it's as a result of our sickening colonialist idea..the US president might not av a man standing behind him though but he definitely has people standing in vantage and designated locations for his sake..our problem in Africa and more especially Nigeria is that we have no standards or ideals..whatever regulations our institutions stand on are all derivatives..no original or localized principles..maybe an offshoot of British system but the British are largely conservative we are terribly not...

stil did 160kph dis morning on my way to work...abuja...airport road...however...I easily average 140 kph driving the Toyota Hilux..2014...on journeys with the Hilux I do 160 steadily..for instance.on my way from kaduna last two weeks...I did 160 steadily till I got close to Abuja and slowed down cos of the road ND parked vehicles...driving the Avalon 2006 model however,i dont do beyond 120 or 130 kph cos beyond that speed...whatever happens to you in that sweet dependable avalon is your fault...still hoping to push it to 160/180 kph someday soon..speed thrills but it kills...but when it is the necessary evil...have some driving fun at it...

really..i was in kaduna last saturday..the places I visited where dirty...this unicef gaan sef..everybody just dey lie..

you want to spend 36million for just 9 shops,an event centre and what else..oga..dont throw ur money away..there is no point naming large figures or spending much to achieve less,you are more or less investing by building a shopping mall....so I assume you want to make your money back..I am an architect...if i were you..i won't do a lump sum contract....i will rather do a plan costing....based on certain parameters....i wish you all the best..
