safariman:Sorry your personal experience does not match the reality on ground. A tourist will not be able to attest to the true reality of things in Jamaica Most of the city centres and hotel locations are relatively safe, but when you go into the inner cities and the ghettos, you'll know its not safer than Ghana. There are many Dons who rule these inner cities/ghettos, the same way Dudu was ruling Tivoli gardens, and you [b]MUST watch your back and be VERY careful what you do when you get into these places. |
Ujujoan:Good question. OP can you pls give more clarifications, I also notice you referred to him as your ex. Does it mean you are no longer in relationship or you are trying to come back together again? chaircover:hahahaha that cracks me up. I hope you are right about their eligibility and each of those bachelors dont already have 2 or more ladies under consideration ![]() |
1556:the cheapest route has remained Lufthansa: Lagos-Frankfurt-Jamaica(Montego bay/Kingston) the pay depends on the institution/Agency you will work with. But what I can tell you is that the average pay in Jamaica for Medical Doctors is higher than that of Nigeria. |
Yes, there are cultures in this world where women have multiple husbands. There is a part of Nepal where women practice polyandry. It has/is currently practiced in some parts of in India, and as johndoe200 in Polynesia, and many more place. Here's a video on polyandry in Nepal >>> http://www.hulu.com/v/185577/national-geographic-travel-multiple-husbands
The link is not viewable outside US [flash=480,385] https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=d4yjrDSvze0?fs=1&hl=en_US" type="[/flash] [flash=480,385] https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=u7HKmu3eMEk?fs=1&hl=en_US" type="[/flash] |
Are you sure you are also not too opinionated and rigid? In most cases it takes one to discover another. I might be wrong, but you come across as one too. ![]() Many close minded/stubborn people will go all the way (like you did with the tyres) to prove they are right and that their opinion is better Sweetheart, it is easier for a woman to change from being rigid than it is for a man, cos of the men's ego someone already mentioned, and where there is no compromise the relationship will not work Like I told my woman, she has a say that is worth serious consideration in all issues, but I will always have the final say which will be the decision on whether we are taking her opinion or sticking to mine. |
gestapo:Eeeeeeeeeeee thank God o! So you don finally get a man/hubby. . . He is a miracle working God! ![]() BTW who is the ![]() |
Yes the killings per capita in Jamaica is more, but most of these killings are gang/drug/deals related, these guys dont just go about killing anybody. Otherwise Jamaica is peaceful and safe. |
Without a motherly care? When will women realize that a child needs affection from both his/her parent? No sensible mother would leave her young child behind, esp in that kind of situation. And she separated two siblings. Anywaz, that is not what is important here. I would prefer it if they track the child back to his father's house. Not to that woman.
some situations cannot just be painted in black or white. We dont know what transpired btw her and the husband b4 she left we also have no idea what options were available for her when she left. It easier to accommodate/assist a woman with a kid than one with 2 kids many times in situations of hardship $ poverty people only have to choose btw the devil and the deep blue see. Dont judge her yet till you have her story. |
indirectly, these thieves are saying until the other arms of government reveal and cut their salaries, they wont. Dumb-heads! |

But God is currently being selfish with his grace or else he wouldnt have taken the life of an innocent young man. You still need our help.
Ileke? ![]() And the mother did not abandon the boy, she left him with the father and possibly unaware that the father is now dead. Yeah, she should have looked back, but then, who knows what issues/challenges she is facing now @topic hoping that a concrete step will be put in place to help the boy. . . |
cecegorz:I think that allegation is false like the other ones. Assuming it's true, how many producers are in court with cases against African Magic? it doesn't matter who owns it or who collect a % from A.Magic, if they are showing those movies without agreements/payments, then there would definitely be many suits against them. But am sure A.Magic knows better. Every business like Nollywood experiences a lull at one time or the other and later peaks up, but Nollywood is definitely not dead. |
OP joxiri is right. |
I appreciate all Nlders. |
So sad! My sympathy. |
Arosa:And where did you get this information from? let me guess. . . from your home-economics teacher ![]() |

@OP Your lover only want a part time affair and not a full time commitment, if that is ok by you, then dont complain and dont ask for more but if not, I will advise you leave him and move on with your life. |

What a big loss! My heart felt condolence to his family and friends. I read his posts always, I like the way he put his views across even though I disagree with some of them but I always respect them cos of the manner he put them across. @Ileke I feel your pain. All will be well. When I lost my dad, I felt it but didn't cry, but when I lost a very close friend of mine sometimes ago, I wept for days, cos he was just too good a guy to die young, and I still haven't got over the fact that I didn't visit him at the hospital before he died cos I taught he would soon be discharged. |
Let him become the president 1st. |
