lexiconkabir:ma shaa Allah, may make it easy. as for brother "working on it " may Allah ease your task. |
babylolaroy:I think everyone is to be blamed. The root of the problem is lack of submission to the commandment of Allah. If the women avoid ugly dressing and the men learned to lower their gaze, this world would be a better place. Early marriage is one big solution to all these crap. Of course these things are extremely difficult in our time but with Allah's help then strong will it will be easy. But in a society where; Early marriage is called hurry marriage. Promiscuity is not frowned upon rather the chaste women/men are accused of extremism. I swear to Allah, on our campuses committing zina with 10 different women is far easier than marrying a single woman. It becomes more difficult to maintain chastity, for the brothers and sisters especially on campuses. Unfortunately, when they tell their parents they want to get married, they are immediately labelled as 'not thinking of anything except sex' and 'not facing your studies'. I wonder the craze our present world is going into. |
enieme:My sister, Assalam alykum. longest time, how are you doing. Of course it's a sin, a major sin. Unfortunately in our society, it's cheaper than pure water. Inna lillaahi wa innaa ilayhi Roji'uun |
Then you called him a student of Aristotle and described Aristotle as one who sought for truth. # Aristotle whose teachings -directly and indirectly- has destroyed the creed of many Muslim scholars who went into philosophy. The Islamic till today world is not free of the toxins the disciples of that man released. The deviant sects like the mu'tazilah, jahmiyyah, ashaa'irah, maaturidiyyah etc are a result of this man's viruses. And you affiliate an Imam of Tawheed to him, not just an ordinary affiliation but teacher-student affiliation. It appears to me that you don't know the implications of this submission of yours. What I've stated is just a tip of the iceberg, anyone who wants to have a deep understanding should see Imam Ibn Katheer's bidayah wa nihayah. I hope this my comment benefits us all. |
Op, no offense intended ooo, but the truth has to be clarified. You see, Dhul Qarnayn that was mentioned in the Quran is an Imam of Tawheed (Islamic monotheism), he's not the greek/roman Alexandra because the later was a pagan. You don't need to bother yourself with the stress of reconciling between the two figures. This types of desperate attempts at reconciling two similar but clearly contrasting figures will lead to errors. # You said Alexandra called himself son of Jupiter. Maybe you don't know the implication of this statement. It's like someone today saying he's son of Sango, Ogun etc and you wave it off as mere superstition of his time. As ignorant as a lot of the Muslim world is today, even the laymen can't say such crap let alone an erudite. Like I said earlier, Dhul Qarnayn is an Imam of Tawheed. |

As for the last case i.e the one who repents from one sin but still commits other sins, on the day of Qiyamah the deeds will be weighed and if the bad is greater than the good then it's a great misfortune but if otherwise then glad tidings. It's obligatory to repent from all sins, and we should know that belittling of sins is one of the plots of shaytan to lead the believers into destruction. It's also necessary to know that sins are greater than other i.e all sins are not equal but no sin is trivial. The greatest of sins is to associate partners with Allah in his worship such as Prayer, hope, fear, reliance, love, seeking help, seeking refuge, swearing, repentance etc all belong to Allah no partner with Him. Allah knows best. |
