Dont just retire them, tax them; For all the noise pollution For tithes they spend on novelties like planes For every failed/fake prophesy For go slows they cause For human population they mislead For backwardness they plunge the nation into Egba owo lawa wan na |
INTROVERT:Keep questioning... When your questions adds an iota of change to your life let me know. Islam is a complete way of life that cannot be tarnished. |
Hausa sabi use Islam when they want to appear relevant (Boko haram) use Christianity when they want to appear diplomatic. The Abo'kis no sabi game change. |
While he is there he should glance over Buharis accounts. But then again that would mean digging through the accounts every single Hausa civil servant. |
They should kuku call it the Hausa/Fulani Armed Forces of Nigeria (with remnants of Yorubas and Igbos). The Nigerian armed forces is the hotbed of future insurgencies and "grass root" militias. I hope we have seen the last of Boko haram, or have we? |
How Buhari was able to defeat marauding Abokis within 6 months will go down in the guiness book of world records. A real ISIS style Jihadi movement would defeat the entire Nigeria armed forces within weeks. Boko haram are clearly Buharis personal army. |
sarrki:People like you dont belong on this forum. You really need to control your brain fart, the smell is obnoxious. |
The sister did the right thing. I'm sure if she was any of your sisters you'd commend her response. Naija guys need to rearrange their priorities, either a wife or a slut... |
That hospital looks like an MRSA pepper soup joint. The bedsheets need to be thrown away... |
The history of police in a colonial state will give you good reason to never trust a man in uniform. There is misconception that police, owing their public position, exist to protect the people. Nigerian police are bottom feeding thugs whose single purpose is to enforce the status quo. Nigerias colonial masters set up the police to protect their assets from dissidents and civil movements like Ken Sarowiwa and MEND. These assets later included state officials whose job it is to funnel money to colonial banks like Barclays. Nigerians were never meant to be benefactors of the system. We, like people living in war torn, failed states like Somalia and Sudan are its victims. |
Cages are full. |
The Batman we know was an entrepreneur and philantropist, not a kleptocrat. |
Hausa big men are so numerous that Dangote trucks cant miss them. Yet the country is hungry for change. What a shame. Inalillahi wa inna Illayhi ra ji ooun. |
News that isnt important to the development of the people or the tribes... We all know the education system is rotten and discriminatory against the down trodden. Clapping our hands for someone who possibly paid through the hardships of University is inane. A true academic is not celebrated merely for finishing first in University, most even go unnoticed. A brilliant mind looks to achieve what no other has achieved, something money cant buy. |
Nigeria, a fragile blend of the words Nigger and Area to define a region inhabited by dark skinned Nubians. At least our name is better than the Names Niger (pronounced Nijir) and Sudan. At least the colonialists gave an extra thought about our subordination. A union led by unapologetic illiterate socialpaths, through an outdated mandate of economic suppression and ethnic subjugation of other dominant cultures. |
An intelligent reader can identify the deliberately malign ethnic slurs and bigotry from the mass of ignorance. It hardens the soul to see so much peace on the streets of metropolitans across Nigeria and an equal amount of ethnic fanaticism on Nairaland. Buhari clearly does not represent 1/10th of the masses and nor will the next hausa/fulani clansman that replaces him. Nigerians must start venting their heterogenous sentiments on the streets. There can be no progress when there is no unity, and no unity when there are conflicting identities. Before my comments are castrated and condemned as Igbo evangelism, I am a frustrated Yoruba Muslim who feels cheated by this so called UNITY our yoruba leaders continue to sell us. A hausa cannot not represent me because he/she is incapable of impartiality. |
Why are Nigerians such poor communicators? Most of us cannot constructively criticise news, we must add a flare of ethnic undertone to our argument. Does this mean we speak from our bellies and not from our hearts? Emphatically Yes! That we are all inherent xenophobes? Another Yes! I wont be surprised to find that much of the top belligerent comments on Nairaland are from Nigerian politicians themselves, trying to condition chaos to proffer their bellicose vision. I am pro seperation of Nigeria on ethnic and religious borders. The way it was meant to be. Nigeria was never a great Union of tribes, only a hegemony of selfish hausa/fulani warlords and clans. Whoever isn't pro division is just a hypocrite. The sooner war is fought for true independence the better. |
How someone works without being paid 6 months of salary defies commonsense. 1 month of owed salary is a no-show for most of humanity. I cant imagine a politician being owed a weeks amolument using his own pocket money to journey to and from work. |
Africonji:And you don't feel absolutely stupid saying that that God has a mother?? Then who is his father? |
Chosen1984:So /\ /\ MMM has its own church and pastor? Btw, do a check on the name Mr Mavrodi himself. https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sergei_Mavrodi. Like all church goers, Mavrodites are simply deluded, even when faced with facts. |
AnodaIT:True, but you forget one cardinal law. Humans are creatures of habit, even the "smart" early commers got duped, because they probably reinvested their money profit after making unparalleled gains. The truth is, the true winners are the conspirators that planned its rise and its fall (to the date and time). So by defacto, all those who invested and lost out will feel stupid, even if they were intellectuals. Remember, even smart people gamble. |
(9:34) O you who have believed, indeed many of the scholars and the monks devour the wealth of people unjustly and avert [them] from the way of Allah. And those who hoard gold and silver and spend it not in the way of Allah - give them tidings of a painful punishment. |
I always laugh when I see wretched boot-licking minions called the Nigerian Army going through the gruelling, vigorous and ominous entrance training course only for their commandants to be a butty with little to no military training, appointed by another senior butty. |
He was actually 5 cm away from his ass? Was that intentional? |
They should be patient with you when even your wife could not bare with the patience. |
Nigeria is able to create fictitious intellectual money but unable to create fictitious physical money. It is no secret that Nigeria's government have trillions of readily available US Dollar stashed in the bank we can safely call imagination. Distracting empty bellies with empty promises has been the nations forte since inception by the British. |
...When bath robes and lingerie become the clothing of modesty and chastity. |
Naija boot-licking ministers calling victims of gross negligence heroes, as if the natural choice of these poverty driven youths was to volunteer their lives for the sake of a nepotist government. How many ministers completed their NYSC program? Again we are reminded that Nigeria is a quasi republic created to subdue dissent to Western hegemony and exploitation. |
Yet they are the most outspoken advocates of the Nysc programme. |
potbelly:Na only you sabi find place for comedy? |
Nigerian policy makers are merely toying with peoples lives and businesses. |
