Move to finisher direct especially if u want want to attain the required weight within 7 - 9 wks. Growers are often use for layers by the way.

3. No same feed
4. My birds are in their 25th wk
5. They have bn relatively free from sickness as I had only treated them for cocidiosis only ones when they were still young. So apart from lasota and vitamins notin more.
6. Free range
NB: their Penn is always kept clean and out of 345, I'm having upto 10creates of eggs currently at their 25th wk. I need a mild drug that won't affect their production cos they are still adding more eggs by d day.

I noticed a handful of my birds(just started laying for over a month plus now) are a kind of sick. Their poo is kind of watery &whitish but they r not too dwn per say. Pls wot drug will be gud for them since they just started laying of recent.

jamp: It depends on your location. Here in abuja the demand for egg is high after the ramadan fast. Try and look for new environment and market ur egg.

Again, a friend's black layers of 15wks just started dying in an alarming rate abt a week plus now. He has tried many drugs to no avail. He got them from zartech. Pro in d huz pls what do u suggest this guy do? He is virtually seeing all his cash go dwn d drain. Their poo is almost gud just small of watery brown and whitish poo at times.

Actually my mortality was less than 4% as for the contact add. of farmsupport i don't have as i got mine thru a trusted supplier.

just go 4 farm support as it gave me virtually no probs and mortality was close 2 0%. Buh a friend of mine is doing zartech and it is ok too just dat he said they are prone 2 sanmonella and newcastle disease. He gives lasota monthly 2 his birds.

Mine started laying at week 20, but I cant remember hw the increase really went. That info is in my faulty pc, when i get it I'll let u know. Meanwhile, keep feeding them well (dont over- or under-feed) and give them multivit from time to time. Congratulation.

Farmtech when did ur birds drop? I got mine from farmsupport too and they dropped at exactly 18wks and 3days(last Friday) buh they are slow in picking up. 1 3 4 3 5 is d sequence which i hv experienced. Is it normal? Cos i was expecting a geometric sequence.

This is a bad one really, but a bag isn't upto wot they are suppose 2 be consuming na. Atleast they shld be consuming a bag and a quarter daily. Where did u get them from? Was it day old or POL dat u purchased. Bottom line is management, if u are sure they are not sick.
