I'm a video Editor and have knowledge of Animation (3D) but my PC doesn't run the software I downloaded because my PC doesn't have graphics card.
Please my people...can I add graphic card on my PC? If yes suggest an affordable product that can give me what I want.

Desktop or Laptop? You can add Graphics card to Desktop, but not laptop.

Laptop with graphics card will cost you nothing less than 300k upward.

A graphics designer who charge 2k for design is definitely hungry and have no clue what graphics design is...

The least charge for flyers is 15k that's if you're designing for friends and family

100k to cut 20 minutes video to 10 mins. add stock videos to a section not more than 3 minutes. use basic transitions in-between cuts and export. I think 100k is too small. drop your number if you'll accept 300k.
