Image123: Why did the heathen rage and the people imagine a vain thing? Unbelievers, please stop throwing tantrums, there will be enough time for that in hell. Spend your time here wisely. Useless children of rich Christian parents, most of them would not appreciate if God had favoured them with barrenness.Even Jesus wouldn't talk this way. Clap for yourself. |
onitshaigbo: How can you Atheists be so blind? He has blessed Africans with incredibly rich resources. And just last week blessed Naija with Afcon Cup. I believe that secular western nations that are doing well now is a trial for our faith. But make no mistake, the sun will set on Europe: the Muslims are outbreeding them in their own country!Did I just read this poo? ![]() |
kutchs: Ranting of a frustrated she goat. What was ur father doing when Jonathan was working his way to the top? Is it Jonathan‘s fault that u can‘t afford the latest designers cloths? Is it his fault that no servant serves you? Listen silly girl the much Jonathan can do is create the enabling environment (which he‘s doing) for lives to be changed, if u and ur father fail to take advantage of that that‘s ur wahala. Basketmouth, I go die, Mikel Obi and countless others were not born in Aso Rock, they were not born with silver spoons, their fathers had no Jonathan or Sambo but they can afford the latest designers cloths, eat whatever they want.Ermm, you sound frustrated and mentally challenged to me. |
By Davidson Iriekpen The Civil Division of the Court of Appeal in London has rejected the application filed by the former Managing Director of the defunct Intercontinental Bank Plc, Mr. Erastus Akingbola, seeking the leave of the court to appeal the judgment of the High Court of Justice, Queen’ Bench Division, delivered on July 31, 2012. Recall that the High Court of Justice, London presided over by Mr. Justice Burton had delivered a judgment in favour of the Access Bank Plc in the suit instituted by the bank against Akingbola and others for the recovery of the bank’s assets fraudulently converted. The court found the former bank boss liable for fraudulent conversion of former Intercontinental Bank’s (now Access Bank Plc) assets and for supervising an unlawful Share Purchase Scheme which led to the collapse of former Intercontinental Bank. The court had consequently ordered Akingbola to refund to Access Bank, the sum of £654 million for the losses suffered by the bank. With the Court of Appeal ruling rejecting Akingbola’s application for permission to appeal, it is still not clear what steps he would take to comply with the court judgment. http://www.thisdaylive.com/articles/uk-court-rejects-akingbola-8217-s-appeal-bid/139940/ |
@OP, I commend you for your genuine observation and constructive criticism. I also feel concerned about the boy. However, those of you making fun of the boy and the President's family should think twice. The OP just raised a sincere observation and proferred some solutions, he definitely didn't ask us to start mocking the President's family. We should learn to behave like adults.
Read what you just wrote and look at that baby whale in the picture and seriously ask yourself if you really want to behave like an adult. Even you are tempted to poke fun at the boy. Go on, don't be shy. ![]() |

Trust Nigerians! Experts in all things religious yet the most corrupt nation on earth. Bribing their Jewish God to get more material possessions to show off with is something they wouldn't hesitate to do. |
I laugh at these Nigerian Christians suffering from extreme inferiority complex! So worshipping a Jewish God will get you to heaven. Seriously ![]() Have you ever sat down to think and ask yourself where your African ancestors were when this Jewish God revealed Himself to Isrealites? Why were your ancestors left out of this experience? Ignorant zombies will later start shouting "God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob, help us!" No wonder this God has forsaken Nigerians. He is not your God. Go find yours and leave the God of the Isrealites alone! |
yung da maz: cant believe am hearing such words frm Gods creatures....There is a way dat seemeth right 2 every man but d end thereof is destructn,..,beta repent while Gods grace stil abound or rot in hell with satan nd ur nonsesical beliefs@atheistsYou just quoted a Jewish proverb. Do you know any African proverb to support your point. Brainwashed pig. |
Even the Jewish God they pray to have long forsaken them. Ugly big head bas.tard of a governor. Retarded, unthinking slaves of a people. |
Akshow: Mr governor pray and pray from today till tomoro, if you dont do the right thing nothin will work. It is not by prayer, jus do the right thing. Naija the most religious and one of the most corrupt. The words of a sane and intelligent person. I salute you. |

Chuks Okocha Presidency Monday described the comments by elder statesman, Prof. Ben Nwabueze that Nigeria is sliding into a failed state as irresponsible and unpatriotic by any Nigerian, explaining that available facts and figures do not suggest anything nearer a failed state for the country. Also Special Adviser on Governors and Governance to the National Chairman of the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) ,Osaro Onaiwu, has described as unpatriotic, the recent statements credited to some eminent Nigerians that Nigeria is a failing state. Reacting to Nwabueze’s group that Nigeria is sliding into a failed state, the Senior Special Assistant to the President on Public Affairs, Doyin Okupe said that indices in the country do not in any way suggest that Nigeria is a failed state or has anything that is nearer it. http://www.thisdaylive.com/articles/presidency-no-indices-of-failed-state-in-nigeria/139892/ |
okeyxyz: @OPI'm not trying to establish anything. Just thinking. |
ooman: u need to wake up from that silly dream of yours.Gentleman, easy there. Why so serious? I'm not debating on the existence of God. Just sharing my thoughts on this forum. Do have a good day sir. |
Omo Alata: I am a Christian. Deal with it.Fair enough. #rolls eyes and mutters under his breath. |
Omo Alata: I thought this topic was about your weird thoughtLOL. Typical Nigerian. Answering a question with a question. The question still stands. Answer it. ![]() |
LOL ![]() |
Omo Alata: If I was a worshipper of the aforementioned, then I would have done. But I'm notYou are a worshipper of the Jewish God, I presume? |
Is he just waking up? |
Omo Alata: Philippians 4:8Thank you for quoting that. You might as well quote Buddha or sayings from the Vedas. One love. |
I know it's a weird thought but allow me to share it with you. What if God is 'sleeping' and Life (the Beginning of the Universe and everything in it) is just His dream? Maybe the earth's history and that of humans is one section of God's dream. Maybe that's why God can't interfere with the affairs of men (even though many religions say He is All-Powerful and All-Knowing) because it's all a dream! The end of everything comes when God wakes up. Then what? Oh! To find out Life was only a dream afterall. P.S: No disrespect to adherents of any faith. This is only an expression of the wild thoughts that whizz around my mind all the time. |

