PoliticsRe: Fulani Herdsmen Massacre: #BenueMourns Trends On Twitter, Nigerians Slam Buhari by ODVanguard: 7:53pm On Jan 12, 2018
Buhari himself is a herdsman which explains why he isn't so moved about his brothers' atrocities. undecided

Kogi state governor is a true Nigerian with foresight and u need to understand that it not about the land it is about the safety of his people not that am saying herds men are stronger than our security forces. But Kogi governor has just protected his people from feature confrontation with herds men
Oh, now I see you're just clowning. Like seriously?? GTOH

Like I said even if the lands could be bought from the state government!! See the amount of land that was bought by churches in ogun state did any community person die about it!! Since they killed those people in benue have u out of annoyance stopped buying meat. Let's be truthful to ourself this is a product we consume daily and can't do without if this suggestions are implemented then I believe Nigeria is going somewhere. There are lands that can be bought for this purpose maybe state boundaries can be used.?? My suggestion is instead of towing tribal line.
a lasting solution should be our concerns
Would this leased land be fenced cos if it won't then you putting the host Community in danger
Fvck it. You know what? On a second thought, I think the situation has deteriorated beyond where folks would be willing to sell or lease land to them sef, seeing how these terrorist so-called herdsmen sadistically dismember their victims. At this point, I don't think they have much goodwill left, except perhaps in Kogi where that ass-licker of a governor is willing to sacrifice his people's lives, safety, and future just coz he's sucking up to Buhari.
PoliticsRe: A WARNING TO STATES REJECTING GRAZING RESERVE ESPECIALLY abia state by ODVanguard: 6:23pm On Jan 12, 2018
Op, I have a better idea. Why don't the Fulani herdsmen or their bosses simply BUY/lease land from their host communities like any normal person would, instead of this sense of entitlement to perpetually graze on other people's lands and farms for free?? They are the only set of folks I know who feel they have a birthright to graze their cattle on other people's farms and land without the owners consent and still have the effrontery to butcher the landowners when they protest. I put it to you that, that's bullshyt.
PoliticsRe: Lagos Generated N503.7bn In 2017 Despite Harsh Economy – Ambode by ODVanguard: 8:26pm On Jan 11, 2018
While the igr is relatively impressive, it is still grossly inadequate considering the huge population and infrastructure demands of the state. That amount is just a little over a billion dollars (chump change compared to more developed cities with far lesser populations). Ideally, the state needs to generate no less than $10-billion annually to really fast-track its development.
CrimeRe: Fulani Herdsmen Kill 50 In Donada And Kaltibu In Taraba (Graphic Photos) by ODVanguard: 7:07pm On Jan 06, 2018
Okoyeeboz:
Those pictures should be downloaded and kept carefully. In 2019, they should be printed and pasted side by side with Buhari's posters.

This should be done in all Southern states and Middle belt states.
As in eh.. Buhari is playing with fire if he doesn't take decisive action against these terrorists called herdsmen. This administration should not be returned if this nonsense isn't nipped in the bud once and for all. This is just unacceptable.

He hasn't. He still has a lot to do. It will be hard for anyone to outdo Fashola in terms that of infrastructure

Ambode looks like he's on the right track. But he's not there yet
Exactly. Besides, I don't get the point of this sort of premature comparison. Our expectation should be that the present should outperform the past, that's the only way there can be progress. BRF built on BAT's foundation and did better than him, therefore there shouldn't be any qualms about Ambo outperforming BRF by the end of his tenure. It's all for the good of the state.

Osun has the second lowest unemployment rate in Nigeria after Katsina as at Q3 2017

Also the third lowest in underemployment rate after Taraba and Ogun.

The state is no 2 overall

Underemployment+unemployment rate

Taraba - 1st
Osun - 2nd
Ogun -3rd
Oyo - 4th
Ekiti-5th
Anambra-6th
Interesting stats. Some people definitely ain't gonna like this. lol

So now it is not more about MTN, being chairmaned by Pascal Dozie, an Igbo by tribe posting a profit of $15 billion, but is now about MTN Nigeria of which Pascal Dozie is the chairman made a revenue of N870B in 2017 despite scorched earth policies of the Govenrment.

