Am a father of two.. have been dating my wife since 2009, before we got married in 2014. But before the we got we have been a love birds whereby everybody loves the way we cuddled ourself.. its started in 2011 before I rented my first apt, my parent don't want me to marry her and her parent too especially her big brother and sisters.. though it's cause a lot of commotion then. But thank God they allowed cuz we forcefully told them we are meant for each other, I even speak bad words to my mother then, saying If I don't marry her in ur present I will marry her in her absent, those words hurt so dearly so she has to leave me and go ahead with my plans. And sane thing to my wife family.
In 2012 I rented my own apt and started living me.. I can't forget the very first day I raise my hands on her, I felt ashame of my self.. I don't care what she does or say then.. but I regretted doing so, I cried at the middle of the road cuz I don't know what came over me.
The only problem I have with her is that she swing mood. Always moody everytime and my parent notice this when they come around and when she went to thier place..
This made me beat her plus the ways she disrespected me.. after doing this shameful thing, I will now come back to my senses and started begging her. I even beat her this Sunday.. all I want is someone to talk to on how I can stop this beating.. how I can tolerate her lifestyle... Am so mad and ashamed of my self.. if help me... Thank you

I saw this on Twitter and took my time to watch and observe the whole situation critically, and these are my findings.
1. The man was wrong, but he looked calm and had anger management control. He could have done otherwise due to the nature of the situation( 1 against others), but he acted in the best manner.

2. Parents should understand that the kids they gave birth to are growing not just in size and shape but also in maturity. The girl couldn't help and stood up to confront her dad after he threatened to send their mum to her early grave. Her actions have a potential danger. Though it came reflexly in the scene of a heated up moment, the best of her behaviour she displayed over her father is disrespectful. It could have resulted in something disastrous if the man had a temperamental problem.

3. I can't say much about the mum; she tried to avert further quarrels from escalating.

4. Whosoever did a video of the scene and uploaded it online is the biggest fool. You don't bring family issues to social media. All of that can be privately resolved, not by making a shame of your family in the public space.

6. Mp3 video converter: It is used to convert Mp4 to Mp3 for your listening pleasure.

7. Quora: This is a platform where you can interact with intelligent minds.

A. K. A Teach Me Anatomy. If you are a Medical student, this is an invaluable App for learning about the wires, pillers, oceans, telescopes, speakers and mic of your body(anatomy).

9. Sleep sounds: In case you get rejected by sleep in the middle of the night, this app can restore your destiny with soothing and dizzy sounds.

10. Word: It is a Microsoft app used in writing. It functions like WPS, but I prefer it to the latter.

11. ARcard: Just got it recently. It is used for creating e-business cards with important info like your Fb, Instagram details, phone number, company name, email and QR code all attached to it. Still getting to know more about it sha.

12. World Atlas: I use it to clarify my confusion on important issues at global level.

13. Forex course: Still a new babe in forex matters? This App can be very helpful. It can be used offline.

14. App100Bsd: I used it in my low RAM device to improve phone speed and save data. It is used to copy downloaded apps and save it directly to your device or Mcard; that way, less used apps can be uninstalled to free up the ram and reinstalled from the device storage or Mcard when needed, without paying play store a visit.

15. Dream League 2019: Whenever I want to teach ManU how to play against other teams, I chill here. Still the best version.

Ps: I have other cool apps though, but they have been mentioned already.

Just going through this apps, I can say with 100% confidence that you are a smart person

The interest is too high . At 15 million for a year with a 40 percent interest it will be almost impossible to pay back even if the hotel is up and running. Reasons being you still be making concurrent expenses like staff payment, property maintainace, tax , nepa bills etc.
It will be overwhelming.

Solution
I propose you meet friends and family for a long term soft loan. That will enable you to break even in a safe period and be able to service the loan.

You can sell other properties and rush up sections of the hotel small by small
This will give you peace of mind.

Pls don't collect that loan no matter how attractive it is.

I bought an existing guest house of 30 rooms 6 months ago, but I haven't had enough to renovate it to my taste and start running the business yet, so basically it has been shut down since I bought it. I'm thinking of applying for loan from Microfinace to fund the project so operation can commence in the hotel. I'm seeking from microfinance because I will be using the same hotel as collateral and MF doesn't need a c of o since the hotel doesn't have one yet.

Hotel has 30 rooms, and it's in Egbeda Akowojo , I would like your advice to know if am not gonna be making a mistake. I am hoping after renovation and work start then I can be able to be financing back the loan monthly from funds made from the hotel.

2. What's the interest rate.

3. Is there any hotel around the location of your own

4. What's the monetary value of the hotel.

We have been dating for a while now. Been coming to my house and my parents knows her. Normally she visits and sleeps over and ofcourse because she is my guest ,I'll have to give her food etc.


So today I decided to be different. I told her I was hungry and if she was, ofcourse she hurried and said yes, dresses up and jumped in my lexus. I just smiled, and started the car and we drove to a restaurant.

Before we got down from the car, I told her that I don't want to spend more than 3k on the meal between the both of us, and I told her to handle it, which she said fine, and split the fees to 1500 each. She got her food and a huge chicken which everything was 1500 naira on her end, and I got swallow which was about 1050 naira on my end. And the total money was 2550 naira. Then suddenly my girlfriend told me she also wants plantain, that the money is not yet upto 3k. That it must reach 3k. I was shocked because, if we were married then she can't help me save money when I tell her let's cut down cost. I thought she would even be happy that she saved me money and now we didn't send upto that 3k. But wow.

The waiter wanted to take the food and add the plantation of 450, but I refused and told her to collect her payment as we were done ordering.

My so called girlfriend then got angry and decided to seat somewhere far away from me, and we didn't see each other till I was done eating, although she waited for me. To my surprise she didn't eat that food, she packaged it back in a takeaway bag, and kept it for me. I asked her why she didn't eat the food she ordered by herself which was already 1500, as we agreed, and she said she won't eat it, and I took the food back. I ate the food myself with the chicken.

Right now, I don't want to take this relationship serious. Did I do the wrong thing by not allowing her spend the remaining money and making it 3k? Which ofcourse was the remaining money from my own food.?

Get out of that relation shopship fast.

Good day Nairalander. I'm single, 30 years old. I studied agriculture related course at University level, and I presently worked in that field and I earned about 120k monthly.

I feel unfulfilled and I'm lacking interest day after day. The unfulfillment brewed mostly from my bosses egoistic and narcissistic approach to his employee, the insane working hours, and the lack of liberty, and most importantly, I feel I could do better. Now I have a meagre 2 million naira saved up, small? I know. Buy I'd like to pursue my passion in tech albeit from ground zero.

Now my dilemma is:

1. Seeing that I'm old and already past my prime for a career change at 30 yrs old, does a pursue of another career make sense?

2. Knowing that 2 million is small and would not last long. Does is it make sense to just up and leave?

3. I have a small biz I ideal which I feel could give me close to 50k monthly, but thing is, this is Nigeria and I might be wrong.

4. Should I just suck it up and continue for another year or two? Everyone I asked seems to think I should.

P,S. I worked 12 hours a day and its impossible I merge the two together.