kmcutez: Remove the fear of hell and see how many christians will be guided by this so moral compass you speak of.Exactly! How many so-called Christians would worship God if there were no (material) benefits dangled in front of their faces. Our Nigerian Christians claim to worship this Jewish God because of the perceived material gains promised them and not out of love or a moral philosophy. Many of them have the fear of hell embedded in their hearts hence the hypocritical show of piety. |
Can you tell us about the source of everything in your belief? I'm not ashamed to say I don't know the name of this Source or who this Being is. Every race and society has a name for this Source or pretend to know this Being. That is the problem of religion. It creates dissenting voices. Everybody claims to know about this Being and promotes their literature above the rest. The end result is intolerance, hatred, myopia and every evil you can associate with religion. Let me also add by saying there is nothing religious about the Creator of Everything. Humans are unnecessarily making a mountain out of a molehill. My desire is to see science accurately prove the existence of a Creator but I fear that may be an exercise in futility. |
The problem here lies with our definition of God. All religions in their lame attempt to define the very nature of God often end up making a mess of things. Religion is inadequate to explain the origin of Everything and at best, it only tries to provide a moral code of conduct for a particular society or race. What this does is to further segregate the human race into opposing sides and cause utter confusion. While I do not believe in God as revealed by any pretentious religion, I believe there is a Source or Creator of everything. The human concept of God is highly flawed hence the cacophony of many religious belief throughout the ages. |
By SR Sports The Federal Government will make the present set of Super Eagles players the first inductees into the National Sports Hall of Fame. Sports Minister and Chairman of the National Sports Commission, Mallam Bolaji Abdulahi, disclosed this on Thursday night while addressing players and officials of the team. The Hall of Fame was recently approved by President Goodluck Jonathan. The Minister, who spoke to the team at their Garden Court Hotel abode in Milpark, South Africa, also said that the government has mapped out a heroic welcome for the team next Monday. He was accompanied to the event by the National Football Federation (NFF) President, Aminu Maigari and other important figures in Nigeria sports administration. He described the pride of the government at the exploits of the team so far at the African Cup of Nations and urged them to complete the job by winning the trophy. “Victory is not everything but victory is the only thing”, he declared, echoing American football coach Vince Lombardi as he challenged them to go all out for victory in the final against the Stallions of Burkina Faso in Soweto on Sunday. Maigari, on his part, thanked the government at the highest levels for the huge support the team has been receiving so far, saying that all obligations to the team has been met, thanks to express approval by the government at all spheres. The NFF President revealed that he has already received words from President Jonathan of another tele-conference with the team before the final, as the last one had highly motivated the players and the President feels they need his tonic to excel in Sunday’s grand finale. Head Coach Stephen Keshi, spoke in a similar vein, noting that the team has come too far in the competition to let its guard down. Skipper Joseph Yobo thanked the Minister for being there for his team, and assured that the team has resolved to unite and conquer the Nations Cup trophy for Nigeria. “We will not let Mr. President who has been so supportive down and we cannot let our families and the people of Nigeria down,” he said. “We are certain that the trophy will be won fair and square on Sunday.” speaking today, midfield star, John Mikel Obi, declared that the strength of the Nigerian team is the togetherness and unity that have been missing in the squad in the past. “We are together, united and playing for each other and that has accounted for where we are today. All credit must go to the coach who took a gamble on a very young squad, because I’m just 25 years old but am looking like the oldest in the team. This team will not only win the trophy on Sunday for the Nigerian people but will win many more trophies for a long time to come”. http://saharareporters.com/sports-page/government-make-super-eagles-early-inductees-new-hall-fame |
ijawkid: Logicboy I put it to you....YOU ARE GAY...!!!...............and I'll keep telling you this until you come back to your senses....you are a disgrace to your parents and who ever brought you into this world........Why are you obsessed with his s.exuality? Are you secretly hoping he is gay so you can seduce him? |
Look at these shameless hypocrites! Very quick to quote an ancient Jewish book but so slow to remember what their African forefathers said centuries ago. Diseased with an incurable inferiority complex and a myopic holier-than-thou attitude, they are vociferous when condemning a s.exual sin but surprisingly docile and mute when their political vagabonds who masquerade as leaders r.ape them mercilessly from behind. Who knows if they enjoy it? ![]() |
Slizbeat: Levitcus 20:13 says; "IF A MAN SLEEPS WITH A MAN AS WITH A WOMAN, THEY HAVE BOTH COMMITED AN ABOMINATION. THEY MUST BE PUT TO DEATH; THEIR BLOOD IS ON THEIR OWN HANDS"This kind of hypocrisy annoys me. Why would you, an African, quote what a Jewish God said to His people concerning homosexuality and uphold that as absolute law? What did the African God say concerning homosexuality? Did He not make laws regarding sexual sins? Also, why don't you quote laws concerning the corruption and wickedness being exhibited by Nigeria's political class? Did the Jewish God not make laws concerning that as well? |
nep2ra: Nigeria vs Burkina Faso in the final. Quote me after the match.Let me quote myself. I said it! |
