Everybody wants to spend 'owo epo' and the funny thing is that na una (big guys) full this place, so any that reads the posts here will always be 'intimidated' and the next thing will be 'i have a degree in yoruba, can i work in chevron?' |

Ties I like the slim one,but the others, i hate. I could remember during an internship with a firm, it was mandated for me to wear ties, then i had packs of nice slim admirable ties. |
@op, maybe going through this thread might help. (from the 1st page) www.nairaland.com/nigeria/topic-275509.96.html |

Dimejidamilare: I'm 29 year's old..i study mechanical engineering in LASU.what can i add to my BSC to make me marketable or how can i put my career on track.i'm really confused...pls i need adviceYou dont need to do anything for now, read well and come out with a good grade as rightly said by yemmy, if possible, a first class or at worse, a strong 2.1. Moreso, keep acquiring and developing your skills(mainly technical) till you graduate and believe me, you are good to go. |
sunch: even with her third class can she enroll, starting with the pe1Yes nw. |

deenee: One question for all those who have received a text or invite for the Ascon recruitment. Did any of you at any point in tine apply for any job openings by Ascon?Exactly. A very good question. And i hope they come back here to answer this. |
Dollynova: Ladokites, hands on top. Our lists are out, dept by dept sha o. Looking at my name nowwwwwwwwYap bro, my name is on the list too. We rock. |
AjanleKoko: This conundrum is made a lot more complicated by the fact that the average Nigerian youth doesn't know what he or she wants. That's aggravated by the fact that most of our parents are preoccupied with struggling to survive and keep the family alive, and therefore have no time or energy to guide their children. Or invest in them even.Exactly sir, victims of circumstances and traditions. I just pray the present generation parents against all odds, wake up and see the need to try and guide their children to the right career path. |
Fabulous1: wen we go sch for job to get money, after sch no job, still connection even after wastin time for master and phd still connection who wan get job even ssce for naija go get oil job with connection nonsence countryHaha bros u dey vex o, but, seriously it is not only in Nigeria that you need connection, almost everywhere just that that of nigeria is 'three' much obvious. |

Funny?? Many times you hear and even say things like 'god of soccer', is it real? Or does any god supports any football club or national football team? |
TENDON: This thread has been my most admired on this site. The comments av been very insightful and modestly presented. Tanimola22 et al, u guys r d bomb (not boko haram o)...lol. I'm in love-did I say in love!- deep in love with Total and let me correct d impression dat downstream doesnt pay much. Agreed, they dont pay as much as upstream, but the 2011 report of Total Nig Plc, on page 42 states that out of d 472 workers, 428 earned above 4M in emolument-and dats 90% of their strenght o. I'll try to upload d stuff if it goes thru. I pray we all get to d top of our aspirations. BIGER BOY: When I first posted here, I didn't quite read the previous pages but now I did, and it has put my brain on overdrive (God help me get this total job).Total on everyone's mind. O ga o |
...But if i don't find a job, i'll sure head to the classroom.
I like this. |
Ehn? ![]() The nourishment of a food - with regard to its richness in nutrient (which the poster is interested in)- is not determined by its taste. Topic : After a thorough goggle search, I can say the red beans is more nutritious, and has more calories.
mmmmh |
Very funny thread. |
Seun: The better tasting one is more likely to nourish you because you will probably eat more of it. ronkebp: I will say the red/brown beans is richer.I quite dissagree with both of you, i hope nutritionists on n/l see this and comment. |
Winners chapel, the CEO is one of the best around. |
