PoliticsRe: Gunmen Kill Three Traders In Yobe. by nku5: 10:18am On May 02, 2012
CyberG: Nigerians voted for Jonathan not PDP. They love him, they would rather die with no arrests, investigation or reprisals and feed him @ N 3 Million per day than allow a competent and prepared man to lead the country! I am sure the SE, SS and tribal bigots CANNOT complain: as you laid your bed, NOW YOU LIE ON IT! Shikena!

^^ are you declaring now unequivocally that only the south east and south-south voted for goodluck? Also just to clarify it once and for all in my mind, WHO DID THE SOUTH WEST vote for? Since we are looking at it from an ethnic lens
PoliticsRe: Why President "Goodluck" Jonathan Can't Salvage The Day And Secure You. by nku5: 9:16am On May 02, 2012
I know for a fact that IBB introduced the reading of "animal farm", "1984" and"the prince" as course content for military cadets. Pdp's core military leadership are definitely exploiting that knowledge to the fullest.
PoliticsRe: Gej To Address The Nation By 9pm by nku5: 10:47pm On Apr 29, 2012
I hope he tenders his resignation
PoliticsRe: BREAKING NEWS: Jonathan Debunks Azazi's Claim On Bombings. by nku5: 2:38pm On Apr 29, 2012
Methinks GEJ is starting to become isolated from the hardliners (few) in his camp. Azazis statement was clear enough. GEJ always claimed to know who was behind boko haram and azazi who doesn't seem to be a "good" politician put it straight enough.

Like someone pointed out, azazi's head was going to roll anyway so he just passed the buck where it was supposed to go - his boss's desk. GEJ is desperate to avoid a showdown with ppl sponsoring boko hara and he just proved it.
PoliticsRe: Open Letter To Alhaji Aliko Dangote On Northern Nigeria And Boko Haram by nku5: 12:42pm On Apr 29, 2012
^^ @ Wumifan -

100% correct! I wonder why the ppl saying that he doesn't owe the country anything haven't said anything about the fact that he and some other of his monopolists brothers are special advisers on the economy to the president.

The same dangote who opens a factory and GEJ comes early to personally commission it.
PoliticsRe: Open Letter To Alhaji Aliko Dangote On Northern Nigeria And Boko Haram by nku5: 12:07pm On Apr 29, 2012
I guess we all have different views on even very simple issues but I'd like to ask - if we make all kinds of noise about oil companies and other foreign corporate entities living up to their corporate social responsibility how much more the richest black man & nigerian on earth who has attained that height not by sweat alone but by CRONYISM.

Dangote has the capacity to turn the lot of the north around. Simple and short
PoliticsRe: Boko Haram Is PDP & PDP Is Boko Haram- Gen Azazi by nku5: 11:46am On Apr 28, 2012
I have never been a fan of Azazi but i must admit the man is a straight shooter. He is bound by service to a PDP government as NSA but he has launched a word into the arena and its something like a challenge he has thrown down, not to the "enemy" but to oga GEJ. I guess his own way of saying "this is my own side of the story, my hands are tied so dont blame me"
PoliticsRe: The Fight Against Boko Haram: The Weak Link by nku5: 4:28am On Apr 27, 2012
Beaf: Funny stuff! grin
I keep emphasising and re-emphasing it that nomadic cattle rearing should be banned in Nigeria. We have a long way to go as concerns nomads and our state of security; these are folk with no home addresses that can commit heinious crimes and simply melt into either the crowd or the forest. No one searches them for weapons either.

