Naijabad: I forgot that part. As soon as a no fly zone was declared by US, They tagged MNK an internationally protected person.
Nigeria was told to ensure that nothing happened to him.
He was later released when UN organised referendum in Biafra Homeland. This is like season 2 of the film or this Still in season one ? |
Politics › Re: Nnamdi Kanu: The Dream I Had Last Night. by nnamdiosu(m): 4:37pm On Oct 18, 2021 |
Naijabad: The following is the dream I had last Night concerning the case of the leader of IPOB.
I put this down for two reasons: so that authorities do what ever is necessary to avoid what is coming and to plead with people everywhere to give peace a chance.
Below are the highlights of the dream:
Nnamdi Kanu was not brought to court: At the resumed hearing of Kanu's case, the FG failed again to bring him to court.
What happened later: Igbos as a nation got infuriated. IPOB was badly angered. Igbos worldwide staged a massive protest in in over 200 nations of the world and this was carried by all major news outlets CNN, BBC, AL JAZIRA, CFI etc.
Over one million youths openly subscribed for IPoB in the East and what followed later was not palatable.
After one week of silence in that dream, IPOB began deadly offensive in the East. Every government instutions were attacked in broad day light. The Nigerian military was engaged in an all open battle.
About a week later, US DECLARED SOUTH EAST A NO FLY ZONE.
The issue of BIAFRA became a front burner in the international community.
IPOB refused to be placated. They were dieing but maintained the tempo of the offensive. There were casualties on both sides.
ipob was emboldened by the NO FLY ZONE STATUS of South East.
To my greatest surprise, some African countries, about 8 of them called for a referendum to be conducted to determine the fate of BIAFRA.
Some of the countries that clearly and unequivocally called for that referendum was South Africa, South Sudan, Ghana, Liberia, and Mali
Nations began to speak and ask the UN to do the needful.
Bending to pressure, UN called for a Referendum, initially, in the 5 states of South East. Ipob rejected that and to support Ipob, the indigenous igbo staged a massive protest stating that they MUST join their kits and kin in the mainstream South East.
This is where the story changed.
I was shocked when igbos in every part of Nigeria came back to vote in support of BIAFRA. IT was massive. At the end, BIAFRA WAS granted full autonomy and political sovereignty having secured 97% in the referendum.
Some current governors ran away from Biafra with their families.
While efforts were being made by Biafrans to honour all those that paid the supreme price for the actualisation of Biafra. I woke up and it was already 5.45am.
Those who have the capacity to stop this impending crises should do so. My dreams always come true.
A word is enough for the wise. Wait. I just want to ask one thing. Like, the way we see three years later in Nollywood films, was that how the one week in the dream was shown to you, or someone will just say Loud in your dream, one week later? Anyways, may God help Nigeria. Amen |

Same with the hand in a white cloth that usually teach me in a trance. I never saw the face but just the hands. The moment I realized it was divine, I didn't experience it again. Family › Re: My Son's Girlfriend Comes To Our House To Sleep Everyday by nnamdiosu(m): 11:31am On Oct 11, 2021 |
wisemum: I am bringing this topic here to see if I can get any good advise from youths of the same generation.
My son returned from schooling abroad two years ago and after completing his NYSC, has been trying to get a job. None has been forthcoming but he tries to keep occupied, trying his hands on different projects. He still lives at home but says that once he is financially stable, he will get his own apartment and move out.
He is generally a calm, law abiding , likeable gentleman until when he recently started bringing home this girl who dresses like a prostitute and who I discovered stays overnight in his room with him. His dad and I have fought him over this subject to no avail. I confronted the girl to tell her I do not feel comfortable with her sleeping overnight in my house especially since I do not know her family and will be held responsible if anything happens to her. She apologized to me and promised not to come to sleep over again. However, I noticed that after that, he started sneaking her in at late hours of the night when he thinks we have gone to bed, sometimes when it is past midnight. He hasn't introduced the girl to us as anything to him even though I have asked him several times what his intentions with this girl is but he will just say she is a friend that makes him happy- that's all.
He told his uncle that he likes the girl. I don't even know what else to do. I have tried talking to him, reasoning with him, but it all falls on his deaf ears. I do not like this girl at all. She comes across to me as a street girl- even though she is generally polite when she meets me at home anytime she comes during the day. I investigated and found out her work place is not far from our house. What I do not like about her is that she dresses, exposing delicate parts of her body and is a chain smoker.
