg who is on ground to actually confirm that the borders have been closed?oyb took word out of my mouth. Anyway, wheres the full speech, lets see it before we begin to cheer. The state of emergency might be to the advantage of bharam and you alla re cheering before digesting the full content. |
Hamitic and Shemetic black people are not the same and have different religions and the hamitic blacks (fulanis and hausas) have enslaved the shemetic blacks (igbos and yorubas) in the past. Its actually the reverse in that case - Yoruba enslaved and traded Hausa/Fulani to the point that their Caliph wrote a book and grieved about their dissatisfaction. |