The conditions of sincere repentance repentance are more than mere saying astaghfiriluLLaah. As the scholars have stated, the conditions of repentance are three: # Total Remorse and Regret over the sin committed. This is the greatest and most difficult of the three conditions. # Having a strong resolution not to ever return to the sin again, ever. # Seeking forgiveness of the sin by saying astaghfiruLLaah and similar statements. #If the sin involves the right of other people then a fourth condition applies and that is to return the right to the rightful owner if it's a property. If it's an evil speech such as insult, embarrassment, backbiting, slandering etc then he should seek the person's forgiveness. If the wronged person is not available or more evil might arise from returning his right or seeking his forgiveness then he should give out an equivalent of the usurped property to the needy, this won't be recorded for him as charity. He should also speak good of the backbited our slandered person in gatherings to nullify his transgressions. If a person repents from a sub-type of sin but still another sin but doesn't repent from the other sub types then he's repentance is not valid eg a person repents from fornicating with lady A but still fornicates with lady B, then he has not repented because the sin is fornication and he hasn't left it. The same thing if a person repents from dry gin but still takes beer then he hasn't repented from alcohol. But if a repents from a type in its entirety but still commits another type(s) then his repentance is valid eg a woman repents from indecency dressing but still disobeys her parents then the repentance is valid. Allah knows best. |

baba11:# Most of us had very ugly pasts before Allah rectified us, the women/men who have repented should not be stigmatized. # It could be a rape case # Accidents, diseases and tough exercises can cause it. # May Allah save us from the plots of Shaytan, even the fastest horses trip. The issue of Zina does not exempt anyone. So, if a person has lost their virginity by whatever means, the most important thing is to be sure that she has now repented a sincere repentance. One of the salaf said: رب طاعة أورثت عزا و استكبارا. و رب معصية أورثت ذلا و انكسارا. How many a righteous deed lead to arrogance and self conceit. And how man a sin lead to humility and submissiveness. We ask Allah to grant us all pure repentance and steadfastness upon the sunnah. Allah knows best. |
Azeez259:Your question is mumbled. please rephrase it. |
As it is said: "the flesh of the scholars is poisoned whoever smells it falls sick, whoever eats it gets destroyed"!!! Allamah Shaykh Saalih Fawzaan on declaring Ibn Hajar, an-Nawawee et. al as innovators (and what would he say if he heard some crooks calling them disbelievers?) QUESTION: Some people declare some of the Imams such as Ibn Hajar, an-Nawawee, Ibn Hazm, ash-Shawkaanee, al-Bayhaqee as innovators. Is this statement of theirs correct? ANSWER: These scholars possess virtues, torrential knowledge, benefit to people, great stride in preserving the Sunnah and spreading it, great compilations that overwhelm what they may possess of mistakes, may Allaah be pleased with them all. About these affairs, we admonish the student of knowledge not to busy himself with them because it will deny him of knowledge. The one who follows this affair will be denied from seeking knowledge and he becomes engrossed in Fitnah and love of conflict among people. We admonish everyone to seek knowledge and strive on that and occupy himself with it far away from that which contains no benefit. An-Nawawee, Ibn Hazm, Ibn Hajar, ash-Shawkanee, al-Bayhaqee; these great Imams occupy high status of trustworthiness with the people of knowledge. They have great compilations and references for Islam which Muslims resort to- which outweigh their mistakes and slips, may Allaah be pleased with them all. But, you, O poor soul, what do you possess? O you who points a finger and spy on Ibn Hajar and Ibn Hazm and others, how have you benefitted the Muslims? What have you gathered of knowledge? Do you know what Ibn Hajar and an-Nawawee know? Have you offered what Ibn Hazm and al-Bayhaqee sent forth in service of Islam? Subhanallaah!!! May Allaah have mercy on a man who knows his limitations. Your knowledge is narrow so you became daring and your piety is limited so you began to speak.’ (Ajweebatul Mufeedah p.235) |
