dicksonadams:Parts are available for the 03 to 07 |
udatso:Avensis 03 to 07 |
udatso:Go and buy an avensis rather try to avoid a D4D fitted engine and buy direct LHD don't worry about the 2.4L 2azfe those from Europe don't burn oil like the US fitted in camry |
nwokechisom:Pilot is an SUV Edge is a CUV You will enjoy the pilot well because of technical know how, the engine fitted into it is a popular engine in many honda and Acura. Easier to maintain, cheaper parts than the ford. For the ford most will advice you pick the 3.5L V6 and boycott the i4. Never used the vehicle before not a vehicle running those engines but I have friends using the vehicle driven the edge before too it is a nice and strong vehicle reason it's popular on our roads |
naijadrivablog:Buy especially the 3.0L V6 those vehicles don't die easily, go anywhere enter anywhere |
CHIMCO:Diesel is not flammable like petrol so chances of diesel powered car catching flames is very low if leak is observed. Diesel is like oil with high heat resistance meaning your engine would work smoothly and the diesel would act as a secondary lubrication. Diesel doesn't burn like petrol so you enjoy more distance travel and better fuel economy than petrol. Diesel engines are rugged because they utilize compression unlike combustion in petrol so they can last twice as long as petrol engines. The other advantages are torgue which you don't necessarily need. |
loveson:Acura TL fits perfectly in your choice considering your factors just ensure to always buy octane booster to bump up the fuel to premium. The GS ain't bad either but expensive parts. It isn't fair to pitch the Camry against the competitions Camry is an ordinary ride where those ones are. But buy the Camry if you prefer ordinary stress free driving offcourse watch your back for robbers and vandals. |
Quitam:Accord is superior to civic. Civic for fuel economy cheaper maintenance Accord for prestige and Appeal |
valarinz:I will tell you something I said last year our fathers say Agama lizard for china cannot come to africa chop up and turn to crocodile. But by God's grace next year you will move from Ejoor ebami ti Volvo to keyless entry Lexus. I prophecize it onto your life. Amen |
valarinz:Yes oo my brother more tears of joy for me next year that I did not fall from grace back to grass. Sweden to china, it is well |
hapheeyxz:Whao volvo owners are really proud of their cars online some other people. Maybe one day we leggediz and trekkers brand owners would call for a get together. ![]() |
valarinz:Valarinz am surprised you didn't diss other brands this year guess you learnt your lesson from last year. Congratulations to the VOLUVO family Very Odd Looking Unidentifiable Vehicular Object Cheers ![]() |
Carstuff:Both cars seat on the same platform meaning everything you see about the cars is interchangeable to the tiniest part, the only difference is the body design. The Almera is an european market car while the Sentra is sold only in United States (North America). The Almera is a far superior vehicle than the Sentra interms of offering, some came factory fitted with navigation screen, rear view camera, information display screen for mpg, warning display and a host of other things on the 5 or 7inch screen. As beautiful as the Almera is, after probably 2 years of experiencing Nigerian pothole filled roads and dragging with okada it is going to deform the body isn't strong to withstand the stress. The Sentra on the other hand will take all the stress and keep it's shape as long as you want. The other strong Almera is the Almera Tino but watch out for the CVT fitted ones. Also Almera comes in RHD and some few LHD. but Sentra comes as LHD |

naijadrivablog:You are not listening to what I am saying, look at all the 8 gen civic in Nigeria and tell me which one you see most on the road. The Asian/international market civic is solid I have not heard of transmission issues except it is owner induced due to very poor maintenance. I don't understand the conversion you are talking about, the Asian you see, 90+% were bought brand-new not used abroad and imported to Nigeria, it is tear nylon in Nigeria so expect that those unit are LHD by default. We don't import much from Asia and australia where the Asian/international come from so it's possible a few numbers came in as tokunbo, very limited number (not including the CSX because it is easily distinguished from the civic) it's possible those came in as RHD. But in general, civic whether Asian, NA or european of the eight generation doesn't have gear issues what's more JDM cars are far better than NA so why will I leave the Asian market vehicle for a NA own. |
naijadrivablog:The first pix is the north american honda civic (available in Nigeria as tokunbo unit) The second pix is not european but asian and international market. It is also the Acura CSX in canada ( those in naija were bought brand-new except for the Acura CSX) The pix kingreign posted is the European market variant also known as the sportier honda Civic (mostly used by sahara coy for it's workers in Nigeria, the rest are imported but it is scarce to come by) All the vehicles share same parts in engine and transmission, I don't believe it has anything different especially the NA and the international version nah only body shape different. I have not studied the european civic it may have some difference especially engine. |
Dbass2020:ES350 cheaper to maintain. GS350 parts expensive,. reliable to a degree non the less |
Hollawayn05:Almera Tino is preferred, luxury too, the Tino tops the zafira and the parts are readily available. Just ensure you buy crankshaft and camshaft sensor extra incase of unprecedented failure. Also Tino is a uk vehicle most are RHD converted vehicle so look well before you leap |
tyup:It's a nasty word to say to a fellow human being. If you can't afford the car or you don't like the vehicle move on. |
lakefist:Toyota type T-IV as said |
Ajakaiye83:Buy a scanner, scan the vehicle first note down the codes, clear all codes and drive vehicle till check engine light comes on then rescan and post the codes generated here so we diagnose your issues |
Just incase ![]() |
What is the cheapest chest freezer I can get. Any make you have and the available litre please I don't need anything big, it's for a.single guy. Thanks in advance |
Ajakaiye83:Your highlander doesn't have an mpg meter, you only assumed with the figures you have. Buy full tank, reset the trip meter and drive vehicle to atleast till you reach half tank. Let's work with the half tank trip to measure your mpg better than 4k fuel theory |
2003 sienna, the dashboard says it all |
Yes if it's engine you wanna buy, no because mileage is not synonymous to been in good shape |
mjksho:You should have dodge the caliber ![]() |
olokpa11:With the code, you should experience malfunction in odometer and hesitation in a certain tachometer range if the speed sensors are bad. Most complaint has nothing to do with transmission hesitation. Start by cleaning both sensors and re-fix if symptoms persist consult a reputable car doctor |
Just incase |
olokpa11:Work with fixing the speed sensor but jerk depends on what type, jerk can be associated with fuel supply, hesitation in acceleration or gear issues. But physical inspection can help pinpoint. But what speed sensor error? |
Nakedman:RX330 ended in 05. 06 upwards was 350. |
