don't try it, your recommended is Honda DW1 if not readily available walk into Total fuelling station and ask for Total fluid MVLV sold for 3500 per litre. MVLV not fluid II

I would say Mobil but the most important thing is to check the engine for extent of damage due to previous maintenance history

Scrap the BMW from your list, a very good car in handling, head turner, good drivability, high respect index but a headache and money pit when things start falling apart and what's more it's the least reliable and parts are expensive when available.

The IS250 is a good compact luxurious sports car too, the engine is not expensive compared to a IS350, it's cramped at the back what's more it's reliable too.

The W203 in your list is one of the most common Benz on the street lately, it's no surprise due to its reliability, side by side the W203 is a bit bigger than the Lexus and it's built stance is solid enough to compliment it in handling.

For the status you need it for, the Lexus would always respond every weekend when parked down. I did pick the Benz only if you dont care about resale value

Some cars burn oil not at idle but when you depress the accelerator. so look for someone to help hold the accelerator while the tachometer is at 2500 then you check your tail pipe for smoke.

When car is parked over night, leave a carton under the engine location then in the morning come and view the carton you are bound to see oil stains showing you external leak.

You can go under the car and view oil stains, sometimes the oil would not drop but flow and remain underneath car body due to mud and sand making a gelatin paste under the car.

The oil has solidified turning into sludge due to abuse by owner.

The engine oil you are using is actually palm oil (very low quality oil) they burn off within a month.

so do all your checks your oil is missing through one of these or several ways

this morning I took a keke from my street, at the end of the street there is something like a little hill before you enter the high way, and as the keke was climbing this hill at a point, the brake fail the driver try all he could, nothing seems to work and the keke was coming down to no direction, went I saw a chance for me to get out I did, although I fell because of the speed it was using to come down bt I was not wounded, the keke stop only after hitting someone building. after the whole thing a man came and warn me, that should not always jump out of a vehicle during accidents, that I should always stay inside the car... I was like will I see dead coming and still wait for it...

my question now is: is it safe to jump out of a vehicle during accidents

you don't jump out of a moving vehicle when in danger but you roll off the vehicle, this gives you less incident of injury, more control on positioning yourself and less risk of been hit by the car you are jumping from or slamming into another vehicle or object.

fuel economy, ease of maintenance and practicality, resale value the corolla wins here ordinary corolla has a good ground clearance if that's what you need, the corolla sports only has body kits it's not different in function and gadgets than an ordinary corolla.

The camry 2010 is a good car non the less especially the 2.5L engine fitted, has better luxurious fitting and better options than the corolla.

The final decision is yours

Well a physical inspection will reveal the integrity or otherwise of this poster.

That generator is not tokunbo it doesn't have the standard required by Europe or US (No engrave maker name, no specification on the generator, the whinning shouldn't have 2.5 pasted on it, Elepaq should be engraved not some sticker), even in China where it was made you will hardly see it in households there. Anyway it may be imported from Ghana Sha we can still call that tokunbo too

Yes you can but since the car would be staying in Nigeria for a long time you will have to get customs document for it from the Nigerian customs. Though I see Ghana and Benin republic plate number in Lagos I am guessing there is a pass those vehicles have since the are used as inter country transportation which they can show to our law enforcement to avoid been impounded. Also the drivers may be using an international driver's license

copy your VIN into the browser and Google it, the Vin checker website will tell you exact engine variant in your car or

You can check the engine block by the left bottom side the engine type will be engraved there. or

look for someone with a top grade scanner to help find the engine type.