7 Common Mistakes, We Usually Make In Prayers! 1: Reciting Surah Al-Fatiha fast without pausing after each verse. The Prophet ﺻَﻠَّﻰ ﺍﻟﻠَّﻪُ ﻋَﻠَﻴْﻪِ ﻭَﺳَﻠَّﻢَ used to pause after each verse of this surah. [Abu Dawood] 2: Sticking the arms to the sides of the body, in rukoo' or sujood, and sticking the belly to the thighs in sujood. The Messenger of ALLAH ﺻَﻠَّﻰ ﺍﻟﻠَّﻪُ ﻋَﻠَﻴْﻪِ ﻭَﺳَﻠَّﻢَ said: 'Let not one of you support himself on his forearms (in sujood) like the dog. Let him rest on his palms and keep his elbows away from his body.'[Sahih Muslim] The Messenger of ALLAH ﺻَﻠَّﻰ ﺍﻟﻠَّﻪُ ﻋَﻠَﻴْﻪِ ﻭَﺳَﻠَّﻢَ used to keep his arms away from his body during rukoo' and sujood that the whiteness of his armpits could be seen. [Sahih Muslim] 3: Gazing upward during prayer. This may cause loss of concentration. We are commanded to lower our gaze, and look at the point at which the head rests during sujood. The Prophet ﺻَﻠَّﻰ ﺍﻟﻠَّﻪُ ﻋَﻠَﻴْﻪِ ﻭَﺳَﻠَّﻢَ warned: 'Let those who raise their gaze up during prayer stop doing so, or else their sights would not return to them. i.e. lose their eyesight.' [Muslim] 4 : Resting only the tip of the head on the floor during sujood. The Prophet ﺻَﻠَّﻰ ﺍﻟﻠَّﻪُ ﻋَﻠَﻴْﻪِ ﻭَﺳَﻠَّﻢَ said: 'I am commanded to prostrate on seven bones : the forehead and the nose, the two hands [palms], the two knees, and the two feet.' [Sahih Muslim] Applying the above command necessitates resting the forehead and the nose on the ground during sujood. 5 : Hasty performance of prayer which does not allow repose and calmness in rukoo' or sujood. The Messenger of ALLAH ﺻَﻠَّﻰ ﺍﻟﻠَّﻪُ ﻋَﻠَﻴْﻪِ ﻭَﺳَﻠَّﻢَ saw a man who did not complete his rukoo' [bowing], and made a very short sujood [prostration] ; he ﺻَﻠَّﻰ ﺍﻟﻠَّﻪُ ﻋَﻠَﻴْﻪِ ﻭَﺳَﻠَّﻢَ said: 'If this man dies while praying in this manner, he would die upholding a religion other than the religion of Muhammad.' Abu Hurairah ﺭﺿﻲ ﺍﻟﻠﻪ ﺗﻌﺎﻟﯽٰﻋﻨﻪ said: 'My beloved friend, Muhammad ﺻَﻠَّﻰ ﺍﻟﻠَّﻪُ ﻋَﻠَﻴْﻪِ ﻭَﺳَﻠَّﻢَ forbade me to perform postures of prayer copying the picking of a rooster; (signifying fast performance of prayer), moving eyes around like a fox and the sitting like monkeys ( i.e. to sit on thighs).' [Imam Ahmad & at-Tayalisi] The Messenger of ALLAH ﺻَﻠَّﻰ ﺍﻟﻠَّﻪُ ﻋَﻠَﻴْﻪِ ﻭَﺳَﻠَّﻢَ said: 'The worst thief is the one who steals from his own prayer.' People asked, 'Messenger of Allah ﺻَﻠَّﻰ ﺍﻟﻠَّﻪُ ﻋَﻠَﻴْﻪِ ﻭَﺳَﻠَّﻢَ ! How could one steal from his own prayer?' He ﺻَﻠَّﻰ ﺍﻟﻠَّﻪُ ﻋَﻠَﻴْﻪِ ﻭَﺳَﻠَّﻢَ said: 'By not completing its rukoo' and sujood.' [At Tabarani & al-Hakim] To complete rukoo' is to stay in that posture long enough to recite 'Subhana Rabbiyal Adheem' three times, SLOWLY, and 'Subhana Rabbiyal A'ala' three times, SLOWLY, in sujood. He ﺻَﻠَّﻰ ﺍﻟﻠَّﻪُ ﻋَﻠَﻴْﻪِ ﻭَﺳَﻠَّﻢَ also announced: 'He who does not complete his rukoo' and sujood, his prayer is void.' [Abu Dawood ] 6 : Counting tasbeeh with the left hand. The Prophet ﺻَﻠَّﻰ ﺍﻟﻠَّﻪُ ﻋَﻠَﻴْﻪِ ﻭَﺳَﻠَّﻢَ used to count tasbeeh on the fingers of his right hand after Sallah. Ibn Qudamah ﺭﺿﻲ ﺍﻟﻠﻪ ﺗﻌﺎﻟﯽٰﻋﻨﻪ said: 'The Messenger of ALLAH ﺻَﻠَّﻰ ﺍﻟﻠَّﻪُ ﻋَﻠَﻴْﻪِ ﻭَﺳَﻠَّﻢَ used his right hand for tasbeeh.' [Abu Dawood] The above hadeeth indicates clearly that the Prophet ﺻَﻠَّﻰ ﺍﻟﻠَّﻪُ ﻋَﻠَﻴْﻪِ ﻭَﺳَﻠَّﻢَ used only one hand for counting tasbeeh. No Muslim with sound mind would imagine that the Prophet ﺻَﻠَّﻰ ﺍﻟﻠَّﻪُ ﻋَﻠَﻴْﻪِ ﻭَﺳَﻠَّﻢَ used his left hand for counting tasbeeh. Aa'isha ﺭَﺿِﻲ ﺍﻟﻠَّﻪُ ﻋَﻨْﻬﺎ said that the Prophet ﺻَﻠَّﻰ ﺍﻟﻠَّﻪُ ﻋَﻠَﻴْﻪِ ﻭَﺳَﻠَّﻢَ used his left hand only for Istinjaa', or cleaning himself after responding to the call of nature. He never used it for tasbeeh. Yasirah ﺭﺿﻲ ﺍﻟﻠﻪ ﺗﻌﺎﻟﯽٰﻋﻨﻪ reported: The Prophet ﺻَﻠَّﻰ ﺍﻟﻠَّﻪُ ﻋَﻠَﻴْﻪِ ﻭَﺳَﻠَّﻢَ commanded women to count tasbeeh on their fingers. The Messenger of ALLAH ﺻَﻠَّﻰ ﺍﻟﻠَّﻪُ ﻋَﻠَﻴْﻪِ ﻭَﺳَﻠَّﻢَ said: 'They (the fingers) will be made to speak, and will be questioned (on the Day of Resurrection)'. [At- Tirmidhi] 7 : Crossing in front of a praying person. The Messenger of ALLAH ﺻَﻠَّﻰ ﺍﻟﻠَّﻪُ ﻋَﻠَﻴْﻪِ ﻭَﺳَﻠَّﻢَ warned: were the one who crosses in front of a praying person to know the consequences of doing so, he would have waited for *forty better than to cross in front of him.' [Sahih Bukhari and Muslim] *The forty in the tradition may be; days, months or even years. Allah knows best. |
I visited one of my Ustadhs on Monday, the meeting was short but highly beneficial, so I decided to share some of the benefits. # Me: I heard so and so about a particular scholar, is it true. Ustadh: It's not true, Many students of knowledge hype their teacher(s). They actually want to hype themselves but they don't want to be open about it.So they simply hype their teacher(s) and in that way they would get reputation for being student of so and so scholar. # Me: I wish to travel out for knowledge , which country do you advise? Ustadh: Jordan is the best now for seeking knowledge, but there is no money there and they don't give much access for permanent residence. Saudi is good, welfare is not a problem but the enjoyment might distract you Egypt is easy to get access to and not bad financially, but there are many deviant sheikhs and teachings there. One has to be very careful. Qatar, UAE etc are not for the one seeking knowledge. They are for those seeking wealth. If Allah makes it easy for you to go to Jordan, it's most likely that you will return as a scholar and I fear that the people will bombard you with envy and jealousy. # Ustadh: many people don't actually know what knowledge is in our region. We are isolated in our part of the world. # Ustadh: The benefits in Sheikh Mashoor's classes are abundant especially the soheeh Muslim class. And it increases with time. # Ustadh: In my opinion, those who benefitted the most among those who travel out for knowledge are the dakaatirah (PhD holders), and it's obvious in their researches, books and classes. Even when you don't buy their opinions regarding some issues you can't but acknowledge their scholastic approach to matters. # Ustadh: I don't like it for any student of knowledge to restrict himself to a particular teacher and make himself subservient to him. # Ustadh: The student of knowledge should be balance and buoyant in every field of knowledge: Tafseer, Hadith, Lughah, Fiqh, etc. I hope and pray that Allah benefits the writer and readers with this in this world and the hereafter. |
rasheedow:You are welcome my brother. All the gratitude belongs to Allah. |
factsdigger:If she has a disease she should say it. What the post discouraged is giving details of the past. |
Empiree:The commandment of the messenger comes before the parents because the Messenger alyhissolaat wassalaam is only conveying the message of Allah to the people. But there are different conditions; # If the Commandment from Allah is obligation eg five daily prayers, wearing hijab, leaving the beards etc then the parents are not to be followed if they command otherwise # If the commandment from Allah is nafilah then the commandment of the parents may override it eg fasting Monday and Thursday or your parents call you while performing tahajjud etc # If the deed is only permissible not encourage and not obligatory then the parents command overrides definitely. Allah knows best. If the Ustadh is commanding you to follow Allah's obligatory Commandment then he should be followed because you are actually following Allah. |