Furthermore, to me, a girl who sleeps out in a mans' parent house, continually disregarding how his parents feel about it, cannot be good news. Once, I caught her almost naked in the night walking along the corridor leading to my sons room. She ran inside his room when she saw me. I was so embarrassed and wondered what if my husband had been the one who ran into her? What kind of thing is this? Only her pant on, breasts bare. It was the following day I traced her to her work place and gently but sharply and firmly told her I do not permit her to sleep over in my house again. His dad also spoke with him. I also spoke to him. Everything has been to no avail.
He still sneaks her in. Or did she jazz him?, Please advise me. Thanks. Does the door to the house have a key? Does the gate have a key Can you lock the door or gate and keep the key in your room or pockets Can you enforce a rule that everyone be in the house at a particular time, e.g 10pm as deadline? Can you enter your son's room any night and tell anyone you see there, oya come out and leave the house? Can you call police to come and arrest someone as an intruder in the house? I think the above questions will answer any question you have to deal with the solution. Girls like that are dangerous. THEY ACT AS INFORMERS TO THE BIG BOYS (KIDNAPPERS AND ROBBERS) OUTSIDE. BE SMART AND INTENTIONAL |

She said the phone they bought for her got spoilt just a year after they moved to PH
They've spent 8 years in PH now and she has not been using a phone since then
Even though she was stupid, it's not possible for her to have a phone and purposely hide it away from us
Even the husband too confirmed it It's ok. You guys should call for peaceful talks. Like I said, I'm def sure they still HABOUR resentments somehow. You guys have to let the past remain in the past. She got pregnant. Una beat her. Lock her man up. Then the same una dey complain say she no dey flow or call una. I don't get it.
Anyways, no matter the age of a lady, once she gets pregnant, SHE AUTOMATICALLY BECOMES A WOMAN. the talk you guys should have instead talked to her is what would have at least put some send into her. There is time for beating and time for talking.
Anyways, that being said, truth is, there is nothing you guys can do. Your parents messed up big time, it's now left for.you guys to do the mending of fences.
My advise, Call them both to a small get together/family meeting. Apologise for wrongs done in the past. TRUST ME, THEY BOTH HABOUR GRIEVANCES AGAINST YOU ALL, ESPECIALLY THE MAN.
2. YOU ARE SAYING, THEY DIDNT CALL OR SHOW CONCERN DURING THE TRAGIC DEATHS IN THE FAMILY. ARE YOU GUYS ALSO BOTHERED ABOUT HOW THEY LIVE? HOE THEY FEED? THE BABY AND ALL. HAVE YOU GUYS SENT ANY MONEY FOR THEM OR THE BABY?
3. If indeed you guys want her back, swallow pride and beg them. If not, her children you neices and nephews will join the list of forgotten family members.
Wish you best of luck |

Christianity Etc › Re: Seeing Demons, Angels, Fallen Angels, Spirits.. - Hsp's by nnamdiosu(m): 2:47am On Oct 07, 2021 |
greencard: how can a Christian tell if a person is operating under the spirit of divination?
Just the way paul did toward the young girl whom was actually saying about Paul showing the way of truth , which of course is true , Paul shows way of truth but how did Paul knew she was talking under the influence of divination and not from God? Strictly and only under the Holy Spirit guidance. Trust me, the average pastor now would have praise that lady. She was actually saying the truth and even pointing people to Paul, but it was for an evil motive. (That shows that even when a person prophesies and it comes to pass, it doesn't necessarily mean it's from God.). It's well. Many will be and are carried away by miracles and prophecies. God help us . Amen |
Family › Re: Help! My Husband Acts Immatured And My Marriage Is About To Come To An End by nnamdiosu(m): 5:50am On Oct 06, 2021 |
BlizEmmy: Good evening all, this is my first time posting on this platform. Though have been a regular reader. Please I'm lost and am in need of honest and truthful comments pls. Have been married for the past 5year now. All through my years of marriage, have been opened to my husband in everything even down to how much I was paid and even when I spend 1naira out of d money, that's hw open and plain have been to my husband, but I noticed my husband likes keeping secrets, especially when it comes to income. It got so bad to the extent that my husband went and open a new bank account that I wasn't aware off, Just because he knows that I dnt go through his phone. On one faithful day, we were at the seating room when am alert message pops up on his phone then I saw it, at first he denied it but when he saw that the liers weren't working he had to come clean because his full name was on the new fidelity Bank alert. That aside, fast forward to this year, after the COVID my husband lost his Job, so all the weight of the house fell on me, as I was the sole provider. of which I was doing gracely to the point that not even my family members were aware that my husband had lost his job. I even went out of my way to make sure he changes all his old shoes down to sowing new natives and plain wears since he said he