It was HIS LIFE/PERSON that He gave to all human being *that tore the temple curtain from top to bottom* in order to manifest a physical sign that the glory of God hidden from all human being which is ACCESSED BY HIGH PRIESTS ONCE A YEAR in the holy of holies is NOW ACCESSIBLE TO ANY HUMAN BEING who RECEIVES HIM BY GRACE THROUGH FAITH IN HIS DEATH AND RESURRECTION.

As Lord (King) now dwelling in our mortal-bodies, He wants to *rule* and *manifest His Fathers' pleasure* while the believer *remains His servant/slave/subject/vessel by a deliberate willing submission of his/her will/desires/imaginations/intentions/fantasies every fresh second of our earthly existence TO THE WILL OF JESUS CHRIST CRUCIFIED*


As Christ(Administrator) of the GOD-HEAD, He only wants to *execute the perfect-will of His Father in the seen and unseen realm; nothing less and nothing more* not minding our convenience or inconvenience


Bearing in mind that our human-will is going to find this submission to HIS LORDSHIP AND CHRIST-NATURE seemingly difficult; the GOD-HEAD GAVE US HIS HOLY SPIRIT to energize us from within our spirit and overshadow us as anointing through the fresh release of HIS MERCY and GRACE for each choice/decision such that we could submit effortlessly to His Lordship and Christ-nature *effortlessly* in the seen and unseen realm while still carrying our human body which *has a free-will that is capable of choosing disobedience to THIS NEW PERSON OF JESUS NOW DWELLING WITHIN OUR PHYSICAL BODIES*


This entails that a believer can turn into unbelief through disobedience to the NEW PERSON OF CHRIST and this is a return to the flesh however he/she can remain in consistent believing and submission if he/she asks for the Holy Spirit help each moment. This conscious request for the Holy Spirit help both in what seems critical or less important in our daily human living is defined as *an active relationship with the Holy Spirit* and such a person will always have enough supply of the mercy obtained from the throne of God's grace as well as grace to help in times of need(which is each fresh second of our earthly existence), to serve God acceptably with holiness and Godly fear all the days of his/her earthly existence and be a ready vessel (a battle axe for the Lord's use) fresh each second of this our earthly existence.


We grow into active relationship with the Holy Spirit by
Calling His Name *Holy Spirit*, His name *activates HIS PRESENCE* thus
“Now the Lord is that Spirit: and where the Holy Spirit of the Lord is, there is liberty.” (2 Cor.3:17 kjv)
AND
“Call unto me, and I will answer thee, and show thee great and mighty things, which thou knowest not.” (Jeremiah 33:3 kjv)

hence you can engage in conversation with the HOLY SPIRIT for 24-hours *without loneliness, boredom or even remembering that you have not eating physical food because He will be dropping His responses, words, thoughts, imaginations, strength, revelations, ideas e.t.c. into your own heart/mind* but the Holy Spirit *does not manifest sin* hence you cannot tell the Holy Spirit to help you commit sin;
for example, Holy Spirit help me lie and later I will repent....
This is error and unacceptable in the eyes of God rather ask for His mercy and grace to be able to speak His truth in such overwhelming and tempting situations as well as receive inner confidence to face the consequences of human rejections for insisting on the truth.

Truth is, for this kind of task, there really isn't a common industry standard of charging. Many times, developers charge clients with work like this based on their personal relationship etc.

However, for hosting and domain renewal , 25k should be fine for a WordPress site that will have the capabilities you mentioned.

Then for updates they have two choices. Either they pay you a all fee monthly, (regardless of whether you update anything or not)...or they pay you a certain fee for every single.time you update.
Both have advantages and disadvantages. But since you said it's small modifications and image upload you will do, then 10-15k per task you do on the site will be fine.