My brother, you need help indeed. I ask Allah to ease your task as set aright your affairs. My advice for you are; # Don't look for answer to a problem like this on an internet forum. Most people are ignorant but build false reputations by just copy and paste in internet forums # Contact a knowledgeable person about the religion such as Sheikh Najmuddeen, Dr Sharaf, Sheikh Hajia etc. They will guide you through in shaa Allah # I don't know much about your field of study but I believe there is a way to go around it. I have a friend who studied and now practices Fine and applied arts, he is a practicing Sunni salafi brother. You just have to sieve out the impurities in your field of study. Every field has its Haram sides e. g a righteous engineer or architect cannot construct an interest based bank no matter how much they will pay etc. So look well into your field and get the pure aspect for practice but don't do it without seeking the counsel of the people of knowledge. I ask Allah to grant you Taofeeq. Ameen |
During the time of umar ibn khattab radiAllahu anhu, a suitor wanted to marry a woman, the wali of the woman told the suitor that the woman had committed zina. So the suitor left. When the khalifa heard the incident, he beat the wali of the woman and said: Was there any need to mention it? (Muwatta of imam malik: 28/1148) . (erased portion) . May Allah grant us understanding, amin Newmas' note; it would have sufficed the wali of the woman to tell the suitor that the woman is not a virgin instead of telling him that she committed zina. This is because the woman had repented, but the one who hasn't repented should not be married or concealed to suitors. Allah knows best. |
Sisters, know that its not compulsory on you to tell your husband about whatever dirty past you went through. Its not even in his right to ask you in the first place. the Prophet salallahu alayhi wassalam said: “Avoid this immoralities that Allaah has forbidden. Whoever does any such thing, then let him conceal it with the concealment of Allaah.” (Narrated by al-Bayhaqi; classed as saheeh by al-Albaani in al-Silsilah al-Saheehah, no. 663).* . How can you as a groom feel, when your wife be like: -i had 10 boyfriends -i used to party a lot -i was a stripper or belly dancer -i used to smoke and drink -i used to be a model -i used to dance to sell sim card -i lost my virginity to abu fulaan, at destiny hotels, in room 52, at night, we did such and such for several days, I got pregnant and I aborted it, bla bla bla . Akhi, how would you feel after hearing all this trash? Won't ur love for her reduce instantly? Is this how to start a new marriage? Won't u begin to doubt her fearing that she may go into zina again? Won't u begin to underrate her? Then why did you ask her in the first place? Why did you make lher uncover her secret which Allah has covered for her? What about your own bad past too? . Sister, how do you feel when narrating such ugly events again? Shouldn't you be shy of explaining how you committed zina wit a man? Even if you were raped, is it worth narrating? What is there to be proud of? If your husband dies tomorrow and u re-marry, will you narrate all this stories to him too? The prophet salallahu alayhi wassalam said, If you have no shame, do as you wish. . |
