07 should have the 3.5L

06 to 04 is 3.3L

the 3.5L engine is more expensive than 3.3L but 3.5 has better fuel economy. You can stay away from the AWD sienna as the parts are expensive in the suspension area.

for the trim please watch out for those with run flat tyres as you will probably need to buy fresh sets of tyres in naija and it doesn't come with extra tyre.

Your focus should be the LE trim with second row having the small middle chair and probably automatic doors. if you are lucky it may have rear DVD screen.

if you are not buying the Highlander for the 3rd row seat and the cargo space maybe you should focus on the RAV4 instead

There is no Corolla that came stock with 6 Loader CD, yes owner can fix it on his own but you will never see a Corolla 03-07 with 6 loader CD from factory.

2005, 2006 and 2007 have same similarities, they have 3 headrest at d back seat, 6 loaders CD and brake light position are different from 03 and 04.
2006 and 2007 Toyota corolla have security immobiliser alarm and other like 03, 04 and 05 Toyota corolla doesnt have. But from 03-07 have same engine 1.8L engine and they look alike but 05, 06, and 07 body look big somehow wen u place them beside 03 and 04.

Why the choice of accord over the avensis sir

Accord is higher in level than the Avensis. The Accord also has a better build quality and interior finish compared to the Avensis.

Avensis dash board cracks and melts, the interior starts peeling off, interior headliner is poorly done.

Though engine and transmission is ok.

For the Accord if you can take good care of the transmission and buy the OEM fluid for the gear and steering you won't have problem. Then engine seat is the major replacement work you will do often and best bet is to buy Tokunbo not new.

Next is door actuators, then you will likely battle the lock mechanism and ignition mechanism those won't cost you much but can happen at unexpected time especially the door lock if you use key to open often instead of remote.

I used one for 10years a 2006 so I can give it a good score overall. what's more i never experienced ball joint issues though out usage

Run from the 2.0 it is an European engine, those engines are scarce in naija spare parts market. better to stick with the 2.4L or 3.0 V6
