I laughed when reading this comment. First of all, not prosecuting the so called names of BH sponsors has absolutely nothing to do with why investors are scared of Nigeria. Nigeria is just a terribly difficult place to do business because of corruption, about the most difficult place in the world.

The police simply picked up some random abokis doing unregistered Dollar to Naira transfer business in Dubai and some other places and tagged them 'terrorist sponsors'. There's a reason Bayelsa has only 8 local governments despite its size on the map. That's the smallest for any state in Nigeria. Almost 90% of Bayelsa's map size is inhabitable mangrove swamps and rivers.

Developing Bayelsa should be one of the easiest in Nigeria considering that there're just 2 main cities which are relatively small. Unfortunately, Bayelsa has had some of the worst leaders in Nigeria since creation.