Before reading this thread, I'll like to state these; # The goal of this thread is not to promote and encourage promiscuity rather it is to condemn the stigmatization of those who have repented from their dirty pasts. # The virginity status shouldn't be concealed at the time of discussion and planning of wedlock because whoever deceives us is not of us. # But the details of the evil events must be concealed because of many narrations that prohibit disclosure of past sins. CHASTITY ISSUES by Aboo Banaat . Dear newly wedded spouses, This is sometimes the beginning of your problems. The debate about virginity always errupts from the first night of marriage, especially when the man on the marriage night discovers his wife aint no virgin. His face becomes sour like spoilt eforiro soup. This night was supposed to be a memorable one but it turns bad in some cases. He now "forces" his wife to tell him how he lost it, even if the wife refuses, he insists and puts her in a tight situation until she tells him or lies about it. Akhi, did you marry her for her deen and character or for her virginity? Virginity should be one of the secondary considerations, and if she is a virgin, are you untouched too? The woman's virginity is always an issue, but no one talks about the man's own! . The fiancé or husband has NO right to ask about his wife's past. It is sufficient for him that she is now pious and she is known for good at the time of marrying her. As to whether she did anything haraam in the past, but then repented from it and became righteous, it is wrong to ask her about that and make her choose between telling lies or getting divorced and forcing her to tell her secrets thereby disclosing that which Allaah had concealed for her, then if she tells him the truth, this will open the door to doubt and suspicion. Either way, its double wahala. . |

Continued and Concluded, AlhamduliLlah Shaikh al-Islam Ibn Taymiyah Rahmatullah said in Majmoo’ al-Fataawa (25/290): As for fasting in Rajab in particular, the ahaadith concerning that are all da’eef (weak), and in fact mawdoo (fabricated). The scholars do not rely on any of them. They arq-Qayyim Rahmatullah said: Every hadith which mentions fasting in Rajab and praying during some of its nights is false and fabricated. [from al-Manaar al-Muneef, p. 96] Al-Haafiz ibn Hajar said in Tabyeen al-Ajab (p. 11) There is no sahih hadith that would count as evidence which speaks of the virtue of the month of Rajab, or that speaks of fasting this month or part of it, or of spending any particular night of it in prayer. Shaikh Sayyid Saabiq Rahmatullah said in Fiqh al-Sunnah (1/282): Fasting in Rajab is no better than fasting in any other month, except that it is one of the sacred months. There is no report in the sahih Sunnah to suggest that there is anything special about fasting in this month. Whatever has been narrated concerning that is not fit to be quoted as evidence. Shaikh Ibn Uthaymeen (Rahmatullah alyhi) was asked about fasting on the twenty seventh of Rajab and spending that night in prayer. He replied: Fasting on the twenty seventh of Rajab and spending that night in prayer is a bid’ah (innovation), and every bid’ah is a going astray. [Majmoo’ Fataawa Ibn ‘Uthaymeen, 20/440] And ALLAH (سبحانه وتعالى) knows best. May ALLAH (سبحانه وتعالى) make things easy to understand His sahih deen which leads us among with righteous ummah & protect us from any kind of bid'ah. |
Secondly: With regard to fasting the month of Rajab, there is no sahih hadith to indicate that there is any special virtue in fasting all or part of this month. What some people do, singling out some days of Rajab for fasting, believing that they are better than others, has no basis in shari’ah. But there is a report from the Prophet صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ which indicates that it is mustahabb to fast during the sacred months (and Rajab is one of the sacred months). The Prophet صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ said: “Fast some days of the sacred months and not others.” [Narrated by Abu Dawood, 2428; classed as da’eef (weak) by al-Albaani in Da’eef (weak) Abi Dawood] Even if this hadith were sahih, it indicates that it is mustahabb to fast during the sacred months. So if a person fasts during Rajab because of this, and he also fasts in the other sacred months, there is nothing wrong with that. But singling out Rajab for fasting is not right. To be Continued in shaa Allah |
