So the current set of nl males should stop whining all the time about women's character.

Here is one of your own telling you that.

Why the especial bitterness for the so called holier than thous? huh

None of who are on the thread btw. What gave you the impression they'd be preaching to you about your nl topic when the site is known for fake tales? huh

And you did move on to something else even without anybody preaching to you, not so? My only comment here is wedding is not marriage, that's all.

I thought they always adviced men to walk away each time there's a misunderstanding in order to avoid physical abuse?

He didn't only walk away, he ran away, and people are calling him immature. Seriously?

One minute he should walk away
The next minute walking away means he's immature.

Out hypocrisy for this country just too much.

When I get married, at the inception of any little misunderstanding, I'll pack my things and lodge somewhere.

Make she chop the house, since she no want give me peace of mind. I no just de like make things de worry me for head, especially women things.
Walk away has different meanings.

The problem with nairalanders is they base 90% of their existence and social life around other people's marriage, so they dont know there are many other contexts to things besides marriages. Not every single word refers to marriage or people's marriages.

Which part of helpmeet sounds like joblessness? huh

You people just don't know your hatred is not normal.

Help meet is also a job.

Adam should not have left Eve to tend the tree alone perhaps. Nothing indicates she was idle btw.
Christianity Etc › Re: Should Christians Pray For Some Enemies to Die? by nlPoster: 9:26pm On Nov 06, 2019
The problem you're describing is lack of accountability which is very common in Nigeria, people get away with a lot of things because of this. And the populace also dont expect justice because there is none, instead they rely on prayers and dont know or recognize there is supposed to be a legal system in the general scheme of things in order to help society function.

Nothing wrong with prayers, it's just you wont have an idea of a functional society when you disregard a formal justice system.

This unchecked disposition to criminality is why you'd be describing someone going after 7 members of one family simply because they're married? Does this make any rational sense if you apply reason.

Christianity Etc › Re: Help A Man Curb His Desires by nlPoster: 7:23pm On Nov 06, 2019
For those who are struggling with lust induced by pictures of "pretty faces", especially of our Nigerian ladies online, remember you are often admiring the makeup or lighting, not the actual person who you have not seen.

Keep that in mind.

Also, once you know the "pretty face", you might or might not like them.
Christianity Etc › Re: Help A Man Curb His Desires by nlPoster: 6:30pm On Nov 06, 2019
Why do Nigerian folks only see rumps and mammary glands but not waists or something else? huh

If you consider the fact everybody has rump and mammary glands but not everyone has waist or something else, that should immediately narrow at least half the women attracting your gaze, if you further specify other attributes , another 25% would be ineligible for your attention, of the remainder, possibly most would not qualify due to one reason or the other.

So, be more stringent with what attracts you and your problem is almost solved.

Don't make other people responsible for your peace of mind! You create too much trouble that way and would be disturbing everyone with this person did this or this person didn't do that!

4. Instead of spending your valuable time looking for ways to criticize others, as long as criticizing is not your main job, why not find ways you could be making money with that time you spend nitpicking.

Should I start praying for God to bless ritualists using children and others for ritualshuh
What kind of question is that? huh

People who are committing crimes should bear the penalty for their actions.

Prayer is not the issue here, it's the laws applying to the criminal acts and why are such people getting away with these activities?

A fellow was just confused and tried to seek advice from NLS. Not you coming here to judge me ...
Stop disturbing us with your sorry tales!

Nobody cares except psychopaths like yourself. angry

You always tried to be happy yet you came here and started some rubbish whining not once, but at least two times, what do you think this person was thinking, I told my brother's wife to give me water, does that sound like a so called happy person to you!

Who knows you, who knows your brother or his wife, why don't you think before you start opening your stinky stories in public!

Get help!

You want to judge other people but you cant stand being judged, very typical. angry

Family › How To Have A Social Life Instead Of Depending On Other People For Socialization by nlPoster(op): 5:27pm On Nov 06, 2019
1. It is not the responsibility of anyone you know, to provide you with a social life. Disabuse your mind of that notion, that someone is somehow obliged to be your social life.

Businesses can oblige you with a social life, as a profit making venture.

When there's a security problem, find what means are available to combat it.

And also look for the opening which makes a place the target.

God has his reasons for not making me a man sha (especially being Nigerian), lord knows I would deal seriously with anybody disturbing my peace unnecessarily.

Stay there be banking on sentiment.

How would you come and meet me just because you want to bring trouble and for no other reason? You'd definitely see the trouble.
Family › Re: Behaviour by nlPoster: 5:06pm On Nov 06, 2019
You seem too eager to read meanings into everything, going by your other thread.

And you're also eager to pick fights, typical Nigerian.

wife this wife that. Ask your brother to divorce the lady, find him another wife, simple.

So aggravating how folks would be so proud of not having any social life but spend all their time stalking whoever married somebody they know? huh Don't you feel shame? huh

I cant imagine myself following someone shamelessly up and down simply because they married a person known to me, not that I know or interact with them in anyway, but just make it my life habit to be an irritant.

Simply not my style.
Christianity Etc › Re: Should Christians Pray For Some Enemies to Die? by nlPoster: 5:01pm On Nov 06, 2019
1. Repent now while you hear the message of repentance. This applies to all and sundry, not your enemies alone.

2. God is not wicked. Why are your enemies prospering and living long enough to keep attacking you and your family members while you cant say the same? Something is wrong somewhere, and whatever is keeping these enemies around forever, must be coming from a source closer to you.

3. Consider the words "lawful captive". What makes you a lawful captive of your enemies? Is it your associations? Your habits? Your trusting nature? Your obliqueness?

4. As long as you don't know , understand or recognize the source of your enemies' power, they are always going to be there and in multiples. When/if one is out of the picture, another substitutes.
Christianity Etc › Re: Should Christians Pray For Some Enemies to Die? by nlPoster:
This is very deep.

Now, the problem is, what makes someone or a family, such an easy target that an enemy can pick off anyhow? As opposed to other families these enemies wouldn't dare go near?

You cant say it's morals, because as Nigerians, morality is more or less a facade, about 90% of Nigerians really have nothing like morality in their dictionary. All these nlers stories of I slept with your entire state and country, is neither here nor there, that is not the issue.

Where is the lack of security coming from that gives leeway for your enemies to confidently launch attacks on you?

Yorubas posit- bogiri o lanu alangba o wole, where is the wall being breached?