wants to go into Car business and property. I did all these without complaining, even when he said he wants to be selling male shoes, I still supported him with that which he later neglected barely two months into it. I was till joining my faith with him in prayers and not giving up. But what really got me feed up now was that just last month I called my husband And told him that since out rent is due in three months time and since my mom's money that she kept with me after selling her house is in my bank account, that why not we invest it in his car business, let him use it to buy a very neat car that we can quickly sell and make our profits so we can save for our house rent as I have just finish paying my shop rent so what I have is only for my business, since my profits is for the up keep of the house, coupled with the facts that things are way too expensive so I needed the extra help. After we had the discussion, I went early to the bank to transfer all the cash in my possession to my husband company account. Barely after two days I did the transfer my husband started spending the cash, all in a bit to make his formal colleagues jealous that is his doing well in his new property business not caring for the facts that we re about to lose our home in 3months times, frm the bank statement I saw he even transferred some money to his own private account to spend. Help I dnt knw what to do as I was so pissed i had to leave the house so as to not cause a seen since I have noisey neighbours. Could u believe my husband didn't bother to call to even knw where I was, until I came back home till now we ain't talking. Pls all I need now is serious advise on what to do as I'm very confused right now. Thank you Ma,trust me You didn't do anything wrong. You are the kind of women that are rare to find. The problem is, you married a type of husband that is very easy to find. Don't listen to those trying to make you look stupid. IF THEY HAVE EVER WITNESS TRUE HONESTY AND SINCERITY IN MARRIAGE, THEY WOULD HAVE KNOWN ITS THE NORM . BUT SADLY, PEOPLE FROM DYSFUNCTIONAL HOMES WONT UNDERSTAND. it's like the home whereby each partner has the pin to each other's atm. Anyone from a home there is distrust, or stealing would scream. But its not their fault. it's because they haven't experienced the bliss of transparency in marriage or life. Imagine you had married.someone with the same honesty, sincerity and commitment to family, you would have really really enjoyed this marriage. Anyways, solutions. NO ONE IS PERFECT, JUST FORGIVE HIS EXCESSES AND LOOK FOR SOLUTIONS TOGETHER 1. In as much as you have a sincere and good heart, it's clear your husband doesn't. (Let's call a spade a spade ) therefore operating in the atmosphere of sincerity totally might not be too advisable. In as much as I'm an advocate of total transparency, there are some rare and drastic cases that one must use wisdom. We, when the landlord wants to kick you guys out of the house, no one will know or.say, you tried, it was your husband that messed up. They will just say, Them no fit pay, them.dey stay for.house.way big pass them 2. You'll have to be careful. It's clear that he isn't responsible. That's the gospel truth. A responsible man would never ever do.anythimg to jeopardize the safety or wellness of his family. He even went a firthur step of embelezzing based on pride and ego. That's a very dangerous combo. IM NOT HERE TO CASTIGATE HIM. NO. ONLY TRYIMG TO OPEN YOUR EYES TO THE TRUTH. You have to talk to him. Point out this issues and show him why it can be detrimental to the safety of the family, now or in the nearest future. Find out if he wants to start a biz and look in both together if it will be favourable. Then see if you can support him again. . therefore since.you are now the bread winner, it will be tough but.you just have to take some decisions that will be hard to. You might now have to.start doing the financial planning for the family small by small till he comes back to a matured self. You might have to also save for.importsnt bills to.ensure the safety of the family. You also have to pray seriously for him. That's the little i have to advise. May God see you through. Amen |

But the greater challenge I am foreseeing now is in getting good job after mastering the language to a professional level. I am learning on my own, reading books and watching videos here and there and I am quite determined.
But I don't want to struggle before getting a good job after mastery. I don't live in Lagos and I don't have friends who are into development. That is why I thought that to network with the Fathers and Mothers early on this platform might be a good choice for me.
So, to my Ogas at the top and to everyone who can help, Pls I need contacts, links, promising organizations, people etc that I can start eyeing from now.
Please don't ignore this if you can help. Thanks a lot..
I don't live in Lagos or urban areas and I currently don't know places or people hence my plea for network.. Thanks a lot 1. Join online developers community. That's the first step. Developers help developers. 2. Look for clients to do projects for, no matter how small. A small paying client, can bring a mega paying client. 3. Visit Nairaland web and programming sections. |