Is There Any Special Virtue In Fasting During The Month Of Rajab Either On 27th Rajab?!! Share From a whatsapp Group All praises & thanks are be to ALLAH (سبحانه وتعالى). The Lord of the Aa'lameen. As'Salaamu Alaikum Warahmatullaahi Wabarakaatuh, The month of Rajab is one of the sacred months of which ALLAH (سبحانه وتعالى) says: “Verily, the number of months with ALLAH (سبحانه وتعالى) is twelve months (in a year), so was it ordained by ALLAH (سبحانه وتعالى) on the Day when He created the heavens and the earth; of them four are Sacred (i.e. the 1st, the 7th, the 11th and the 12th months of the Islamic calendar). That is the right religion, so wrong not yourselves therein” [al-Tawbah 9:36] The sacred months are: Rajab, Dhu’l-Qa’dah, Dhu’l-Hijjah and Muharram. Narrated from Abu Bakrah رضي الله ﺗﻌﺎﻟﯽٰعنه that the Prophet صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ said: "The year is twelve months, of which four are sacred: three consecutive months, Dhu’l-Qa’dah, Dhu’l-Hijjah and Muharram, and Rajab Mudar which comes between Jumaada and Sha’baan. [Al-Bukhaari (4662) and Muslim (1679)] These months are called sacred for two reasons: 1- Because fighting therein is forbidden unless initiated by the enemy. 2- Because transgression of the sacred limits therein is worse than at other times. Hence ALLAH (سبحانه وتعالى) has forbidden us to commit sins during these months, as He says: “wrong not yourselves therein” [al-Tawbah 9:36] Although committing sins is haraam and forbidden during these months and at other times, in these months it is more forbidden. To be Continued in shaa Allah |
You keep diving deeper and deeper into your misguidance! I don't have time to waste with deviants like you again. May Allah make it easy for you to repent before death catches up with you!!! |
udatso:Exactly, it's only an ignorant or deviant fellow that will explain hadiths without first searching for and combining the different narrations so that the whole story will be clear. |
Anyone who has ever been in a position of giving fatwa will definitely know that giving answer to questions is sometimes dependent on the condition of the questioner, the environment he is and the era he lives. So, it's easy for someone to label a scholar as an infidel by saying he permitted some people to eat pork. Without having the extra information which the scholar possess about the questioners condition. Examples of this are many, Two people asked Ibn Abbass the same question (if I kill someone else will Allah forgive me?) he told one of them yes and the other no. Because the first one had already committed it and Ibn Abbass knew this because of the remorse he saw on his face. The Man wanted to repent so he needed hope. As for the second, Ibn Abbass said; I saw evil (anger or hatred) in his eyes meaning he wanted a fatwa that would encourage him on to carry on his evil act. Another example is this; Some Deviants now tell the people, during Ramadan you can travel with the intention of nothing else than to break your fast i.e if by 2pm I'm feeling hungry or sexually aroused, I will just board a bus and go to Ibadan eat and enjoy intercourse with my wife because I'm a traveller. This is a very evil attempt to evade and manoeuvre the laws of Allah!! The mufti/khalifah can simply tell the people not to break fast for a journey less than a certain kilometers or duration to overcome this evil fatwa. My point is, Umar issued the fatwa based on the condition of the questioner. This condition might not be stated in every report because the lesson and point of attention every narrator intends at the time of report varies. |