In your school, your teachers taught you that revenue equals profit?
It seems you think you can reason with these ipobs. Smh. This whole exercise is just another vain attempt to hype themselves while running down Lagos. In their hearts they know and see Lagos as a symbol of Yoruba administrative prowess hence this typical attempt to run down and belittle its strides. Don't be naive.

You just proved our point without knowing it.

1) So, In your fecal mind, this city looks good. Shame. After 57 years of independence without any political instability, this is be best their city can look?

2) Yorubas always deny that oil money did not develop lagos but now you are saying that porto novo would have been developed if they had oil

3) With a city of only 300,000 why is building their inner roads such a problem. They have only 1 to 2 major highway passing through the city. Look at google map. Majority of their roads are untarred.

Before you come up with more excuses, know that this country and city is 57 years since independence. They have no excuse to still look poor and backward.
Guy you no dey Shame? You dare to run your gutter mouth about Porto Novo roads when Aba roads are way worse than anything you will find in Porto Novo, in spite of all the noise you all make and the allocations collected from oil money (abi una no dey collect allocation?? Everyone knows your states' IGR are nothing to write home about, and you lots contribute the least to the federal purse). You will never come across roads or any area as filthy and deplorable as the ones attached to this post anywhere in Porto Novo. You people could still not effectively manage Aba upon all the supposed commerce going on there plus oil money allocation!? Aba is the best igbos can achieve on their own even with oil money. And this is supposed to be the commercial nerve centre of the entire SE region, where you lots trade and live like pigs, yet you have the nerve to talk crap about Porto Novo??

Porto Novo people are not as dirty as you lots, neither are conditions so bad there to warrant them becoming nomads and refugees like una; matter of fact na your people dey flee go there in search of greener pastures. It is igbo people that go to Porto Novo to trade and commit crimes while pretending to be Yorubas. #Fact.

If what is currently on ground in the SE is the best you lots could achieve with all the allocation from oil money, drugs trafficking, baby factories, etc, then I shudder to imagine what your entire landlocked and erosion ravaged enclave would look like without oil money. Then una for accuse baba God of marginalization in addition to the Nigerian state. Shioorr.

lol one out of four? grin where did the mumu in the article get his stat? grin he's just a deluded fellow like you that likes to quote figures from his ass grin

so 11m ibos in the south west and pop of Lagos at 18m is 40% of Lagos to you. you own post is very confusing to you grin hahahahahaha

if what you are trying to say is that ibos are 11m out of 18m people in Lagos then you must be very gullible. so other tribes including Yorubas are 7m? grin lol
Ignore that boy coz overconsumption of Akpu has blocked his reasoning faculty. Ohanaeze chairman recently came out to put their people's Lagos population at 4-million, he is claiming 11-million, another one will soon come and claim 90% population of the state. At least he was generous enough to have conceded Ogun to us as part of Yorubaland (atleast for now) while Lagos isn't (according to him) cheesy. Abi naw? Lol. They keep 'developing' and taking credit for the high IGR of other states, yet their states (even with all their markets and traders) record the lowest IGR. Their leadership and ipob keeps crying daily that they should return home, stay put and invest in igboland yet they no gree hear word. Pray tell what special rights/privileges are they clamouring for with this newly formed association that they don't already enjoy as settlers in the state? Is it that they want to be recognized as indigenes of the state, become LG chairmen, or governor, because I don't understand ?? Why Ogun state? Abeg which kind confusion be dis?

Na the same una want Biafra, at the same time want presidency, cry about controlling Nigerian economy yet in the same breath still scream about being marginalizedhuh It is no longer Lagos that you people are appropriating, now it is 'brown-roofed/underdeveloped' Ogun that Anambra is supposedly more developed than and superior to economically?? With a projected population of about 18 million by Lagos State Government, we can assume an Igbo population of 7.2 million in Lagos alone, over 3 million in Kano alone, leaving the other Northern states to share 8 million Igbos. With Lagos statistics we can safely assume, over another 11 million Igbos in the SW. This means about over 22 million Igbos living in the North and South West. -
