If same price, I always buy brand new chinese tyres, but recent year tokunbo tyres are always very expensive than brand-new tyres like those made in 2020.

Also tokunbo if you no careful nah winter tyres plenty and nah summer or all weather tyres we supposed to dey use.

bought in January RX motion-X brand 215/60R16 for 18k per unit nah chinese jianyu or so. got two for the front they have done around 1k kms and no issue, also speed around 140km/h and no problem too I only use the vehicle for interstate travels than city

not a 2000 sienna but should be 2001 to 2002 model sienna, engine and dashboard is a give away.

they both ride on the same platform so the V6 in highlander is same engine in the RX.

pick the highlander if you want bigger cargo space, 3rd row seating (7seater), fuel economy with it's 4 cylinder engine Variant.

The Lexus RX is more luxurious inside sha.

maintenance, durability, parts are same just very slight difference

Get the ES330, it's not a robbers magnet compared to the camry. ES330 is a very luxurious camry 05-06

ES330 is more loaded than a 2008 camry XLE not to talk of lower trims of the 08 camry.

though the camry 4 cylinder has a better fuel economy and the 3.5L V6 in the Camry is faster and better fuel efficient than the 3.3L V6 available for the ES330.

if you can look past the shark like shape of the ES330 the inside is well built and loaded to a good taste

4WD have axle which needs oil. so you have to change axle oil.

4WD suspension are different from 2wd sometimes costly when faulty that's for the rear part not the front part.

4wd variant are also about heavier than 2wd so expect a decrease in fuel economy

careful with the transfer case of AWD if you damage it through constant slamming nah high cost.

I drive a 4WD vehicle and a FWD vehicle I don't see any much gain in the 4WD except for better grip in sand off-road no difference since it's not a real body on frame 4WD

2wd drive means only 2 out of the 4 wheels gets power to propel the vehicle it could be front wheel drive FWD or Rear wheel drive RWD for the highlander it's a FWD.

for Naija road not soil FWD is okay for the terrain.

AWD vehicles have certain maintenance cost you won't bother with if you had a FWD

That's a K24A8 vs 1MZFE vvti. Reliability both a almost equal, very close. They can both go 200miles with good maintenance

Maintenance would be cheaper for the CRV, both interms of cost and availability.

durability depends on how you use them.

RX is geared more in luxury division while the crv would excel in fuel economy and a bit of luxury with the EX trim

1. Limited may come with park assist
2. Leather seats
3. Factory fitted 3rd row seat
4. Bigger inch alloy wheels
5. May come with DVD nav screen.

I checked out a clean 9ja used one for someone, test drove it and all gears select well, the only issue is that the engine doesn't fire well (as in, I depressed the accelerator down flat but the "movement" isn't that responsive, especially on an incline. But it picks at times. Upon probe, I found it it has been ringed "once". It doesn't smoke though just the " laziness" to move.

Alright but I don't know any other cheaper alternatives and to be frank with you, ATF aren't cheap for most brands of cars

If you have a small farm and looking for a daily driver skip the RX and get Truck it is a vehicle that can be considered an asset. The first day your wife drives it to the market might be the last day you will call it your car, Women love trucks

Trucks in Nigeria even those using honda ridgeline don't have it smooth. Carry only your extra tyre in the bucket and you may be asked for hackney permit. You must be careful which state you enter else LG boys go use you dey shine even with private plate. Trucks, MPVs and bus are good for minimum load but if you do it in Nigeria you will be disturbed by uniform men ontop nonsense hackney permit.

I saw the craze for Toyota took hold of the Nigerian buyers and we are now experiencing the emergence of Lexus as the favorite brand due to the fact that used Toyotas are now priced close to Lexus.
Acura has not had the same fortune and Infiniti is out of contention after the experience of users with the FX.

The thing taya me as if Toyota/ Lexus is the best thing in the world. The prices here in Nigeria are too outrageous both Nigerian used and tokunbo.

But me will not use my hard earned money buy toyota or Lexus for now I will rather go for alternatives with better user reviews

Overtime,I have noticed a lot of class around Lexus cars which is never in Toyota of similar year model. In short, I've fallen in love with Lexus cars but checking through Jiji, all I get is 6cylinder. And, given distance to cover to my office, it's best for me to buy 4plugs engine. 5. Check the vehicle documents engine displacement is available there.