It is best for the home states of these nomads to provide proper grazing grounds for these itinerant cattle.
Bros what we are experiencing is the inevitable clash of civilisations. As long as you have people of entirely different cultures all sharing one political entity u are bound to have such challenges. The chap I saw was bearing a deadly weapon but where he's coming from its not more out of place than a rake or shovel
PoliticsRe: The Fight Against Boko Haram: The Weak Link by nku5: 8:15pm On Apr 26, 2012
I thought I was the only one who had noticed these people. In my area one sunday afternoon I went to a very quiet garden and saw a fulani herdsman with a very long cutlass strapped to his right shoulder and a herd of cows chilling in the garden!! The man didn't even look like he was doing anything wrong. He casually nodded a greeting at me and kept on smoking his cigarette
PoliticsThisday Office In Abuja Bombed! by nku5(op): 11:32am On Apr 26, 2012

alj harem: about time, everyone can go their separate ways
Tell that to my boss who is a militant, pump action shotgun toting, ecwa church memmber from taraba, he will ask you who he is supposed to be forming country with. The man is even more wary of the caliphate clique than most southerners I know

PoliticsRe: Youths Ask IBB, Abdulsalam, Atiku, Others To Apologise by nku5: 1:13pm On Mar 19, 2012
The average northerner is an upright, siimple and honourable felllow. Their problem has always been their accursed leadership. Like someone said, the niigerian revolution can only stand a chance if it starts in the north. The youths are waking up (I hope)
PoliticsRe: Bianca Ojukwu Is Nigeria's New Ambassador To Ghana by nku5: 6:22pm On Mar 16, 2012
Some people are sorely jealous and cannot even hide their bad belle. When koro was there none of these pipsqueaks said a word. Even though koro lacks bianca's pedigree, had multiple names when he was in the usa and issues ragarding whether or not he diid graduate from southern texas university. After una go dey yap about cronyism. When koro became commisioner under tinubu what was his track record if not that he was good at political thuggery. Small shame una no get. Abeg bianca carry go make bad belle ppl fall inside shiite
PoliticsRe: Andy Uba Losses Again At Appeal Court by nku5: 11:24am On Mar 15, 2012
Nice one. Anambra State has suffered from crap leadership for more than 20yrs, save for brief sparks from the time of ngige. The last thing we need is a trillionaire with no means of livelihood except being around the corridors of power. Most of all he is one of the Uba brothers for crying out loud. Can't they just keep away from power? Wetin sef

PoliticsRe: Did Our Past Leaders Believed In One Nigeria ?, Hear What They Said by nku5: 7:51pm On Mar 08, 2012
@ tony spike - the notion that zik and the norther elite destabilised the western region pops here and there but nobody has been able to do justice to that allegation. Abeg shed light on that because I am a keen follower of history
PoliticsRe: Sovereign National Conference: North Set For Showdown by nku5: 7:29pm On Mar 08, 2012

PoliticsRe: Shootout At Lawanson: NURTW Crisis Worsens by nku5: 1:28pm On Mar 08, 2012
At times I wonder if democracy is for us. ACN needs these thugs for election matters so in between they get hard-up for dough and voila! The ppl that give them guns should think about tomorrow o! The day I saw an nurtw guy harrassing a cop I knew that a beast had been created.what type of society breeds touts that can tell a cop, with weed dangling from his mouth that he can't be arrested
PoliticsRe: 2015 Presidency: Acn / Cpc Dialogue Over Gov Fashola by nku5: 7:10pm On Mar 07, 2012
All this goes to show that we have not evolved or even matured at all poliitically. Democracy is not for us yet. Whatever happened to an abiola type candidate that will have actual national appeal. Now its all about kingmakers exploiting ethnicity and its dynamics.
PoliticsRe: Did Our Past Leaders Believed In One Nigeria ?, Hear What They Said by nku5: 7:52pm On Mar 05, 2012
@ bluetooth- its very easy to conjure up a conspiracy but can u dig up any shred of evidence of what you are alleging? Its just unfortunate was a nigerian. If he had been from ghana or anywhere else he would have lived to see his dream come true. Nigerians are a knuckleheaded breed

PoliticsRe: Ikemba Ojukwu Vs M.K.O Abiola: Who Is More Popular In Nigeria? by nku5: 9:25am On Mar 05, 2012
Both were reluctant heroes whose different struggles will outlive them and haunt a cabal until it implodes or collapses
PoliticsRe: In Nigeria, A Deadly Group’s Rage Has Local Roots - NY Times by nku5: 7:25pm On Mar 04, 2012
Is kano so underpoliced? There should be thousands of informants on the payroll to alert the necessary agencies. How can two boko haramists chill and give an interview in broad daylight?
