What would happen if the youths don't vote for any form the older generation? Can they actually get elected without our votes (as in do you need a minimum number) or will it be that whoever has the most votes (no matter how small) still wins?

Na wa o,some people lack wisdom and insight. why this man leave him beautiful wife and kids just because of that macho looking Laura ikeji.
Just because a woman is fine does not mean she makes a happy home. Would you have said the same thing if she was not beautiful? Why discriminate? Do you know if she's argumentative? Did she cook and take care of him? Or did he have to buy takeaway?

I don't know sha but beauty alone will not sustain a marriage.

This is why Nigeria will never work

Igbos should not expect anything because they didn't invest in Buhari, but Buhari will export our tax money and oil proceeds to go and live comfortably in a UK hospital?

RETROGRESSION IS PERMISSIVE IN NIGERIA NO DOUBT,
WHERE THE STANDARD YARDSTICK AND REFERENCE POINT OF DISPUTE RESOLUTION REMAINS
THE PRECEDENCE OF CENTURIES AGO!

WHY ASK WHY NIGERIA WONT GROW BEYOND STATUS QUO?

DRAGGING A VIBRANT AND HARDWORKING REGION CENTURIES BACKWARDS!

FEEDING BOTTLE MENTALITY!

NONE CAN STOP THE RISING SUN.
Er what? The largest aggressors in the world, today, are the most developed: USA, UK, China, Russia, France, and so on. Even now, they are rattling sabers to protect their interests. Let anybody threaten their territories or remote interests as they will remind you that they are very willing to use the so-called crude methods.
I'm not even sure what you're referring to anymore?

OTHER PARTS OF THE WORLD ARE CENTURIES AHEAD WHILE YOU AND YOUR BLACK THOUGHT PATTERN STILL DWELLS IN THE CRUDE CENTURIES BEHIND.

COUNT LAND OF THE RISING SUN OUT OF THIS RETROGRESSIVE AND RETARDED MENTALITY

SPITS!
Bullshit. People still poo, whether it's shalanga or toilet. Humans will always fight. Stop pretending that land of rising sun is some divine holy state beyond human frailties and proclivities.

And you can be sure that the ones who are "centuries ahead" will show up with their clubs knives and gunships to defend their interests.

Which resources?I thought igboland has no natural resources.
Igboland doesn't and is land locked. Biafra (which is claimed to include Rivers, Delta, among others) does have resources.

Of course, the argument whether Delta and Rivers should be Biafra is a seperate one

Refuse? On what possible basis?
Are you a military superpower or is there a genetic and pre-colonial linkage between Igbos and the rest of the unity beggars?
I don't care either way, but the fact is if Biafra agitates, there will be war because of resources. Fair or not, just saying

Push vigorously for a referendum.
Take action. I don tire to hear Biafra. Sounds to me you guys enjoy the thrill of using it to disturb but deep inside you guys aren't serious about it.
Yes. This. If people are serious, take action and recall your representatives. Then we know it's not just talk. Do or do not, instead of saying "we want to"

A second civil war? Where is this nincompoop getting that from?
One part wants to break away, the other sides refuse. Isn't that the formula for civil war? People are quoting peaceful referendum up and down, ignoring the fact that these issues have been settled mostly through civil wars of the last 3 centuries.

Hello House,

Please can a 2 bedroom flat (i.e. 2 rooms en-suit , a living room kitchen and a store) enter a 50*50 feet plot of land with parking space for two cars?

I will appreciate your contributions a lot.

Thank you.
If you have a bit more cash, try making it a two storey and halve the footprint: kitchen and sitting room downstairs, rooms upstairs. Ideally make it a square to minimize footprint and reduce perimeter, which will reduce materials for walls... what you save on roofing, you can add to decking and stairs.

For instance if you plan for a standard footprint of 12x18m (you will need roofing of at least 13*19 = 247sqm)
But if you put rooms upstairs, you can shrink your footprint to 10x10, roofing about 11x11 = 121sqm, which is about half, and would save you more than half in roofing cost. Use that to deck and add extra for the complications of building 1 storey (scaffold, stairs, higher tank)... This would allow more space in the compound and also has the side effect of cooler breeze (at night) in the rooms. Notice you have similar amount of floor space (12x18=216sqm vs. 10*10*2=200sqm).

You just saw an objective comparison of costs in 2015 vs 2017. What has this got to do with bad belle? Do you really care about the name of the party in power when prices have jump 3x-5x on commodities? When things improve, you can kindly also provide an objective comparison of costs.

This sh1t happed to me recently, and I'm thinking I should just carry olosho from now on*

I hate it when they bring a friend, order expensive drinks and food (I'm managing one beer and asun, and they drank 3k wine, on top 1k suya) and then want to carry more suya back for the remaining ones at home.

When I refused, girl was giving me long story that actually she didn't want to meet me, it was her friends who pushed her to come, and that I embarrassed her by refusing to buy this or that.

Is it a crime to ask a girl out on a date? Why is it we're really nice to people we don't know, but then bad to people we love? I can't start buying things for a whole gang on behalf of somebody I'm just getting to know.

*I don't mind from a safety point of view that she brings a friend, but not that you will start taking advantage... I work hard for my money.
*If it's only for sex, that 3k can guarantee me a good time with no bullshit.
